Stopped by with 2 friends today, and there happened to be a deal for 3 double scoops for $15, so we lucked out! Location was clean and convenient. There was only 1 employee, but she was friendly and helpful, and thankfully not a long wait. I feel like they definitely give good portions compared to other ice cream shops. Also, this shop accepted by Dunkin gift card as many (but not all) Baskin Robbins do. read more

One of the sweetest, creamiest, quarrel's you'll read about today... On this episode of... "As the Baskin-Robbins turns" Me: Why you gotta be so cold? Her: Why you gotta be so cheap? Me: At least I know exactly what I want! Her: Oh please, You can never make a quick decision. Me: At least I'm not pushing 'chocolate' on everyone cause you're "bored" with Vanilla. Her: Coming from the guy who is always seeking a new "flavor of the week" Me: Really?? Stop acting the a child! Her: Child? You're the one who always orders a kids scoop of pink bubble gum. Me: Like I said, I know exactly what I want! Her: Do you? Do you really know what you want? Me: Let's not fight anymore baby. Just grab 2 pink spoons and let's just share... as long as it's not chocolate. Her: (eye roll) Let me guess? Pink Bubblegum?? ---------------------- To get the rest of the Scoop on "As The Baskin-Robbins turns...." Tune in to next week's episode where she causes his banana to actually split... But the Cherry on Top.... She was always ok with plain ol' Vanilla, but nothing made her happier than a big, scoop of... Mint. Chocolate. Chip. ---No flavors or bananas were hurt in the making of the review--- Oh Baskin-Robbins, your 31 flavors have been making people happy since 1945. From plain ol' chocolate To CHERRIES JUBILEE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE DOUGH COTTON CANDY JAMOCA ALMOND FUDGE MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP RAINBOW SHERBET ROCKY ROAD & even plain ol' vanilla and everything in between.... And you know I couldn't leave out my favorite (this is not a joke)... Yes, Pink Bubblegum, haha... B.R., you simply the best!! This 1000 Oaks location has great service, a fair amount of indoor seating and of course, 31 flavors to choose from. So the next time you are in the mood for Ice Cream and you just can't fathom another "fake fight" over Americas favorite frozen dessert... Come get your Baskin-Robbins on... Lovely, clean store with really nice people working there! Ice cream was great as well! Lots of flavors!

I came before 8:00 pm on a Wednesday to a store full of people with JUST ONE POOR GIRL working! The people kept coming in and she (Destiny) was so gracious and handled it with professionalism, but those of us standing in line all felt bad for her. Shame on the management of this store! Do better!!! read more

This location always has the best flavours and seems to never be crowded ! Their seasonal / holiday selections are always available and have all three types of cones on hand .. ( sugar, chocolate dipped waffle, and cake ( classic )) ! Parking is also abundant and couldn't be easier either. Just a few steps and you're in the shop. The service is always smiling and helpful while the shop is clean, bright, and well kept. It is a little bit of a drive but well worth it! Ice cream helps with everything !! Cheers ! read more

This place is the best little ice cream store I have ever found! I have traveled up and down the I-5 corridor trying all the Baskin Robbins from San Diego to Seattle and this is the store to stop at. The people are super friendly, girl Jayden, boy Jayden, Sienna and Destiny. Yes they do get crowded at times of the day, but you will always see a smile on the employees faces and a willingness to help, offer ideas and of course the taste test. Then there are the cakes. The front display area has cakes that are specialities and so cleverly designed. Then there's the standard cakes in the back, or the polar pizza or the take out quarts/pints and the pre-packed ice cream bars. What makes this place so special? You can sit down in a relaxed atmosphere, with Grandmas and Grandpas and grandkids, just like the old Normand Rockwell pictures that were so popular years go. Just takes you back to a simpler time with a great treat... Baskin Robbins ice cream. read more

Staff was very friendly and helpful in making our selection. The store was very clean and festive for the holidays. Loved their holiday cakes. I tried the Dubai chocolate bar and it was delicious. Definitely my new favorite :) read more

This store is SO GREAT! Obviously the ice cream is amazing. Cookies and Cream is my fave! (Jamoca a close #2). Thing that makes it wonderful though is how nice the people who work there are. An ice cream shop ought to be a nice, happy place with great customer service and these peeps always deliver. Always clean, always good music - a very happy place. Two thumbs up! read more

