I have really really have cut back on my Starbucks. It would save me $5 minimum a day. I also noticed my daughter has cut back also, as I still have a balance on my Starbucks app, lol. Quality/Quantity - My usual tall Pikes. Consistent. I used to come here often and have meetings here because it was an easy place to find with plenty of parking. Atmosphere - In a VERY busy mall. I actually do not like coming here as the drivers in the mall are very aggressive. Plus there are potential car break-ins, be safe. Plenty of mall parking, well maybe not on Saturdays or Sundays... Open 7 days a week from 3:30am or 4am to 10pm. One of the Starbucks with the longest open hours. Caters to many of the nearby industrial businesses. Service - Good. Price - $5 ish, with tip. Owner Comments - Congrats on all your success since 1971 and being the largest coffeehouse chain in the world! #114 on the Fortune 500 list. As of 2021, 33,833+ stores, and 15,444 of them in the US. 1992 IPO. 2003 Acquired Seattle's Best Coffee. 2008 Loyalty card program. 2014 First Starbucks Reserve opened in Seattle. 2020 Generous programs to employees due to COVID. Closed all stores except drive thru and delivery only. Paid for 30 days whether employees went to work or stayed home. Gave employees free daily meals and drinks whether they were working or not. Not much report. I frequent this Starbucks because it's near the marina where I go for my daily power walk. So I popped in on this date to get a protein box and a protein drink to fuel my 5-mile power walk. Customer service was good, especially for a very crowded store that also had a pitbull among the patrons. read more

No matter what time it is this Starbucks is always slammed. We came here the Sunday after thanksgiving at 7:30 am. We put in our order right before arriving and when we walked in they were just putting out our order. Great timing. I highly reccomend using there app to place your order or you will be waiting awhile in store. Depending on the time of day parking can be limited due to its part of the outlets shopping center and it's always busting with people. If you come before the outlets are open there is plenty of parking, like a Sunday at 7:30 am we had our choice of parking spots. The bathroom is outside and is for all the outlets, it's not a dedicated Starbucks bathroom and there is no code necessary. read more

This location is really just good for mobile pick ups. They're really consistent with their quality and my order is always ready when I get there. I don't love how it's only outside seating. Bathrooms Are also only outside. They renovated sometime in the past year so it's updated. However, the inside is small so become cramped quickly. read more

This is one of the smaller Starbucks locations in the area. There is no indoor seating or bathrooms. There is a restroom on the side of the building and there is some outdoor seating. It is great on a warm day like today. Have a drink and do some people watching. This location is usually busy but there is a monitor so you can see the progress of your order. The service as efficient. I had the new Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato. I subed Coconut milk for the 2% milk. Pleasantly surprised at the taste. It was not super artificially flavored. read more

This Starbucks location is in the Marina Square Center. This is a pretty busy plaza, especially on weeknights and weekends, so parking may be hit or miss. I used to come here all the time to study, as they close fairly late for the area (10 PM every night), but their interior / seating situation is a bit awkward. Their bathrooms are also outside and always dirty. I only ever get their Iced Matcha Latte or Matcha Creme Frappuccino here, if they do actually have in stock because sometimes, they are out. Not sure why lately their matcha tastes a bit off compared to usual and their other locations. They started to use paper products now, so my Frappuccino came with a paper cup & dome lid, as well as the straw, so if you do not finish your drink within 5 - 10 minutes, it melts and you are literally drinking paper. Also the straw cutout from the dome cup literally was in my drink and melted into my drink, so I ended up having to toss it away, as my drink started to taste like paper. Not sure if it is a new thing they have with the paper products, as the other Starbucks I go to are still using their regular cups, lids, and straws. read more

