We still waited for about 15 minutes for our drink. My friend's drink came out almost 10 minutes before mine. Fine. They call me and I looked and knew it was wrong. There was no coconut milk! I asked to confirm, as I don't frequent Starbucks. Three baristas looked at it confused and a man showed up behind and said," Ya, the coconut is missing sorry we'll make a new one. About 10 people are in line now... I waited another 20 minutes no drink. My friend is almost finished his iced matcha latte. I went up and all those 10 people have left with their drink. THEY FORGOT MY DRINK. Did not apologize at all and just said " Oh, right" (Young male kid, not the man that apologized). He made it, and placed it on the counter with half of it all ice! I was very specific about little to no ice while ordering. I told him and he rolled his eyes no apology again. Worst customer service ever. I have worked food and beverage many years.
