Once again, Starbucks proves how I'm-American they can be. Made a visit today (I was feeling rich!) and when I tried to pay cash...$2 bills actually...the cashier told me they do not accept $2 bills. I really want to give my neighborhood Starbucks full stars but they can't seem to get it together. Wife's drink; grande Carmel crunch Frappuccino was spot on. My iced coffee again was missing the sweetener. It's part of the recipe and in the mobile order. I'm drinking my unsweetened iced coffee and wish they had made it right. No time to go back and so will just suffer through a $5 drink that isn't right (again). They did remember to shake it but that was to mix the sweetener (which was omitted) so waste of effort. Unhappy Starbucks customer. They were extremely nice and pleasant at the window but I would rather they be curt and get my order right. I come to this Starbucks because it is the closest one to the house. My 2 stars does NOT reflect the kindness of the staff, as they are always pleasant and polite, however this is the third time I have come in when their shipments of sandwiches are obsolete. We are going on week 2 of not sandwiches whatsoever. Additionally, I am disappointed with cleanliness. I don't stop at Starbucks often, basically only if I have a gift card. Decided to go through the drive-through and get my daughter and myself a drink. Not really knowing what to order I asked for 2 'iced vanilla lattes'. My mistake. But when I got my drinks I thought they would be blended. I love that this starbucks is easy to get to and has a nice drive thru which is convenient if I'm running errands or have my dog in the car with me. (She loves her puppychinos!) The drive thru line can get long sometimes but don't get scared away. The baristas inside (during rush hour times) are efficient and get the line moving at a steady pace. I've never gotten a wrong drink here...and sometimes my drinks get kinda complicated so kudos to the baristas! Quite often I've run into a "pay it forward"chain in the drive thru where the car in front paid for my drink. Super nice. Don't break the chain! The only thing I don't like is that the drive thru exits in between parked cars so be careful when pulling out. Sometimes there's cross traffic during busy hours. read more

Waiting for my drink on drive thru for about 10 mins while the car in-front of me talking to the barista at the window, holding the line. Please, if you wanna have a chit chat, park your car and go inside the shop and talk. Be respectful of the other customers who is waiting at the drive thru. For the barista, you saw me waiting while you have a long chit chat. But you pretend its not a big deal. This location was recently remodeled and is looking great. The drive thru is a little awkward and exits right by the outside seating, but it's functional. One nit about that outside seating is that the lighting is very cold blue florescent, and not very pleasing on the eyes. I realize that "Starbucks after dark" isn't a big thing, so maybe that's OK, but I picked a table away from the light. I regularly stop at this Starbucks since it is around the corner from my house. Starting with the good things, the staff is friendly. They don't always remember my name, but if I have the same guy, he remembers my order and tries to guess my name. The orders are usually done fairly well too. On to the bad part..this Starbucks is soooo slow. Whether it's a mobile order or order there, be prepared to wait a significant amount of time. I've waited 20 minutes for a cappuccino before. Only use the drive thru. They prioritize the drive thru because it's busy. Even with hardly anyone inside you wait 20-30min in my past visits. Frustrating when you watch the drive thru cycle 4 times and the mobile order you placed 30 min ago has still not been made. This has happened ALOT. Today was different, they lost a bunch of mobile tickets and we only found out after people started complaining. "Yeah, we links there's a problem with our machine. We can make it for you." Literally 8-11 people waiting for their mobile order. My time is valuable to me. Communication is key in service. The location is odd compared to other drive through locations, as its on the side of an old building in a busy parking lot. Out of all of the Starbucks in the area, this one is the best I have ever been to. The drive through is fast and friendly. I'll order treats for my dogs and they go above and beyond for them. Today I was sitting sipping on my coffee and ordered a Danish for myself. Not only was it wonderful but they also added buttered croissant because they had it. Every time is a smile and nothing but love. I used to not go here because things tasted burned. In the past year it all changed and everything is fresh and wonderful. WOW! No review of this location yet? The drive-thru here gets packed during busy hours so I skip that all together. For drive-thru, I drive down to the Parker/Alma location. This is a great place to spend all day studying. There are decent amount of tables and plenty of outlets. The staff puts out sample drinks throughout the day which is pretty cool. I try to order at least a few drinks and leave large tips; especially on days when I sit here all day and evening. Wi-fi connection has been consistently good. read more

Like this location better than most Starbucks for reading or work time. Drive thru is always packed so I usually skip that and order inside. This store has one of the largest layouts for seating with small tables along the side and front and 8 comfy upholstered armchairs in the middle. Not as loud as other Starbucks so it's a lot easier to get some work done, and the size of this place doesn't leave you feeling like you are sitting on top of someone else. I predicted my toddler would want some once she saw caramel drizzled over a mound of whipped cream, so I ordered decaf. My daughter drank half.
