    Falafel bowl

Update: we had such an amazing meal that we went back a second time and it was even better than the first. We had the rigatoni carbonara, short rib and a pavlova for dessert. Everything was AMAZING!!! And the service is friendly, professional, welcoming. The servers made our time there feel special. It's 100 times better than Chistine's!!! Amazing restaurant, we had a falafel bowl and the rockfish green curry and it was delicious! Highly recommend

The short rib on top of the poutine was very good and was tender and juicy. The fries were just salty enough and overall a great dish especially after a morning of skiing.

To be more precise, I'll give it a 3.5/5. When you're eating anywhere at Whistler, especially on the slopes, you know everything is already overpriced but you have limited choices and you want to take a break from shredding the snow so you just deal with it. On this day, our choices were lining up behind a huge crowd for food in the cafeteria vs getting to sit down right away in this restaurant. We went in without much thought or glance at the menu outside, and realized a bit too late we chose an overly fancy place to be eating with all our ski gear. The first thing the waiter asked was whether we wanted to keep and open the bottle of champagne that was already on our table or not. Food? We got the nicoise salad, banger & mash, truffle fries. Drinks? beer & caesar. Caesar was a bit too spicy/salty for our taste. Service was good. The bangers & mash was decent but overall, it wasn't anything special to justify the $$$. I guess if you sit right next to the window where you have an amazing view of the mountains, then maybe... go here if you really want a quiet/private-ish area for fancy food up on the mountains, but know that you could probably do a lot better by saving that money and dining out at a nice place in the village.

    Poutine is amaaaaazing!

5* food, service, atmosphere. Great spot tucked away inside the roundhouse. Would recommend booking a reservation.

The music was great, the drinks are cheap, and the service was attentive (they kept my water glass full all night). For food, we enjoyed the honey garlic wings, fried pickles, and poutine. Every time we're in the area we stop in a least twice - once as a family and again just for date night with my husband. I'm blown away at the food and drink prices (you can't beat them) . The food is pretty darn good and the drinks are the best. We came in for lunch and I ordered the Warehouse Mac and cheese which was a perfect conviction of cheeses and Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce on Cavatappi Noodles, and it was just spicy and flavorful enough. We also ordered the sun-dried tomato pesto penne and my son had the crispy chicken Caesar wrap - all were equally as delicious. Returning for drinks, i had a couple of the Sour Keys - (Smirnoff Raspberry, Peach Schnapps, Lemon, Sprite and Sour Key Candy) and oh man - they were dangerously good! Both visits the staff was very friendly and attentive, we never had to wait long, and the bar tender was on top of making sure we were always hydrated. Love this spot and will happily return again.

(Kari's Rating 5.5/10)…read more Came here with a group of 8 for an aprés ski and they charged half of us coming in a $10 cover just "because it started getting busy." Which it wasn't inside at all where our table was. Very loud and rowdy and the dj played the same parts of songs over the three hour time span we were there. Our server was half attentive, but she kept wandering off when we wanted to order more drinks-which just kind of made it difficult. We couldn't find our server for the rest of the night so we ordered from other random servers. We ordered a few buckets of beer and two poutine's. Which ended up being $48 for two small bowls that's essentially just really soggy fries- But to each their own. It's not the restaurants fault, it's what we ordered. We did order the regular truffle fries and they were much better! We also did a round of green tea and tequila shots, all shots were $12. Pretty cool for a first time experience but probably wouldn't come back, as it's overly crowded, champagnes flying everywhere and the bottle service sparklers were so strong it smelled a little like chemicals -but fun while we were here.

My wife and I visit Whistler several times a year and have eaten at most of the town's better restaurants. This time we decided to skip the reviews and try somewhere at random. That turned out to be a huge mistake. When we arrived, the patio was only about 25% full. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and clearly doing her best, but it was obvious something was seriously wrong in the kitchen. Other tables were already complaining about long wait times before we had even ordered. We ordered the Chicken & Waffles and the Waffle Sandwich. About 20 minutes later, our waitress came back to tell us they couldn't make poached eggs, so they would have to substitute scrambled eggs instead. Odd, but we agreed because we had a flight to catch and didn't have time to find another restaurant. Another 20 minutes passed. At that point we'd already been waiting 40 minutes, so we asked for an honest estimate. The waitress checked with the kitchen and came back saying our food would be out in three minutes. It wasn't. Another 20 minutes passed. After waiting a full hour, our meals finally arrived. They were honestly shocking. My Chicken & Waffles looked like frozen Eggo-style waffles topped with frozen breaded chicken strips and a few sprigs of arugula. My wife's Waffle Sandwich was essentially two frozen waffles with bacon and scrambled eggs thrown together. It looked and tasted like something made from the frozen food aisle, not something you'd expect from a restaurant in Whistler. We spoke with our waitress, who was genuinely apologetic. She admitted they'd been having major problems in the kitchen and explained there was no manager on duty, so she wasn't authorized to remove the meals from our bill or offer any meaningful resolution. None of this was her fault. She remained pleasant and professional throughout what was clearly a very difficult shift. We didn't want to take our frustration out on her, so we paid the bill despite barely touching our food. Between the one-hour wait, the poor communication, the frozen-quality food, and the complete lack of management, this was easily one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences we've had in Whistler. I sincerely hope the owners address what's happening in the kitchen because the front-of-house staff deserve much better support than they're getting.

Came here for dinner and overall had a really good experience!…read moreThe Korean fried chicken burger was excellent -- the chicken was crispy and the sauce inside the burger tied everything together perfectly. I also tried the ahi tuna bowl and loved it. It had such a great balance of flavors and textures -- fresh ahi tuna, watermelon radish(love how unique this addition was!), carrots, pickled ginger, and seaweed salad. The mix of vegetables with the tuna made it feel light but still filling. Definitely something I'd order again. We ordered a side of poutine and it did not disappoint. The fries, gravy, and cheese curds were all cooked well and blended together perfectly. They also had a great deal on pitchers of beer, which is always a win. I ordered a Shirley Temple -- it tasted more like orange juice and grenadine than the classic version, but it was still good. Service was just okay. The bartender took a while to come over and take my order at the bar, but once we were helped, everything moved smoothly. One of the highlights was the outdoor patio seating -- such a great spot to sit and watch the Fire & Ice show. Overall, solid food, good vibes, and a fun place to hang out!
