I came into this Starbucks because I suddenly felt like I was going to throw up. I was feeling dehydrated, even though I'd been drinking water. After using the restroom, I simply asked for a cup of cold water since the water I had with me was warm. The drive-thru barista told me that I could only use the restroom or get water if I purchased something first. So, I went ahead and bought an item, but instead of accepting the water, I decided to stop at CVS and buy a bottle of water there. What disappointed me most wasn't having to make a purchase--it was the lack of compassion in the situation. I stop at this Starbucks every time I come down from Big Bear, so I'm a regular customer not a bum. In that moment, I wasn't looking for anything for free beyond a simple cup of water while I wasn't feeling well. I'm not sure how I feel about continuing to stop here after this experience. It's a newer Starbucks in town, tucked in the southwest corner of the shopping center. Okay - it's a Starbucks - same drinks, same food, same décor. The staff was cordial, quick and efficient. The cashier was very chipper. This is a busy shopping center. We parked in the central parking area and walked a bit to the store - less parking stress. The Blond coffee was barely warm. But the blueberry scone was fairly moist and was quite good heated up. As usual, the people watching was good. read more

I've frequented this location a few times and more often than not my order is incorrect. I order one coffee every morning the same way. Thin morning I placed the same order and instead of getting my coffee, I received a hot chocolate. There was absolutely no coffee added. since this was at 7;45am the drive thru was very busy so I went back inside for a remake. Then I waited for the batista to make every order for all the folks in line and the drive thru. There was no one inside waiting but me. After waiting for 5 minutes and seeing all the activity making other people's coffee I asked how much longer this would take. I came inside to avoid waiting in a long drive thru line again. Next time I will wait at the drive thru window and taste it and make them remake it then. I expect my order to be correct. How hard is it to remember to put coffee in a coffee drink. There's no way I'm paying $6.25 for a hotel chocolate. The price is high enough for 1 cup of actual coffee. I really love this location but this place really needs to take allergies more seriously. Every time I go, I always clarify that my daughter needs oat milk bc she is allergic to cows milk. After taking a few sips my 3 year old instantly reacted. Hives, runny nose, stomach aches and throwing up. She was crying in pain for over an hour. We had to give her medicine and instantly put her in the bath! This isn't ok, my daughter could of died! Allergies are severe and they need to be highly trained on the importance of allergies, especially when it comes to kids. read more

Coffee is awful! If you're local in Redlands I highly recommend trying slow bloom or landmark - their coffee is so much better quality for the same price. This Starbucks is is right around the corner from our house. We have been coming here for five years and they are excellent. It is the home of our favorite Baristas who we call "The A Team". (Robin. Nick. Quiana. Noah) The only suggestion I would have is for the manager of this store is to put More baristas on the "buy one get one free" app days. You can tell they are understaffed on these days and the wait is super long. That responsibility definitely is on the manager. But other than that we love this Starbucks. The interaction I had with some guy working the drive through was just not good. He took a while to answer the speaker and as soon as he took down my drink he said something the lines of "Why don't you get the caramel macchiato instead it's the better version" and I hate new things but I'm like if he's recommending it maybe it's good and nope it was not close to what I asked for. He took a while to answer the window even though we were the only ones in the drive thru and there was 2 people working there do the time it took I just don't understand what the wait was for.I hate the caramel drizzle because it's way to sweet I prefer just 2 or 3 of the caramel syrup which is why I wasn't to sure but all in all I left with a not to good interaction and a bad taste in my mouth. read more

Monday, June 6th I planned a 2 hour meeting at Starbucks as I was far from my home at the time. I showed up at 8. I had trouble getting on the WI FI so I asked an employee, Devlin to please help me. He looked at me blankly and said he was not tech support. I was shocked. I told him that was not cool and moved on to ask the girl at the register who saved the moment and helped me. Devlin, I hope you read this and know how rude you were representing such a big establishment and talking the way you did. Then I was deep into my meeting and one of the employees came to me at 9 pm and said they were closing. What?? I looked to see what their hours were that evening and it clearly read OPEN TIL 10:30 PM. I asked why and explained that I had another hour to meet and she said they were understaffed and had to close. There was only one other customer that night in Starbucks besides me. We were outnumbered 5 to 2! Five employees and just two customers. I had no choice but to shut everything down. I was not happy. I will not go there again. They need to stick with the hours they have posted. read more

Not sure if they are just way too busy or they don't order enough food to satisfy demand. Personally, not a fan. I feel like COVID is an excuse for a lot of things these days, but we should be able to get our reusable cups filled. There's so much trash and waste coming out of this place every day, it's disgusting for the environment. Additionally, I ask for cream Frappuccinos, no coffee, and yet more often than not, they give me coffee, but I don't want to take it back because I don't want it to go to waste. This is a nice brand new coffee shop, perfect for getting your caffeine high before heading into the mountains. It's very spacious inside but they do not have that much seating. There is a nice patio outside with tables, chairs and umbrellas as it can get very hot out. read more

This Starbucks is right on my way to work and I often need breakfast in the morning, but I almost never stop here because I'm not a fan of coffee, nor egg which comes on most if not all their breakfast sandwiches. But, I had a giftcard so I decided to give them a try today, a Tuesday morning, around 7am. No line, which was nice. And the staff seemed extremely friendly. I asked if there were any breakfast sandwiches without egg, and she told me they could take the egg off any of them, which alright that's fine in guess though I'd be paying for something I'm not getting. So I asked for one of the sandwiches I saw, some Turkey bacon and sausage biscuit... but then she told me that they were 'low) on supply and couldn't give me one. In her defense, I believe she meant that the chain is low and that they, at this store, didnt have any. Fine. So i asked what other sandwiches had sausage, she cut me off and asked me to hold on for a minute. I waited, and while i did i decided to forget the sandwich and just order a coffee cake, it was advertised right there, and a drink. When she came back I asked for that, only for her to have me hold on longer so she could confirm.... yes they are out of coffee cake as well. So, forget it. I canceled the order. This is not so much of a failure of the staff, they were kind and doing their best. It is more an issue of management that could at no point order anything I wanted; something I could live with if there was any warning. A written sign on the menu would have been nice pointing out things currently unavailable, failing that they could have a notice for the clerks at least so that they could check the list rather than make me wait because they're not sure if something is available. As it is, I felt like I was playing some sort of game I never signed up for, and losing repeatedly. In the end, I never got breakfast, never got a drink, and was late for work.
