Really lovely little bistro with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The outdoor patio seating was perfect to enjoy the summer weather. The menu consists of your typical American or coastal cuisine - burgers, fries, tacos, tuna tataki. I ordered a Greeks salad with grilled shrimp on top. My dad ordered the burger. Both were pretty good, nothing amazing. Burger slightly overcooked and one of my shrimps was slightly undercooked. Otherwise, it was perfect for a light lunch and to enjoy the scenery. And the service was great!

View from the patio is stunning for sunset and during the day you can see the seaplanes take off and land.

Situated on the golf course and lake it is a beautiful and calm setting, nice to be away from the bustle and party vibe of the village. We biked out here for lunch and loved it so much we came back for dinner. Was the best reasonably priced food in Whistler that we found. I am celiac and they did a great job of accommodating plus I could have dessert here!! Our group had pizza, tuna dishes, the chicken sandwich, prawn tacos, soup of the day, fish and chips, and of course the crème brûlée and lemon dessert. Everything was delicious and the service was great!

We noticed this restaurant during our hike around the lake, the area is gorgeous and the restaurant is quite large with indoor and outdoor seating and it has a great view. I ordered the deluxe burger which comes with fries and the fish and chips. Overall we liked the food, it's s bit on the pricy side but so it's everything else in Whistler. Something to improve: I was impressed how our waitress memorized all six orders, I was expecting her to take some notes but no need; however this did not work well as 3 out of 6 orders came out wrong.

Sarah was amazing! We went to happy hour fondue and pizza and then their chocolate dessert fondue. What a fun experience! Their margs were fabulous too!

We came here for dinner after a long day of skiing at Whistler. It's a short drive from the village and tucked in a golf course at the end of a residential area. I went for the burger while my fiancée went for the pork belly risotto. Burger was a good size and super juicy. I think they mentioned it was Alberta beef. Fries were also nice and crispy but with enough fluffiness inside. We also ended the night with some chocolate fondue. We were stuffed already so we just got one portion and shared between the two of us. We didn't get to see the view since we went at night but we would come back again and maybe try the cheese fondue as well.

Came here while my friends and I were visiting Whistler. The view of the lake is amazing and is a great place to take a after dinner stroll. Our table shared the parm fries which were delicious and I ordered the salmon for my entree. The salmon was nicely cooked and came with a side of charred corn, shrimp and salad. Overall the entree was enjoyable but nothing I would crave for again. Our waiter was also extremely nice and gave us many recommendations of fun things to do in the area

Didn't 'wow' me.... I am a stickler for a great experience when asked to pay top dollar. The staff came across as inexperienced, a negative for me. Sloppy service, not totally familiar with the menu and another big faux pas for me, is when the table is cleared prior to everyone being finished. Portion was actually reasonable. Too many TVs with hockey one to enjoy the desired 'intimate' setting. The creme brûlée wasn't even made with vanilla beans. All in all a disappointing experience.

They also had a Halloween cocktail list. The hostess was friendly, but our server killed our experience. Her words were friendly but her facial expressions and body language revealed how much she disliked serving us. My husband and I spoke after, we both felt she was probably racist. Their happy hour menu had a big selection of food items but no drinks. Everything was pretty expensive for happy hour. We tried the raw Albertan elk tartare and potato puffs. We enjoyed both dishes and the portions were big. As much as we enjoyed the food, we probably won't return due to the slow and uncomfortable service.

Though the restaurant was largely empty when we arrived, we were sat at a booth that at best sat 4 and was not enough for the 5 in our group. We tend to eat lots of appetizers rather than one big meal so I knew the table would not work - we asked to be moved and the server was quite confrontational - she eventually agreed to move us to one of two larger tables that was available the whole time we were there! But it was a weird start and had we not already ordered drinks and it been a Saturday night with most places booked - I would have walked as I don't ever recall been talked to like that in a restaurant and my guess is they moved us in time to stop us leaving. She also told us that she would stagger courses appropriately- that never happened. Pretty much everything arrived at once which I wondered if it was an attempt to flip the table quickly for other large parties - who were not exactly lining up in abundance. The other large table sat empty even after we left. It arrived so, so fast I would guess that a lot of it was pre prepared and just heated up as multiple plates were brought out less than 10 minutes of ordering. Also most of the appetizers and salad arrived last so they seemingly did not know or care to course appropriately. We also ended up stacking dishes at the end of the table as they were not removed- though to be fair, they appeared to be woefully understaffed . Food had some hits and some misses .The meat eaters loved the chicken, the shishito peppers were excellent, , watermelon salad was good, potatoes croquettes were a shadow of their former selves and needed more flavor , mussels were okay and the Creme brûlée was gritty! Weird vibe, mediocre service, food was just okay - much better places to eat in the Village so I wont go back.

The place is part of Mark James group (Yaletown Brewing etc.), so one can already know what to expect if one has been to the other locations. Staff are friendly. Most of them seem to be Australian. Only complaint was that my friends and I couldn't be seated outside on the patio for some reason, even though there were clearly tables available (I didn't see any reserved signs). Not sure why the waitress insisted we sit inside where the place was maybe 30% full, but oh well. The place feels like a giant chalet, with the timber trim everywhere. They have a pizza oven, and the beer production tanks are visible over the kitchen area. There's even a toy train that does a circuit throughout the dining area (look up). One thing worth mentioning is that the bathrooms are on the 2nd floor, which may be a problem for some. Food here is Whistler pricing, so be sure to have deep pockets. I was told to try the High Mountain beef ribs, so there is now 1 less cow out there. 3 bones drenched in BBQ sauce, served on top of a pile of coleslaw and next to a pile of mashed potatoes (there is a fries option). Ribs were cooked well but the sauce was definitely on the salty side. I tried a piece of my buddy's prime rib and it's pretty solid. The portion size was definitely enough. I was stuffed. I also had a flight of their craft beer (4 glasses). As of the time of writing, they only have 8 beers available, but it was more than enough. Overall the place is worth a visit if one wants pub style comfort food.
