We visited this Starbucks because it was the closest location, and I must say, it was my first experience at a Starbucks where the entire staff was exceptionally nice and attentive. I truly felt appreciated, and I will definitely be returning! This is what customer service should be all about. The café was clean, and the ambiance was inviting, making it a pleasant place to relax. We tried the apple crisp chai and a cake pop, both of which were delicious! Drinks are standard, you kind of know what to expect... unless you get a newbie barista that is winging it with the recipes. Free wi-fi if you're going to hangout a minute. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Place isn't bad if you're going to study or read for a little while. You can grab a coffee and walk around SeaPort or down to the convention center. Note, there is a Starbucks in the convention center though. I don't come here regularly, but when I do service tends to be standard to good. I haven't had a bad experience here yet. A great Starbuck place if you're walking around the area and need your coffee. My friends and I stopped by here while walking around because they got cold and wanted something hot to drink. This Starbucks is small and they have outdoor seating for you to relax if you want to. They just don't have heaters out there so if there a cold breeze then it won't be comfortable. I work downtown, And been going to this Starbucks Probably 3 times a week. Service was good in the beginning but now it's just horrible, it does get pretty busy, but we are all busy. If you don't like the service industry don't work in the service industries. I won't be going back unless I'm desperate for coffee. This Starbucks is top tier. Every single time I walk in the baristas are so enthusiastic as if they were some of my closest friends. I've been in here several times as I work nearby. Conn helped me pick out my lunch today. I felt like I was at a restaurant being served. Gave me recommendations and everything. Even told me what his name means. It felt nice to be on the other side of the counter receiving some amazing personable service. In the summer I was helped by Nico and Josh and they were extremely awesome as well. This is the Starbucks located at the Headquarters near Seaport Village. I've been here a couple of times in the past. I was staying with my sister last weekend at the Grand Hyatt and this Starbucks is located right across the street. I was able to go on a nice morning stroll and end it with an iced mocha that I took back to enjoy near the hotel pool. Parking is always difficult near Seaport Village/The Headquarters but if you're already in that area stop by for a quick drink! read more

This was a terrible experience wow. I got there before it was supposed to be ready and my oatmeal was still cold. A bunch of bakery bags handed to me.. are there none with handles?? They didn't have 2 things I ordered and when I asked where my tea was, the manager said it was at the pickup window. So I'm standing there being ignored because I know they can see me, while making someone else's drink announces her drink and gives her a straw and a smile. Still ignoring me so I say is that my tea ?? She turns it around like she has no idea who ordered tea because so many people did. Sarcasm. With all my bakery bags I'm juggling I grab my tea and still have to ask for a spoon. Ashton Kutcher had to have been above recording because there's no way that was a real experience. This a very nice Starbucks located in The Headquarters at Seaport District. It's the first Starbuck's I have been to, that sports a communal table in the center of the store. You know what I love. Going to starbucks, waiting 6 minutes for my coffee, that is made wrong (only have extra hot/no foam). Did a mobile order before arriving, for breakfast sandwiches so we would not have to wait for those. Now waiting for my coffee to be made again. Sit down with cold sandwiches. Lovely newish location, but no restroom! After a workout on the waterfront it was necessary to pop over to Sbux to get some coffee. This small but clean storefront was quick to get my order out, and while they had free WiFi, they were missing one key amenity..restrooms! The nearest ones are in the shopping center adjacent to the Starbucks apparently. I ended up just waiting to use the restrooms back at the hotel next-door. My order came out exactly as I'd hoped - I am loving the new smoked butterscotch lattes! Service here was great and I was in and out of here in a flash. The only downside was that there's not a lot of room by the door so you have to be careful of people needing to come in or out as you are standing around waiting for your order or chatting. read more

I work at the plaza where this Starbucks is located. The last two times I went in for my break, they made my coworkers and I drinks with rancid milk.. twice now. I can tell the difference when it's made with dated milk and expired milk. The expired milk was a chunky texture with a bitter taste. The other times I've gotten it, it tasted normal. The first time this happened, I got it remade. This time I didn't even bother going back and just threw it away. While I was there also two new baristas (male & female) that were there today at 6:07pm who gave me a rude amount of attitude and talked back A LOT because I told them my drink was made incorrectly. Since they both talked back with smart remarks I didn't even bother and just said wtv and took it to work. Then when I tasted it, it had rancid milk so me already mad I just threw it away. It's crazy because the older baristas at this location are always nice to me and remake it if needed. They don't retaliate just like how this white tall male teen and this Hispanic short female did. This Starbucks can only be found if a) you have the Yelp app, b) stumble across it while looking for Seaport Village or Puesto, or c) have the sense and smell of a Beagle. It's off the main drag, and inches it's way with a small "hi" behind buildings. It's also, I would say, a "to go" Starbucks. Very limited seating inside, and outside - they'll bring out a few tables and chairs during the day. It is, however, well stocked with packaged goods and has a small amount of coffee accessories. The design is cool with high ceilings, and a communal table. Nothing to really write home about, or for that matter, review. Still, if you need a "buck fix", you'll get it here with a smile. Sadly this place was dirty inside and out. Floor was bad. Countertops needed a wipe down, trash cans needed emptying inside and out and garbage on the ground outside the establishment. I wanted to start doing some real easy cosmetic cleaning since it could have been remedied in minutes. I will say despite getting my order admittedly wrong I accepted it anyway and it was quite good. The two people helping out were very friendly but would have traded just a smidge if that chit chat for a clean place or business. They weren't that busy when we walked in either. This coffee shop seems small for the volume of traffic. Located in back by the parking valet. With am easy walk over to Seaport Village and the ocean. The staff is friendly and helpful.