Nothing but phenomenal things to say about this location! This Baskin-Robbins has such a great atmosphere! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the store is always spotless, well-stocked, and full of all the best flavors. Plus, the cakes are beautiful! You can tell they put so much care and attention to detail into decorating each one, making them perfect for birthdays or special occasions. Whether you're stopping by for a quick treat or bringing friends and family, it's always a great experience. It's clear that the team here truly cares about their customers and their store, and it makes all the difference. Can't wait to go back! read more

The staff here were super attentive and made sure my order was just right. They were friendly without rushing and really seemed to care about the service they gave. It made the visit simple and enjoyable! read more

First time I came in I thought maybe she was just busy that would explain the rudeness. Maybe it was me , maybe I was just reading it wrong. but the second time I came in she was very cold and rude , so that's just her personality with certain types of people because I didn't see her acting like that with other types of people she ignored me for 15 minutes. Didn't even ask me if I needed help. She's the blonde girl that works nights here if you don't like working at Baskin-Robbins get another job I hear McDonald's is hiring. read more

Such a great environment in this store!! The waffle cones smell amazing, it's so clean inside, and the employees are very friendly. ESPECIALLY the girl working on 8-12. When I came in she was charismatic, helpful, and hardworking. I would 10/10 recommend coming to this store, even if it's just to check out their beautiful cakes on display. read more

Dropped by for an after school treat with my daughter. The guy Jayden who helped us was super patient with my daughter when she couldn't figure out what flavor she wanted. Thanks for the kindness and yummy ice cream! Will def come back again. read more

If I could do negative stars, I would. I sent the below email to corp and the local franchisee blew me off and say I should have checked the cake prior to pick up. As a loyal customer for many years, I kindly request that someone from the executive office contact me at xxx-xxx-xxxx to discuss a concerning issue regarding our Thanksgiving order. Every year, it has been our tradition to purchase a turkey cake to share with loved ones, and this year was no different. Unfortunately, upon opening the box, we encountered two significant issues: Portion Size: The cake, advertised as serving 12 to 16 people, was far too small and barely fed 5 guests. Presentation: The cake was shaped in a manner that was highly inappropriate and offensive. It appeared to be an attempt at humor, but it was far from amusing and caused discomfort at our gathering. I have photos documenting the concerns mentioned above and can provide them upon request. For a $55 cake, this experience fell far below expectations, both in terms of value and appropriateness. read more

Wow--what a turnaround! I used to come here occasionally, but under the new management, this place has totally leveled up. From the moment I walked in, the vibe felt more welcoming, the décor looked refreshed, and the staff was super friendly. I tried "mint and chip" and my son tried "wild and reckless" and it was amazingly delicious --creamy, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with love. It's clear that the new team cares about both the product and the customer experience. Everything felt more intentional, from the fresh waffle cones cooking when we arrived to the spotless counters. Highly recommend giving this place another shot if you haven't been in a while. The new management is crushing it--we'll definitely be back soon! read more

Very well managed ice cream shop! Everything was clean, well maintained and the staff was super nice. I noticed the sign read, "under new management" and that it was! Kudos to the new owner for making this place 1 of 1. read more

I gotta admit I was really impressed by the level of service at this place. I was greeted as I walked in with a few of my friends and the staff were super welcoming. We got to try a few of the ice creams before we decided on what to get. Gotta love their pistachio. I think the ownership has changed since I was last in there and they really seem to be making all the difference! Will be back again! read more

Amazing service. There was a younger gentleman and lady who were just so helpful and sweet. They helped with all my questions and the sunday they made me was speculation! read more

This Baskin-Robbins location is fantastic--clean, inviting, and super friendly. They have an impressive variety of treats, from classic ice cream flavors and cakes to bars, popsicles, and milkshakes--something for everyone. Employees are attentive and helpful. I tried a scoop of strawberry and a scoop of cherries jubilee, and both were delicious--smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The waffle cone was a standout too--crispy with just the right amount of sweetness. I'll absolutely be coming back for more! read more

So where do I begin went here Saturday night cause kids wanted ice cream and if it wasn't for the coupon I probably wouldn't have come here cause so much money for low quality and rude employees!!! The gentleman that helped us last night acted like he didn't want to be working and I had to ask questions to entice conversation. Went Sunday (09/01) To purchase a cake we saw in the front freezer for a birthday and proceeded to talk to the young girl and she acted like she didn't know what I was asking her and proceeded to tell me they don't have it anymore , got a cake out of the pre made cake freezer and nicely ask her to write happy birthday.... On it so she took it and told me she couldn't write her name, there was room and left super annoyed. Probably will travel to another store if I visit again, so sad . I feel like they didn't receive proper training or something read more

Quiet Sunday night... 8 pm... store is completely empty. I flag the solo employee who was seated in the back and on his phone. I place my order and he proceeds to grab a waffle bowl when I ask if he's going to wash his hands. He walks down the counter and rinses his hands fora few seconds... no soap. There's another BR just 8 min away. read more

The worker was amazing and so kind! Ice cream was delicious too. Environment was welcoming and clean.

