    Pulled pork
    Gabriel Y.

Great place for brunch. Their restaurant has such a nice decor and a lot of options for breakfast. The waiter helped us out to choose one of the best options. Amazing customer service!!! My friend and I ordered pulled pork and salmon Bennies. They were so yummy. Salmon with the capers was my favourite one. Then, we got the Banoffee pancake and it was divine. Amazing place for breakfast, and don't forget to come earlier or you will wait in line.

This place...there's something really special going on here. Either the owner is a professional chef with years of experience, or the people here have some natural gift for making a great dining experience. Let's start with the place. It's small but expands outside to a covered area, which is probably 60% larger than the core interior. Pretty smart. The ambiance is casual and homey. No complaints about anything inside--simple and logically laid out. The servers order on iPads and use Square, so you get contactless payment if you want. The servers were quick to greet us and took the order for our beverage of choice. The coffee was strong--perhaps a bit burnt tasting--but drinkable. My other half had tea, which is served in a proper teapot with loose-leaf tea--she loved it. The menu is just the right size without too many options. You have an array of Benedicts, omelettes, bowls, and a few traditional-style breakfast plates. There were many items with beef short rib, so I assumed it was some sort of House Specialty. I ordered the Beef Short Rib, Horseradish & Caramelized Onion Benedict. My other half ordered the Chorizo Sausage Hash. I noticed many of the same ingredients come in different forms. This is smart and another sign of a professional/smart restaurant operator. Both of our meals were quite delicious. My Beef Short Rib Benedict was outrageously good. The flavors were exceptional and surprising. The cook was perfect. I'm a fast eater, but when I love the food, I slow it waaaay down. My date was very surprised at how slowly I was eating and commented on the fact! Even more remarkable, when I stuck my fork into the other poached egg, after taking a long time to eat the first one, and the egg was still runny! How did they cook these so perfectly?! Nevertheless, the big story here are the flavors. Simply unexpected and delicious. I'm repeating this point because it's not really describable for me how good this Benedict tastes--the complexity is brilliant. I had a bite of the Chorizo, and it was also very, very good. Anyway, I often grade things on a curve, and for this sort of place I'd go 5 stars if it's better than the usual cafe. It if was possible to give this place 10 stars I would--it's simply that good! It's truly a find and a must-stop. If it wasn't for Yelp, I wouldn't have even known about it.

Hometown diner/cafe in remote area. Unique contemporary menu for breakfast and lunch. Plenty of staff and the restaurant is clean. We order the pancakes and French toast. Coffee is smooth and HOT! Would love to come back but I live 5000 miles from here.

I had an amazing breakfast at this restaurant before we headed out for our hikes for the day. I was so excited to eat that I only managed to take a photo of my lavender London fog, which btw is the best I've ever had! For brekkies, we both had The Usual. The service was excellent and the whole cafe looked quaint and cozy. Would definitely stop by again!

What an adorable cozy & welcoming little gem of a brunch spot in Brackendale. The food & drinks were delish too. Popped in for brunch on a weekday with no wait time and started with some delicious cappuccinos and lattes. Later, Hubby enjoyed a Bloody Mary . The menu is filled with tempting entrées, making it a challenge to select just one item. We settled on one of their vegetable hashes and it was also available with hollandaise sauce and a poached egg. So Fresh and tasty. But boy was I craving some of their waffles and pancakes. Next time for sure!

Yum!! We had a brunch here but need to warn you-- come early!!! There was a huge wait, albeit really quick turnaround, but if it's a rainy or snowy day, wouldn't be so great for you. The service was great and food came out as quick as can be! The waitress kept checking in on us and that's always a great thing. Their washrooms are located at the back of their building.

Tomato, avo, spinach (no bacon) benny
    Natasha P.

I ordered the tomato, spinach, avocado (no bacon because I can't eat bacon) benny on gluten free. The gluten free bread was not toasted; it was soggy. The potatoes were cold and not crispy. The hollandaise however was really flavourful - it had a hint of lemon in it. I just wish the bread was toasted and the hash browns were hotter and crispier. Overall it was decent. They do have 2 picnic tables in the front in case it gets too busy inside.

We adored the excellent options, the cozy ambiance, and most of all, the exceptional food quality! We indulged in the Short Beef Bennys and the Breakfast Wrap, both served with crispy seasoned potatoes. Every bite was incredibly delicious!

Awesome brunch place in Squamish. Very friendly, chill atmosphere, great attentive service, feels like a local spot. I had the chorizo sausage hash which was just delish. The poached egg was perfection - orange, just soft but not too runny, wonderful texture. Everything else - peppers, crispy potatoes, and the sausage itself - blends really well together, and the portion is great. Also had the chance to taste the short rib which is shredded - very tender. Would definitely come back.

Cara was lovely and the food was so so delicious! They are very accommodating to gluten allergies and have vegan options that are delicious!!

Funny location kind of off the beaten path but a really good and diverse menu with plenty of veggie, vegan and meat options. Chai latté was good too. Our server was a little grumpy but it was Sunday and they were slammed. Would go again!

Excellent cup of latte and cappuccino. Truly one of the BEST brisket baguette and just I've ever had. They neither compromised on the quality or quantity. Everything was so flavourful, even the fries! I LOVeD every bite! Hubby ordered the fisherman's benedict. And since he's an expert in seafood (it's his career), he wasn't the biggest fan of the albacore tataki or the biscuit. He loves bennys but more of the traditional english muffin. We waited 1.5hr to be served our food with only 3 other people ahead of us waiting for their food. The place was empty and only 3 plates were served at a time to each of us. The fruit portion was just two VERY thin apple slices and one grape for the food decor on each plate! The food portions were the smallest I've ever seen for diner food options. We had to wait so long that we had to go down to the coffee shop down a few stores to get lattes and pastries (Sunflower Bakery & Cafe I recommend hands down) while we waited. The server had an attitude and was the only person taking the orders and busing the tables (the dishes from other tables were not picked up). Yes one person managing the customers but I honestly felt she had time to pick up the dishes around other tables and ask if we needed any coffee or water. There were no other customers after us that came in. The few that did walk in were told the restaurant was closed. There was one syrup container and that my son had to ask to barrow from the other table still finishing up the meal. The potatoes on our plate seemed like they were from a frozen bag and reheated on a pan, no taste or seasoning on them. Sausages were not seasoned and no flavor to them. The pictures on the previous reviews do not compare or come close to what we were served. The food did not make any of us sick and the restaurant was clean that is the only reason this restaurant is getting two stars on my review. Would I ever come here, Absolutely NEVER! We scanned the menu which included typical breakfast options such as eggs, bacon, ham and sausage, breakfast sandwiches as well as omelettes. I unfortunately have a gluten allergy (celiac) and asked the server if they had gluten free toast (which they have but do not offer it on the menu). The hash-browns unfortunately are tossed in flour before deep frying (which was not listed on the menu) so I was given the alternative to have French fries (which were fried in the same oil) and I didn't necessarily want French fries for breakfast. When the food arrived my brother in laws breakfast sandwich smelt and tasted sour. It was the ham that was on the sandwich so he did not finish the sandwich. My eggs were cooked fine, but definitely at their expiration date. We are travelling from Ontario and have eaten so many amazing meals while visiting and this one did not meet the expectations that we have. Hopefully this will help the owners and staff to make the improvements they so desperately need moving forward.

The overall flavour profile of the sandwich was savoury - the figs didn't stand out as sweet when combined with the other ingredients. I also got an iced tea (lapsang souchong - a tea that I really like but rarely see in tea shops) and what they called an "ugly but beautiful" cookie.
