So many options, the only bad decision is not getting at least one sweet & one savory item here. If you've been to Vancouver or have at least checked out the food scene you've most likely heard of Purebread & its number of offerings. They have it all at the counter presented for your picking. If you're like me you'll find yourself making your selection but then changing your mind since so much sounds good. I forget the exact name of the 3 items I ordered but they were pretty much: toffee cookie, chili cheese cornbread, and bacon, cheese, chive scone. It seems like it's common to serve baked goods at room temp around here so I made sure to get it all warmed up except for the cookie since I was going to eat it later on. My favorite was the cornbread which had real pieces of corn and a nice balance of salt, with slight sweetness. The scone had a lot of bacon, which gave it that good smokey flavor along with the cheese. The toffee cookie was pretty good with lots of toffee. But even though there was so much toffee, it was somewhat light on the overall toffee flavor. I'm a fan of Purebread, if anything for their massive selection. I don't think I've ever seen so many choices. However, while I've always enjoyed their baked goods, I will say that they are not the best I've ever had, as well as they are not the worst by any means. Be prepared to stand in a somewhat confusing line since the times I have gone there were several parties in front of me, but since it takes some time to decide it's more whoever is ready to order goes first. The staff was very friendly and there were several people ready to take orders. It was a clean modern interior with several tables, think your standard Starbucks size. I definitely plan to visit Purebread when I'm back in the area. So many options to keep on trying. Cheers!

We have been fortunate to visit this wonderful bakery in Whistler and Vancouver and were excited to see they had opened a branch in Squamish near Canada Tire/Tesla Superchargers. Their display is mouthwatering and sublime lattes (wish they had syrups). The service wasn't the friendliest so closer to a 4.5 star review but it was surprising how busy it was.

A very large selection of baked goods! Even vegan and gluten-free. Great lace to have a tea or coffee and a baked goodie.

Great baked good selection. Sandwiches are good. But what would make it great would be if they had a panini press to heat up the sandwiches.

I always stop here on my way back to Vancouver from Whistler for my drive back across the border box of goodies.

I rode from Vancouver to Brackendale to try the hot chocolate festival…read more The tiramisu hot chocolate is the best so far. Nice rich flavour, some peppery notes, and the cookies compliment it well.

The Crabapple Café feels like going home for weekend bruch.  The kind you don't overthink, you just…read moresit down, order big, and trust the room. It's rustic in that honest, country way: wood, warmth, and a smallish-town Squamish vibe that makes you slow down whether you meant to or not. The location does half the work for the ambiance, the rest comes from the feeling that someone actually cares about feeding you well. This is home-cooked brunch with intention. Portions are generous without being sloppy, and every plate feels thought out, like it's been tested by real people who eat breakfast for a living. The pancakes are the headline act--huge, fluffy, unapologetic, and exactly what you want when you're leaning back in your chair wondering if you should order another coffee or surrender to a food coma. And if the night before got a little loose, the double Caesar is a public service: bracing, restorative, and delivered without judgment - oh my aching head. What really seals it, though, is the staff--genuinely welcoming, on their game, and clearly proud of the place. The Crabapple Café isn't trying to be trendy or precious. It's just very good at what it does. A must-try in Squamish, especially if you believe breakfast should be comforting, filling, and a little bit healing. This is not our first time, and definitely not our last. The cafe has become our way station before heading up to Whistler. CHEERS!!!
