If only I lived closer, I would come here to study. It was very spacious and had lots of tables and chairs available for studying, getting work done, or hanging out. The place was clean and and organized. The bathrooms were also kept clean. The staff are friendly and are time efficient! There is also a drive-thru! How awesome! read more

Worst starbucks ever !!! when i entered the store theres no person in line i ordered my usual drink that it a Venti Hotchoco which is usually just steamed the milk which take it less than a minute and pump mocha sauce and syrup thats its no whip cream... thats it! but its not case! its a drive tru store and there a mobile order . which mess up my one drink!!! i waited my drink for 25 minutes!!!! i followed up my ordered the barista of course many excuses it was on the line but i didnt see my cup!!! the reason is there were printing those sticker from the drive tru , from the mobile up then my order .. what the hell!!! i ordered my drink inside the store i was first in line .. wat the hell i have to wait for my drink for 25 minutes!!!!!!! i think u should also prioritize first ur customer who took an effort to go inside ur store... next time when i oder again esp in drive tru i want my cup to be cup marked esp when im the only customer in line in the store!! then when u complain they will make ur drink in 30secs its insane . i want u to know that you ruin my day !!!! the worst part i didnt get my drink u know why because after 25minutes of waiting their electricity tripped off !!! and i ask the barista what happend to my drink she told me theres no electricity . i wont accept that excuses because my drink was placed 25 minutes ago before ur electricity was cut off... u wasted my time u got my money! i dont need ur recovery card!!!!! read more

This Starbucks is living its best life I had to put more into this review before Yelp's lame algorithm would let me post it, so this is the remainder of the review. Honestly though, this is hands down the best Starbucks location in existence. Don't go here, you'll probably ruin it. Go to the one on Sycamore instead, where weirdos live on their laptops for 8 hours at a time, sipping down the same large ice water cup (wrapped in 14 napkins no less too). This one is clean and doesn't have the usual Starbucks riff-raft, and all the people working at this store always make your day better/brighter. Please don't go here ruin it. But, something must be done about their policy in regards to the brewing of their blonde and bold roasts. Apparently they stop brewing the blonde and bold roast coffee at 11:00am. WTFroth!? Really? This Starbucks location has been my new go to as of late. It's always clean on the inside and is never too crowded. Today I was in line behind an employee who has doing an employee purchase, not a big deal. A drive thru barista came and took my order. I noticed that even after my transaction was done, the register still had my total present but the barista told me I was all set. I noticed my drink was taking some time, also not a big deal, so I approached the registers and asked if my payment had gone through. The barista was so nice and explained that the ticket hadn't printed out so it didn't register to their drink list. She made my drink on the spot and gave me a gift card to use on my next purchase. I was here at 10:30 pm hoping to get drinks with my friends. Surprisingly, they did not let us in! We went to try to open the door but it would not budge. The door was locked, despite closing time being at 11:00 pm. An employee with jet black, gelled back hair was taking out the trash and sarcastically retorted "That's cute," when we stated how badly we wanted Starbucks. My brother commented about how they were not technically closed. He merely chuckled and walked inside as if our service was not important. We sat outside hoping that they would let us in or at least tell us that they were closed for the night. We only received those rude responses from this employee in a condescending manner. At approximately 10:45, two truck drivers brought in milk jugs and said employee casually lets them in. This made me, the customer, very displeased at the disrespectful declination of our hope to buy drinks. The worst part was that at a few minutes before 11:00, we saw a car pass through the drive through and receive an order. We considered trying the drive through after all of our patient waiting. My group thought we'd still be able to make it in time. However, we ultimately decided to be the bigger man and not attempt to purchase drinks now that it was actually close to the closing time, as opposed to half an hour before.
