I understand the political and humanitarian landscape surrounding corporations supporting war. This is not a review based on that. I was gifted a $25 gift card and I was not going to let it go to waste. With that being said, the staff here at this specific location continue to amaze me. Not only were they kind and patient with me, as I waited for my drink and bread they brought the items to my table while I went through emails on my phone. This is one of the first Starbucks at citrus plaza and I have never had any complaints with this location. The place could have been a little cleaner but I am not about to make that my complaint during holiday rush. As a reminder to treating staff with kindness when they're the messenger not the sender. Located in the Citrus Plaza. Plenty of parking, just not directly in front of the store. There is no drive thru at the location. We walked in and had no problem ordering our drinks. It only took a few minutes to get our order. Employees here are friendly. read more

I don't know what's up with this store. As of the end of January 2025. This store has changed. Not for the good but for just RUDE. I can walk in an use the restroom without even getting told " the restroom are closed" but then they quickly say " you need to buy something to use the restroom"!!! Like dang!!! This Starbucks in Citrus Plaza has all the usual items for the chain, perhaps on the smaller side of the franchise operators. The noticeable difference is its location in the food court of Citrus Plaza. Up to mid-morning there is ample covered seating and people watching. While the parking here is awful, there are sidewalks through the parking lot to the other stores. read more

We ordered a GRANDE strawberry Acia refresher and a TALL Java chip. They got the Java chip correct but gave us this as the grande drink. The worker wasn't even sure she made it right. When asked if this was the right size she Had to look at the sticker to see if it was a "grande". And she even said it was a grande. But the same size as the tall drink. read more

If I could give zero stars to this place I would totally do that, they are so bad they don't even deserve a bad review. I though we were paying coffee however we want it and we expect that. If I say very light heavy cream then DO THAT. I open up the coffee to check it because every time I ask for light heavy cream it looks like i asked for cream with a little bit of coffee. Are you kidding me !!! I open the cup and it was filled all the way to the top that spilled as soon as I opened it......I am wearing a white dress with flowers and if It wasn't all, I gave a meeting at noon.!!!! The young guy took the cup with a rude attitude and a couple of minutes later he gives it right back to me and said I put more coffee on it. I stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon to do some work with a friend. We found a table inside although the place was quite full. I enjoyed my caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino! I have been to this location multiple times and have never been disappointed. Great options for indoor and outdoor seating with accessible plugs inside! Restrooms are available as well. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks in my area! I live quite far from it (Arrowhead) but come down to do shopping and will ALWAYS stop here. The service is amazing, the staff are consistently sweet (Mark helped brighten my day with a ground coffee recommendation). I've always been met with a smile and never had to wait for more than a minute or two. As a former employee of the company, I know what it takes to make a great experience and this location has it down. Worth the stop for sure! read more

Does anyone take pride in their job? I ordered the large vanilla sugar free frappachino no whip cream and specified to mix cinnamon in it. I received a small with whip cream and cinnamon sprinkled on top. I read the cup and there should have been no mistake. They need adults to supervise. read more

I will give them two stars because they were fairly quick. The only problem is I had a mobile order and they just let it sit in the back. I let the lady know that I have been waiting and she said well you have to let us know. To my understanding when there's a mobile order you put it in the mobile order area so we can pick it up. There was several customers waiting not at knowing they were supposed to ask for their drink. She was very rude and I believe that business runs off customer service. Maybe figure that out before you're dealing with customers. Also figure out how mobile orders work. I won't return to this store. read more

Living relatively close, I come here on and off, having my "seasons," if you will, almost solely to study or read. The drinks are secondary in importance, almost utilitarian based on my needs, whether it be something hot or cold, caffeinated or not. The temperature is usually comfortable enough for me to sit for a few-hour-spell and the music is not obnoxiously loud. Being, as it is, located in a relatively trafficked shopping area, there are many who stop by but enough who do so transiently, so I've almost never lacked a place to sit upon arriving. The baristas are for the most part at least marginally cordial, perhaps typical for a mega-conglomerate kind of business. The bathrooms could stand to be cleaned a bit better/more often, but I've certainly seen much worse elsewhere. All in all, this place usually does the job for my needs. read more

