A few people had laptops and books out and appeared quite settled in at the few tables inside. There was plenty of additional seating in the outdoor patio though, so we were able to quickly grab two seats. Service was super friendly. FOOD // We got a 12oz latte and a maple walnut donut to share. The donut was delicious - so fluffy! - and the latte was also made well, balanced and a good accompaniment to the donut. If we weren't so full, I would've been tempted to get another donut... Next time!

This visit was the absolute charm. I found my new favourite donut here - the Maple Walnut. So amazing. This cafe puts Squamish on the map. At times the lineup is long but steadily moving. It's very busy here so don't expect too much peace & quiet one might find at other coffee shops. The surrounding location is a great place to wonder around & take a nice walk. The views of the world famous Stawamus Chief Mountain from outside this cafe are stunning. Shannon Falls is less than 10 minutes away. Service here is laid back & small town chill.

Did I start my hike at 12pm because I stayed too long here? Yes. But was it worth it? Yes. It was very chill when I went, but a gorgeous sunny day, so I sat on the patio. However, the interior of this place is stunning- funky, hip, minimal. I ordered a flat white with soy milk (my go-to coffee order) and it was superb. For $5 too, I'll take it. I could envision this being my go-to working coffee shop, sadly I don't live in Squamish :/ I'll definitely be back!

We ate at a cute 100% vegan cafe called @tuba_cafe_ right in the heart of downtown Squamish, offering lots of smoothie flavors, coffees, a few sandwiches and four different kinds of vegan desserts! When entering the restaurant, you can actually enter from their front or back doors. We decided to split a "Kado Sandwich" (panini) - consisting of zucchini, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, spice, parsley, tomato paste, and cheese. If you're wondering if the panini tastes as good as it looks, it absolutely does .. and, even better when paired with their provided dipping sauce! I decided to grab a smoothie, simply and aptly named "Brown" .. espresso, mango, banana, walnut, protein powder, and almond butter ... a lot of varied ingredients that really complemented one another in the final product. Last but certainly not least, we both ordered a different dessert. My wife ordered the "Tiramisu", consisting of cream cheese, almond butter, biscuit, and maple syrup and I ordered the "Cheesecake", consisting of date, walnut, cream cheese, maple syrup, and almond butter. While both desserts shared some similar ingredients, each had their own distinct flavor and was a perfect touch to our shared sandwich and smoothie.