I went a couple days ago and i usually preorder on the app since it gets pretty busy here, but I had forgotten to buy a treat for my siblings. So i ordered and the cashier was very nice. I waited a while for my food but again i understand it was busy. once the worker put the food on the counter she didn't call out any names so i assumed she wasn't going to and i saw my name so i got my food but when i did the worker gave me the meanest look and said "oh" i don't know if she was going to call them out but i saw her go make coffee and i saw my name and picked my food up. They also got my coffee wrong as well but it was still good, but i hope they don't get mad at others for picking up their food. read more

Argh!! This is a high traffic location. It's never not busy. Parking can also be a headache. They had been closed for a couple weeks due to remodeling. Fire whoever was in charge of this remodel. I order a Venti blahh blah blah... added salted caramel cold cream foam. What I received was a size of a GRANDE in a venti cup. My drink could literally float for days without touching the top measuring line. This is bullshit. It is no where near a ventu size and the cold cream foam wasnt even salted. No caramel drizzle. Sorry, this is THE WORST Starbucks I have EVER been to. We walked into this Starbucks at 2:27pm We had a mobile order that estimated our drinks would be ready by 2:33, the drinks weren't ready at all. My husband checked in with staff at 2:51 and they had to reorder the drinks. We finally got our drinks by 2:54pm. And they gave me the WRONG drink. Not even close to what I wanted. I got cream in my drink and I get sick with cream! There was so many drinks on the mobile order counter. The baristas were calling peoples names but it was very hard to hear who they were calling because the music was so loud. And someone was waiting 15 minutes at the cashier area and never got helped. She yelled, "I'm done! Mobile orders are more important here!" We wasted time and money and I could have ended up sick. read more

It's usually packed here but pretty efficient but today it was a loooong wait even through mobile app ordering. Nonetheless, still much better off than just showing up to order in line. It was a long line just to get into the store. Those poor souls look like their thirst won't be quenched for at least another 30 mins by the time they get into the store, place their orders, and wait for it to be prepared! So the 1 star deduction is how unusually long I had to wait today for my mobile order. The app said 2:23pm pickup but I didn't get mine until almost 2:40. Very unlike their usual efficiency. Oh well, must be an extra busy day or something. I usually get the mocha frap but this time decided to try their pineapple matcha on ice. I've visited a lot of Starbucks and this is the only one in recent memory that didn't have a restroom at all, which I found strange. After drinking a large coffee beverage and a pastry...going to the restroom or having the option before being on my way is usually the way I like to do things. Other than that it's a small and sort of cramped space which in the era of Covid doesn't make social distancing a possibility. Omg this location is a nightmare. First off this location is always busy so I try to avoid it when I can however fate said I needed coffee and happen to be In the shopping center. LIKE ITS ALWAYS BUSY never fails but tell me why having 6 people on staff and not one dedicated to the register? Then to make things worse the lady with the glasses is yelling to have people place orders online rather than in store while the staff "making drink" aka chatting start laughing. Not all Starbucks are created equal, and this one at Marina Square in San Leandro is not one of the better ones in my experience. Main reasons: 1. Crazy lines and service was real slow. It took a good 15-20 minutes for a simple cold brew. 2. Limited seating places and floors were on the messier side with paper litter. 3. No indoor restrooms - they are located OUTSIDE the store and are gender neutral. Not sure how clean they are but its better to go to Marshall's across the street where the restrooms are right next to the entrance. 4. Marina Square has free and plentiful parking, but if you happen to park around the SB there is a 1-hr limit. I did see a meter man drive around so its possible they may enforce the limit. Its better to park elsewhere and just walk to this SB. Marina Square has been around for while and some stores like Marshalls and Nike Outlet seem to attract continued business. I can't help to think that this place would really benefit with a boba tea shop or something to give this SB some competition so they can improve performance. read more

My mom and her friends just went inside, the workers were SO RUDE and gave us some absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional service. My aunt got the drink she ordered rudely thrown to her, we got weird and annoyed looks, and the coffee was disgusting. When we asked for a refund, it was off and when we told them they were so rude to us. It was the worst Starbucks experience I've ever had.
