I go to jamba juice at least once a week. It is addicting, there is no doubt about that. I make smoothies at home but they do not compare to the ones that I have here at jamba juice. I actually went there yesterday and found out that they are raising money for breast cancer and that make me really happy. I donated and they gave me some coupons so I had to come back today and get my kale-ribbean breeze. YUM! That once is my favorite and I am very glad that they are doing something for a great cause. read more

Ordered two drinks and when being rung up, was asked if we had the new reward app. We didn't, only the old version. So the cashier had our drinks made while we downloaded the app so we would save $3 on our order. She rang our order again and gave us the app sign up special. We should have left at that point. Only one cashier! It took 17 minutes to place the order! Cashier had no idea how to scan a Groupon! I gave up trying to use my Groupon. This Jamba is pretty typical. The set up is kinda weird. You order all the way in the back of the store. That makes it hard when the store is busy, people are always standing around the door waiting for their drinks, so you have to push your way through to get to the back to order. Other than that, everything is pretty normal. The workers always get your drinks out in a decent amount of time. The store always seems pretty clean. The outdoor seating area is pretty nice, there are tables and benches around a big fountain. I tend to order the Aloha Pineapple. If not, I get some of the off the menu drinks, like white/red gummy bear or pink star :) read more

Went to this local Jamba Juice, as I was in between appointments around lunchtime, and found this new location (around Moorpark and Thousand Oaks Blvd., right off the fwy, very close to the Janss and The Oaks mall in Thousand Oaks). I called in my order, as I was driving and couldn't use the app (which is fantastic, btw, in case you haven't tried it yet.. Allows you to place your order(s) through the app, customize it, pay for it/ them, and minimize or even eliminate wait time upon arrival for pick-up! Give your first go at using the app a good 10-15 minutes to sign up/add a payment method to use, look around the menu to find what you'd like to order it and how) and then afterwards, it will take you 30 seconds to place your order from then on! Awesome!!!! I drove in to pick up my strawberries dreamin' add protein shake, and was met by some very nice employees, one of whom I happened to know!!! What a great surprise to run into a long-time friend I hadn't seen since she went off to college! (Super bonus!!!!). Paid for my drink, all employees were nice, running the store cleanly and smoothly, and had great, friendly, fun personalities, and left shortly with drink in hand on my way to my next Dr. Appt. This is great for a tasty treat on a hot day! I love going to Jamba Juice. My favorite is the Strawberry Nirvana. It's only 190 calories and is considered one of their enlightened smoothies. this location is my saturday morning reading spot. there's no seating inside, but this jamba juice is conveniently located just off the freeway, and has plenty of seating outside. my usual in the mornings is the 16oz. berry topper which makes for a perfect breakfast especially on a warm saturday morning. ask for the granola on the side so that you can dump it in as you go along, otherwise i found that the granola gets mushy before you get to the bottom and that's just not right. if you're in a hurry, note that saturday mornings are pretty busy as it seems that this is the "place to be" after morning soccer games for families with young kids. read more

I came here for a medium oj which cost $5.09. It was bad enough that 16 oz of oj cost more than five dollars. Their credit card scanner did not work so I was forced to pay cash but did not have the nine cents. I had to go to an ATM for nine cents! I came back and had to stand in line behind five more people. It's a jamba juice, so there's not much to tell you quality wise, they all seem pretty much the same. My wife ordered a smoothie here, a green one, i think expecting it to taste like naked juice's green machine. It was a bit "greener" than what she was expecting. I figured it was her fault for ordering something she didn't like so we went back in to get her a fruit smoothie and they asked if we didn't like the green smoothie and replaced it for free. Laziness is pretty typical here. This store used to be the best anywhere. Employees were courteous, friendly, hard working and make sure everything was perfect. Not anymore. 1. The employees acknowledge you if you are lucky (meaning that they are done talking to each other and have the desire to take your order). 2. When they take your order the other two employees still keep talking and you have to wait like 5 minutes to see your order started. 3. When you get your order it is probably going to be wrong if you ask for anything different so make sure you try your order before you leave. 4. The counters are dirty and spills are all over. We are frequent Jamba Juice customers, but the crew working the noon hour today, 9/30/16, really needs to get their act together. There were only 3 customers in the store, but for some reason the service was REALLY slow. While standing around waiting, I noticed their method of cleaning the dirty blender containers was to quickly dump them in one sink of standing water and then another--no running water involved. Then when the smoothies were done, the guy pours them all out at once and can't figure out which order was which! I asked him if he was sure he was giving me the right order (after he'd sniffed it trying to figure it out), and he says "99% sure"--well he was wrong. Unfortunately, I couldn't taste it to check because I'd gone there to pick it up for a friend who wasn't feeling well. Came in on 3/31 at 1:55pm. Smoothie was tasty as usual. The service was pretty good except the male worker with a buzzed haircut did not greet me at all even though we made eye contact. He just looked up at me, got a sour look on his face, then looked away. Seriously? That was annoying, but then he proceeded to greet the next few customers as they walked in. If you are going to be the front of a business, you better be damn well prepared to give every single customer the same amount of respect and attention you give the next. That really rubbed me the wrong way because I could understand if he was really busy but he wasnt. He made a conscious decision to ignore me because who knows why. I frequent Jamba a lot but I will not be returning to this location because of that one guy who couldnt knock that chip off his shoulder and I hope management knows that there are 100 people lined up that could do the job better than that guy.