I come to this Starbucks pretty frequently since it is across the street from my job and for the most part they are great and I never have an issue with customer service at any Starbucks however this morning I put in a Mobile order that said it would be ready at 10:06am I came in at about 10:15 and it wasn't ready I asked the batista she said there were two more drinks before mine with an attitude, I ignored it. but what bothered me was the fact that she when she handed me the drink she set it on the counter and just threw the sleeve next to it and sarcastically says "here, have a great day" so rude. Super sweet staff. They didn't have my normal drink when I came in to order and Mark was sweet enough to give me a suggestion on what I should try instead. I loved my drink and I even overheard him telling another customer to make sure they take a look at their stars because they were about to expire. Usually Starbucks service anywhere else is great but not here and not tonight all due to the barista, Zekeria. Apparently the drink name printer malfunctioned which caused him to have a meltdown and completely stop everything he was doing. For future reference, rather than publicly act irritated and forget all drink knowledge and track of orders, pick up a piece of paper and get to writing. Ultimately, his meltdown led to an extensive 35 minute wait for two rather basic drinks.... while we watched him make drinks for people who ordered much later than us. Sorry Starbucks, but this service was completely out of the norm for us. read more

I love this Starbucks. I've never had a problem with being greeted nicely and professionally by any of the staff and I've never had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for any of my drinks. Everything continues to be consistently great. This location does a great job of handling the high volume of customers from the entire citrus plaza including many large orders from employees at surrounding businesses. Prompting this review is the excellent service and hospitality from Mark. Very consistently, I've noticed (something I recognized even when he worked in Yucaipa) he goes out of his way to be extremely helpful with navigating the menu, answering questions and providing details to prevent miscommunication and providing customers with everything they could possibly need. Husband and I love Starbucks, today was a awful experience. I don't know if this barista was the manager or a lead but definitely was unprofessional with another coworker her name was Mali, just the way she was talking to her during a busy time didn't like it there's always a time and place for that shouldn't be in front of guest. Also when my husband ordered a drink we didn't know it was hot the front barista didn't tell us that so when we tried to ask for ice she kind a looked bothered as if I was asking too much to put it over ice and just said it wouldn't taste not the same also rude about it. As she was calling out for a drink she said "supposed to be iced tea that was supposed to be iced" rude while saying it. There are three... count em.. three Starbucks locations in Redlands' Citrus Plaza: one in the Target, one in the Barnes and Nobles, and this one. This one is, by far, the better of the three. It location is wonderful for one thing; located a bit away from the big stores in the plaza but right near the smaller ones like Gamestop, the Verizon Store and others...its the perfect little oasis away from the hardcore shopping bustle going on just across the parking lot. The ample outdoor seating which is almost always pleasant here in Cali as well as the fountain just help add to that image. As others have stated, the seating inside the store is well planned out; with just enough small and larger seating areas for most people to find ample seating most of the time with conveniently placed power outlets to plug your laptops into. Of the course the free wifi doesn't hurt either. The speed is basic but more than adequate (in fact..I'm on it right now writing this Yelp.) The employees have always been friendly and attentive to me and my drink orders here and have never gotten my drink order wrong. My drinks have always been delicious and the people here seem genuinely friendly here without the seemingly obligatory sprayed-on "Starbucks smile" on their faces that many others have. The music that plays here is always pleasant and never too loud, something that stands out from other locales where the volume seems turned up to "patent pending" and you can't hear yourself think. Overall this is a very pleasant, enjoyable and relaxing Starbucks location; very much a place others in the chain should model themselves after. Certainly worth patronizing over and again. I really like this location. They have a lot of outdoor seating. I prefer sitting outside if I stay to enjoy my drink. The baristas here were very sweet, and au attention to your order. Quick tip, check groupon every now, and then for a great deal on a Starbucks card, but you have to snap them up, they don't last long. There are lifers at this location inside, I think they pack a lunch order a venti drink, and spend the day using the free wifi, hence why I appreciate the outdoor seating. read more
