Early morning I ordered a coffee through app and stated it would be ready in 10 min when I arrived I couldn't even get into the parking lot when I approached the counter it was not ready and when asked they stated they had over 5 orders ahead of me . I give the customer service and drink 5 stars hands down. It was a busy Saturday so there was a bit of a wait but the costumer service, kindness and great coffee was worth the wait. I wish I got the baristas name because she was very lively and made it a five star experience. Only reason I give -1 star was because the parking lot is poorly constructed. That is not staffs fault by any means but it was annoying to wait in the street trying to make sure people wouldn't hit our truck with my kids inside. This is something Starbucks as a company should have thought about before building because it can be dangerous to guest. Hopefully they can fix it at some point. read more

Whoever designed the parking lot and drive thru needs to get recertified as an architect. How can you build the parking lot with only one way in and one way out? In order to exit after going through the drive-through, you have to cross the incoming traffic in order to exit. I've almost gotten into two car accidents in the parking lot. You guys need to build a separate drive way to exit this parking lot. It's causing too much of a traffic jam in the small parking lot for the store. have to give this crew 5 stars because of their positive attitudes. i stopped by to get an espresso for my 25 min drive back home. i ordered an iced triple blonde espresso in a grande cup but got it in a hot cup and the barista at the window offered to remake it, but it wasn't necessary. i just asked them to put in an iced cup and add ice. easy peasy. keep it up guys! for any customers that want to run to yelp and leave negative reviews over simple or easy fixable mistakes think twice before you open up the app. are you mad because a barista made an honest mistake and having to fix it made you late for work because you didn't leave early enough to account for possible mistakes, traffic or a long drive thru line? put out positive vibes and you'll get positive vibes! shoutout to the barista who made my espresso, came out perfectly even if we had to correct a minor error! i had an iced triple blonde ristretto espresso with 2 pumps sf vanilla and light sweet cream. read more

Nice place to study or work, beautiful building, drinks come out great, and sweet employees, but one of THE slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Even when there is a 3 car line in the drive thru it can take 15+ minutes to get out. You would think mobile ordering ahead would make it better but it does not lol. Worst experience ever my friend and I decided to go to this Starbucks because we were in the area after eating out at a local ramen spot. We order ahead on the app and went inside the store we got in the online pick up line. We waited a couple of minutes no one helped us (it wasn't a busy day no one was ordering or picking up) no biggie so we decided to take a look at the cups, and surprisingly they had the studded unicorn cup that a friend of mines was looking for and I decided to get it for her and another for my mother and a friend who was waiting in the car, and my friend that was in the store with me got one for his sister, during the whole entire time the baristas were looking at us and giving us ugly stares and making the whole process uncomfortable for us, they didn't speak to us while we made our purchase and the second we were done purchasing our cups the barista that helped us told another barista to take the remaining cups that were left on the shelve to the back. So again no biggie this is my first time purchasing cups. Then we head back to the online pick up line because our order was ready but was behind the counter so we waited and waited maybe 10-15 minutes the baristas were acknowledging us left and right yet no one stopped to ask us our order name or if we needed anything just ugly stared and frowned faces everywhere. Finally I had to go up to a barista to ask for our drinks and got ignored the first time so I asked another barista and it seem like I was bothering her by asking for MY DRINKS.. it was the most awkward and terrible starbucks customer service I have experienced anywhere. I don't like pulling the race card but my friend and I are Latinos and every customer around us were caucasian, and they seem to be treated well, just like the Caucasian lady that was getting her order taken by the same barista that I purchased my cups from, she got treated with a good attitude and the barista actually acknowledged her. Hopefully no one else gets treated this way. (Also I didn't realize nor was told about a limit on cups, like I said it's my first time purchasing cups it would be nice to be informed instead of getting stared down, I did ask the barista before I left she told me most of the time is one per customer but not all the time, they need to improve their communication skills instead of getting upset with the customer I did apologize but I don't think I should've I did nothing wrong if anything they should have apologized to my friend and I) read more

This use to be our favorite location for our drinks. However, in the last few months they started charging more for the same drinks we buy in other cities, and tonight this location tacked on another .20. We order a tenta green tea no water and a tenta green tea lemonade with four agave. Our tab is usually $9.00, but this location went from $9 to $9.20, and tonight it was $9.40. This is hands-down my favorite Starbucks location to visit. Not only does it have a beautiful and comfy lounge area, the team who works there is absolutely phenomenal. Every associate I've encountered is so friendly and helpful in answering any questions I have. Most recently, we had a great experience in the drive-thru line at this location today. Emily took our order, and I was impressed with how warm and calm she was while taking our order, especially considering today is Easter and the store was fairly busy. Our wait was understandably a little longer, but definitely nothing that I haven't experienced at other locations. When we got up to the window Emily got us our order quickly, apologized for the wait and even offered us a few dollars off our next order. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience, just like every staff member there has in our previous experiences. Whatever Starbucks is paying that team, they definitely deserve more lol. read more

I just had a very negative experience here. I ordered an iced latte at the drive thru. The girl at the window handed me a hot one, no biggie things happen so I politely asked for it iced only because it was very hot outside and drinking it hot would have been unpleasant. She gave me kind of a dirty look and when she brought my drink back it was very clearly the hot latte poured into an iced cup. There was no ice left in the cup and it was very warm. I went inside to ask for it to be remade again and the guy on bar happily remade it while the girl in drive and the other one on cold bar gave me dirty looks. They just had such negative energy. Like I get it, I was a partner for four years and customers can be irritating and downright rude, and having a short staff during a rush sucks, but there is absolutely no excuse to be hostile to someone who is being nice to you. Definitely in love with this Starbucks. Just the setup alone is on point, never a guess where the drive-thur line is. The line was long be it went by so fast. Lanie on the other side of the Mic was so pleasant and offered me avocado spread with my turkey bacon sandwich which I had no idea they even had. The guy at the window very nice and efficient I wish I've gotten his name but I didn't. This avocado spread was definitely delicious I will for sure always ask for it. The White chocolate mocha with soy milk drink with no whip has probably been the best made drink I've had so far from Starbucks and I have been to a lot of Starbucks. So I ask for my drink to be made with light ice because I'm not paying 6 bucks for a cup filled with ice (they tend to do that). Anyways I receive my drink and after the first sip I could clearly tell that they had added water to the drink because it tasted very diluted.