The people behind the counter we're so helpful. Especially the blonde young lady. You can tell they were working so hard to get all the work done before the end of the night. The Dubai chocolate ice cream they made was the best we ever had. Overall great service, and great ice cream. read more

Completely new Baskin-Robbins setup! Superrrrr nice employees and the service was amazing! I've been to the one in Newbury and from the bottom of my heart, I would rather drive to Thousand Oaks... cannot beat the service and environment! read more

I don't write reviews. Like never. This Baskin Robbin's is absolutely wonderful. Sienna is the best. Super kind attitude and always so patient with my kids. Braiden and Destiny are part of the love. Great employee banter. You get ice cream because it makes you happy. This BR you are happy even before you get the ice cream. Great crew! read more

Took my son for an after school treat. After walking in with another lady we all began to sweat, to the point of trying to find a vent and walking towards door. We asked the gentleman working if the air was broken and he responded with no, our boss won't let us run it cause it's to expensive!! After receiving a scoop of sherbet we headed to car and it was already half melted between the heat inside and I'm assuming the freezers not being cold enough. Very disappointed read more

Sienna made one of the best sundaes I have eaten in a long time. Everyone was friendly too.

First review...I was so excited that this store reopened. First time there tonight...the door was propped opened, and instantly it felt like a sauna inside. We walk to to line and notice the fan on the floor...it was blowing hot air. Obviously they a/c must be out....right? We asked the employee "is the A/C broken? " He said "Nope--it's not on." Um, what now? The thermostat said 91 at 7pm on a Sunday night. It was way cooler outside. The inside of the store looked nice...but we walked out (into the fresh cool air) WITHOUT ordering cause it was awful in there. So disappointing. Probably won't be back :/ read more

excellent service and great music. nothing better than ice cream on a hot day and friendly people overall elite experience !

Great ice cream, especially on a hot day. Great customer service is a plus!! I got both at the Thousand Oaks store!!!

This is a great location! My family and I were greeted with smiles and amazing service. The staff was helpful and kind to my dairy-free ice cream loving kid and helped him find a great option. We will definitely be back! read more

I just wanted to start off by saying this Baskin Robbin's is in a prime location, it has amazing vibes with great music, the AC is running, and has an incredible staff too. I've been a recurring customer here and the times that I've been to this location, the AC was not turned on (it was hot/muggy), there was no ambiance, and the service was poor. Seems like there's been some new changes in management for this location, looking forward to these exciting new updates. read more

Had a great experience from the start! Looks like this location is under new ownership. Good customer service and location is kept very clean. I've been to this location before but it looks like the AC is finally working!! Will definitely be back! read more

I was so excited to hear that this Baskin Robbins was reopening, so I took my kids to the grand reopening and it was everything I wanted. First off, they had $.31 ice cream scoops and special activities like a DJ and prize wheel. Those were fun, but the main star was still the ice cream. There are many ice cream shops out there, but Baskin-Robbins has mastered the art of combining flavors. It's like you can taste one of the flavors and automatically know where it comes from. That is especially true for their peanut butter chocolate ice cream. With huge gobs of peanut butter in a creamy chocolate ice cream base, there's nothing like it. The store itself is pretty basic, with a few tables and chairs, but the two cases of ice cream flavors really stand out. In addition, they also serve ice cream cakes and ice cream clowns, that are always fun. The staff is very friendly and will allow you to taste as many different flavors as you'd like. If you have not visited Baskin-Robbins in a while, make any excuse to go again. You will not regret it. read more

I got a royale yesterday. Amount of bananas and hot fudge was minimal compared to the one I got a couple of weeks ago. When asked if I could get more hot fudge because there wasn't much, she said it's 1 pump of hot fudge. I will not order that again at that BR and possibly won't return. read more
