This Jamba Juice is great! The manager here is so nice and always goes above and beyond to make sure my mother gets her favorite juice shot. The ambiance is typical for a Jamba Juice and the smoothies are comparable to other locations. There's no seating inside but they have a nice seating area with a fountain out front. Not super happy with the service or food. We ordered online for pickup and got there when the app told us to. I'm aware that estimated times aren't always right so I didn't mind waiting a bit, but the two employees were chatting with customers (seemed like they all knew each other) and it definitely took time away from service. I ordered a protein smoothie and a waffle bowl with ice cream. For whatever reason they kept the waffle bowl behind the counter next to the register and not at the pickup station and they weren't even close to making the smoothie. By the time I got my order, the ice cream had completely melted and the waffle was soggy. No straw for drink either. I had just come from a doctor's appointment and needed a refreshing treat, and chose Jamba Juice as a healthier alternative to getting something chocolatey. Their small pomegranate-peach smoothie fit the bill. It definitely had the tart tang of pomegranate as the leading flavor. Next time, I think I'd go with peach as the main ingredient, as that's more interesting to my taste buds. It's amazing how the blending of fresh fruit with some juice and crushed ice creates such a satisfying beverage. Maybe it's a throwback to childhood - when an Icee always seemed more interesting and refreshing than just a plain soda over ice I signed up for their app, and we'll see what that yields in discounts or freebies. When we walked in, we were not greeted by any of the three women working behind the counter. They just kept talking amongst themselves. However, while we were browsing the menu, a guy walked in and all of them greeted him. My friend and I were both thrown off a bit by that and slightly irritated. This is a small, clean store specializing in blended juices and smoothies. I visited today for lunch and the line was short. The young woman behind the counter greeted me with a smile and offered me a sample of a chai drink. She took my order and my name and asked if I wanted my apple cinnamon pretzel to be warmed. My drink came as ordered, but it could have been blended better; there were four pieces of frozen fruit that were too big to fit through my straw. The customer in front of me left a tip and this prompted the Jamba Juice employees to say, "Tip tip hurray!" This did two things: first, it made me embarrassed to not leave a tip since the woman in front of me had been publicly recognized. Secondly, it made me not want to leave a tip because I would feel embarrassed by being publicly recognized. Went To Jamba Juice around 11:40Am, three employees were currently working, and no one welcomed nor said anything to me. Waited at the register to pick up my items and the three employees had their backs turned to the register, and didn't bother helping me until a line started to build. One of the three, a girl, turned around and i notified i had an order for pickup. Still didn't say anything to me walked away grabbed my drinks. Still not saying anything and helped the next person. Didn't receive straws, didn't even get acknowledged. For paying $20 for two smoothies, i was expecting better service. This is a clean store with quick service. Love their variety of food and drinks but management should not reprimand an employee in front of customers! I told the person helping me that I needed two small drinks and she suggested 1 small drink split in 2 and that was perfect, well Joshua (the manager or person in charge) told her "don't offer to split it, unless they ask, it takes away from our inventory". That was not only inappropriate but terrible customer service! The person who was helping me did the absolute right thing, providing great service is what this is all about. I alway enjoy coming to this location for great fresh drinks and great service. They have a variety of great drink choices to refresh your pallet, as well as customer service to match. During their free drink day, the cashier as well as the rest of the staff was calm, cool and collected, and served with a smile on their face. Great staff, great drinks, great times. JONATHAN refused service to the African American lady in front of us in line for not wearing her mask fully over her nose! "I REFUSE TO SERVE YOU! YOU NEED TO LEAVE NOW!" What JONATHAN didn't realize was she is a stage 4 cancer patient on oxygen! He was so rude to me as well and had such a bad attitude! I felt so bad for the lady I bought her a Jamba Juice! I've come here quite a few times and they've never messed up my order. I phoned my order in and it took 10 min to get there and 15min to receive the juice. There were eight customers, four without masks. I have never had a bad jamba experience!! The smoothies are always up to par in my book. I used to go a couple times a week in high school. The smoothie prices have gone significantly up since then but that doesn't deter me from enjoying this treat now and again.
