This Starbucks is right on my way to work and I often need breakfast in the morning, but I almost never stop here because I'm not a fan of coffee, nor egg which comes on most if not all their breakfast sandwiches. But, I had a giftcard so I decided to give them a try today, a Tuesday morning, around 7am. No line, which was nice. And the staff seemed extremely friendly. I asked if there were any breakfast sandwiches without egg, and she told me they could take the egg off any of them, which alright that's fine in guess though I'd be paying for something I'm not getting. So I asked for one of the sandwiches I saw, some Turkey bacon and sausage biscuit... but then she told me that they were 'low) on supply and couldn't give me one. In her defense, I believe she meant that the chain is low and that they, at this store, didnt have any. Fine. So i asked what other sandwiches had sausage, she cut me off and asked me to hold on for a minute. I waited, and while i did i decided to forget the sandwich and just order a coffee cake, it was advertised right there, and a drink. When she came back I asked for that, only for her to have me hold on longer so she could confirm.... yes they are out of coffee cake as well. So, forget it. I canceled the order. This is not so much of a failure of the staff, they were kind and doing their best. It is more an issue of management that could at no point order anything I wanted; something I could live with if there was any warning. A written sign on the menu would have been nice pointing out things currently unavailable, failing that they could have a notice for the clerks at least so that they could check the list rather than make me wait because they're not sure if something is available. As it is, I felt like I was playing some sort of game I never signed up for, and losing repeatedly. In the end, I never got breakfast, never got a drink, and was late for work. I have came to this location previously twice before and I have never had any complaints but recently I have gone and one of their employees was being completely unprofessional. I've been to multiple locations and have never had any issues splitting the payment at the window so I never knew it was a issue, until today when I ask the bill be split the employee with attitude told me, " Next time tell me before hand." Again I never knew it was an issue till now but that wasn't the worst part, both of my drinks were made incorrectly. One was missing the vanilla foam so I asked if she can added and she agreed but the second was clearly made terribly. We had ordered two matcha ice latte and that drink was just a cup of milk. So once the lady returned with my drink, I informed her about the second drink. In which she gave me a very annoyed look but if I'm paying for a drink it's going to be made correctly. This Starbucks is the nicest Starbucks I've ever been in, the staff is really friendly and knows me. The three guys with the N Names (Noah,nick,Nate) all remember me by name and know my order, this is service I could never get anywhere else! I really like the atmosphere here at this location, the baristas are really friendly and constantly smiling. The only down side is they don't have the best available seating, though the patio is nice. Overall, this is my local Starbucks, And it feels like home. read more

Stopped in at 8 AM for Starbucks signature cup of coffee (Spikes Place) only to be told they ran out of this coffee. Place was not tidy and front door windows were filthy, and had no coffee stir sticks or flavor additives, i.e. chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon. Given the cost for a cup of coffee at Starbucks you'd think that this business would be be managed better. Clerk didn't seem to care much, just wanted to rush to the next customer. Go elsewhere for your coffee treat, you'll be glad you did. read more

This Starbucks confuses me. Whenever you order from the app they refuse to acknowledge you as you attempt to pick up. Why is it necessary to wait 5+ minutes to get a drink you can see on the side of the counter. Heaven forbid you attempt to get the attention of a barista, they don't even look at you. They just ignore you. If you're going to ignore pick ups, can you at least put the drinks out where we can do it ourselves like other locations? read more

Come here occasionally to study and it's always a good place to do so! Before they used to have the AC blasting which made it hard to stay for long, but I think they must've adjusted cause it isn't as freezing anymore. There's plenty of outlets by the walls and the service is friendly and quick. Really don't know what else to say, I mean, it's Starbucks, the coffee isn't gonna be significantly different from other Starbucks, so, yee. read more

I cannot understand this place. It's like they not only train their baristas to make everything incorrectly, but also to make everything as slowly as possible. It's like watching paint dry in there! This is the WORST Starbucks I have EVER been to. I don't normally say things like this but they must hire completely incompetent people. Good things: open, clean, good lighting, friendly staff, appears to be appropriately staffed for a busy location. Reasons why I'll be less likely to come here: crazy long wait for just two drinks (cafe americano & PSL) (!!), lots of people waiting, and while staff is friendly, they don't seem terribly organized or efficient. One example is that don't appear to be making orders together. So with many people waiting, one person in a party would get their drink, and the other would have to wait while someone else would get their partial order which made everything a bit more chaotic. With better management and training on efficiency, would be a better place to swing by. read more

I usually come here without any issues. But tonight I ordered a tall hot mocha for my mom. After i gave it to her she pointed out something i didn't notice. Her drink was LITERALLY a little more than half the cup. On top of that, it was peppermint. I ordered a grande hot peppermint mocha, and it looks to me like they poured the leftover into what was supposed to be for my mom. What the hell Starbucks? Lol. I find these reviews to be quite funny. Especially when people get upset because they charge 75¢ more for adding milk. It's actually 60¢ more and they charge for dairy because they PAY for the milk. So if Starbucks has to pay for the extra milk... So do you. Just like soy milk. STARBUCKS pays MORE for soy. You want soy. You pay for it. It's a shame that ALL Starbucks stores aren't consistent. We should all be charging the right amount so the stores who are doing their jobs right don't get "bad reviews". If you can't tell. I actually work for Starbucks. Another thing. The caramel ribbon crunch was a seasonal drink in very high demand with a small amount shipped from the warehouses. Those seasonal items are what we call "auto shipped" and we get what they send us. I dont like this Starbucks, When I told the girl at the drive thru that their Starbucks Very Berry never comes out like ANY OTHER Starbucks even after ordering it several times with light water or no water she pretty much tried to explain why they are the best. Well lady youre not the best because I can go to 5 other Starbucks and get the same very berry but go tp your store and it be CLEAR unlike the other stores they actually make it right. Secondly when I asked for no water in my chai tea latte the girl charged me more! Ummm we are in a drought riggt now they should be charging to add water not take it away. My drink went up about 75 cents after asking them to not put it in. Needless to say after several attempts, I will NOT go back no matter how convenient it is. Dear manager....today I placed my usual mobile order at 07:52 AM. My drink was not ready until 8:17. There was one barista making drinks for the 8 or so people standing waiting, and it looked like 2 baristas working the drive through. The entire drive through was served before me. What's the point of mobile order if I can get faster service waiting in the drive through. Please manage your resources better. read more

This is such a slow starbucks and unfortunately the closest one to my house so I come here frequently. I speak from experience when I say their the slowest. Many times one person has been in front of me in the drive through and it takes 10 mins. Now if there are four cars in the drive through your going to be there at least 20 mins. read more

This Starbucks is meh. Not the best Starbucks but also not the worst I've been to. Their customer service is always a hit or miss. Expect to wait forever in the drive thru, go inside as they're a little quicker making the drinks. It's always packed here no matter what time it is though so there usually is a little line but they try and work through the line as quickly as possible. read more

I purchase an unsweetened black tea every time I go. There has been numerous times when my tea tastes like raspberry tea.
