I've been coming to this Starbucks for over seven years, always minding my business. Today, the manager told me I had to buy something to sit in the lobby. I explained that I was just at another Starbucks 30 minutes ago--I'm not going to buy multiple coffees just because I step into a different location five minutes later. I've never had this issue before, and suddenly, after all these years, I'm being told I can't sit here? This is ridiculous. If this is how you treat loyal customers, then I'm done. I'm never coming back. F*** you, Starbucks.

Ordered a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe, tasted great, and loved the flavor. Service was relatively quick, got my order within 5 minutes. There was a decently long line but it went through quick. Will come back!

I don't typically go to Starbucks but it was hot and I wanted something fruity and refreshing. I've been seeing a lot of their advertising for pink drinks so I decided to go in. The sweetest barista, Peter, helped me! I couldn't decide what I wanted and he offered some suggestions. Do I want something blended, or with milk, or fruity? We finally settled on the Blended Strawberry Lemonade because he said it was the most refreshing. I was a little hesitant at first but he was so right!!! It was light, refreshing and fruity without being overly sweet. And PINK! I would come back again just to have Peter help me. He's adorable.

I had been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but I was pretty upset by their customer service lately. I ordered a Venti refresher drink without ice, for my daughter, the cup is filled up to 70%, I asked the server why the cup is not filled. She responded that it was company policy because the drink was ordered without ice. A week ago from another store. I ordered a small tea and requested to put the tea bag in a venti cup because my wife did not like her tea too strong. The server gave me a half filled cup, when I asked him to fill the cup with hot water, the server refused. At first I thought it was a joke. It was not, he told me because I ordered a tall tea in a Venni cup, he cannot fill the cup with hot water per company policy. What a terrible way to save a few bucks!

bought iced peach green tea as usual cause my favorite tea. the app said free hot chocolate. i was so excited cause if you look at the app, the hot chocolate looks so good with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. the free is only 8oz. cup but when i opened at home: no whipped cream nor chocolate drizzle and the hot chocolate is only half of cup. i was wondering if this is the way starbucks gives free for customers??? anyway, i still give five stars because i will say this store is the best for me so far and consistent for making the drinks. not sure about the hot chocolate but lesson learned: better check on the spot when order hot drinks because you never know what you get cause the cup is made from paper and dull colour...

Slowest service I have ever seen at a Starbucks. I've been waiting for over 35 mins for our drinks. Come on guys, you can do better.

A small was $5.90 which was steep for how small it actually is, but I think this is what's expected from coffee chains now. The service was excellent, but the docked star was from them not having anymore pistachio milk. I was getting so many ads (I got sucked in!) for their new Pistachio Rose Latte and Pistachio Matcha Latte, and I was disappointed they ran out. The kind cashier offered to put pistachio syrup instead but it's not the same T-T There's a lot of two-person seating inside, but for larger parties there are probably two options inside and more outside. I would be back since the Starbucks across the street has closed, but the Philz at City Center poses strong competition (albeit more expensive).

More importantly, while I was sitting there, the barista was sweeping and the broom went over/against my shoes. I found that very disrespectful, and in my culture, sweeping over someone's feet is also considered bad luck. There was no apology. It was a quiet Sunday afternoon, yet I also waited quite a while before anyone came out to take my order. I understand there are cleaning tasks to do, but when a customer is waiting, shouldn't customer service come first? The Sparkling Passion Tea was also not made correctly--it was far too tart. Unfortunately, I didn't taste it until after I had already left the store. It's disappointing that even such a basic drink was not prepared properly. Please retrain your new employees on both drink preparation and customer service.

We started with the Crispy Cauliflower, coated with tempura batter and served with lemon aioli; Roasted Brussels Sprouts, topped with chili flakes & Parmesan and served in a cast iron skillet; and the Hummus, topped with Pepitas and served with thin, crispy parm'd pizza bread. The Chopped Kale Salad came with apple, radish, carrot, cotija, and Pepitas, all tossed in a tangy pomegranate vinaigrette; and the Chickpea Salad also had a base of kale topped with chickpeas, roasted sweet potato/carrot, and charred halloumi, and dressed with herbed pesto. The highlight of the menu was their creative pizzas, which you could order either on a thin, crispy Neapolitan crust, or on a thick, soft, square-shaped Detroit-style base with crispy baked cheese edges. The Fun Guy came with porcini cream, mushroom, onion, goat cheese, and pecorino; and the Hail Mary came with beer braised chicken, caramelized onion, cotija, garlic, and Calabrian chili oil, which gave the pizza a flavorful spicy kick. Overall, my favorite items were the Hummus with aromatic pizza bread; and the tantalizingly spicy Detroit-style Hail Mary, but everything was tasty and came at a good value and with quick service too!
