Good breakfast spot, with plenty of seating. Oddly empty for the day, but may have been a fluke. Parking was a bit difficult, but walkable to a bigger lot if needed. Food and coffee were great, and came quickly. I am interested and trying to find out why the breakfast sandwich is almost as expensive as the scrambles/skillet meals. The food was amazing! The service was perfect. We got the chicken tamale for an appetizer, taste so good. My main dish was the Ribeye Skillet with pumpkin pancakes on the side. This place is not marketed properly. It's marketed as a breakfast/brunch spot but it's more like a Mexican Restaurant that happens to serve food at breakfast time. The atmosphere was not uplifting like a breakfast spot should be, it was drab and empty (there were hardly any other patrons dining). The service was friendly but that's about the only good thing here. The food was not very good. My Dad thought his Breakfast Tacos were just okay. My Tamal Con Elote was incredibly dry and bland (no filling or sauce, just a bland and cold queso dip on the side). This place doesn't even serve Iced Coffee or Dairy-Free Options. Considering I had to go to Scooters' afterwards to grab a coffee, and I left starving, I won't be back. read more

After the owner replied to me imploring me to give them another try, I returned. Twice! Still excellent food. I once again had the plate with Guatemalan chorizo with peppers and onions, queso fresco, Guatemalan cream, black beans, homemade tortillas, eggs, and avocado. Amazing. I also tried the Mexican style chorizo and eggs, black beans, with potatoes requested crispy and YES they did them right. Mom tried a Very Berry Cinnamon French Toast combo (yum) and a West Coast Benedict - excellent benedict sauce and gorgeous avocado and eggs. Everything so good. And these other two times the service was outstanding. No issues with wait times, attentiveness, or forgetting what we needed. We were there for a weekday breakfast. Place wasn't busy. We were promptly seated. We ordered the berry french toast with sausage on the side and Huevos Racheros (Guatemala) . Found them randomly looking for breakfast and I'm glad I did! Nice traditional breakfast menu with Guatemalan dishes as well. The huevos con salchichones was delicious, the sausages were nice and salty and paired well with the eggs and sweet plantains. Nice unassuming place to grab breakfast or lunch. The pancakes were good and my husband said his mug as were similar to how his grandma made them. Servers were friendly and kept the coffee cup full. For dinner we decided to dash our food since we had a long day and everything was still super fresh, hot, and delicious. Perks? It's very close to our home! We're very picky about cleanliness in the flavor and when we say cleanliness we mean the ingredients they use and how fresh everything was when you open your meal and that first bite. The first bite was the trompo taco fully dressed with extra green sauce....soooo good and it hit all of the marks. We highly recommend and we're definitely ordering here again! Sauces - 9/10 (green sauce is my fav) Peppers/onions - 9/10 Beans - 9/10 Rice - 8/10 Trompo tacos - 9/10 Asada tacos - 8/10 Asada burritos - 8.5/10

My boyfriend and I had a small window of time to get breakfast, and stumbled upon this little gem. Yes, it's a "dive", but of the best kind. Turns out, the food is American AND Ecuadorian. From the name, we had no idea. I had the Chorizo and eggs with black beans and homemade FAT corn tortillas. And fat is how I feel, after managing to stuff them into my face, with a little butter and some salt (they needed salt). The puréed black beans had a side of some sort of crema...not sure what it was made of, but I managed to eat all of it, as it tasted delicious with the eggs and beans on my fork! Boyfriend had an American breakfast that consisted of eggs, bacon, sausage patties and pancakes. Their portion size is on the small to medium size compared to a lot of American diners. I liked that though, as usually we waste so much food, as we can't eat ginormous amounts of hash browns, etc. They are a breakfast and lunch place only, as they close at 3 pm. We are already talking about this as our new go-to for weekend breakfast. I want to try some of their Latin food for lunch as well. I spotted fried plantains on the menu, and I am a big fan of they're done right. Can't wait to go back. Likely, tomorrow after church! read more

Our family of 5 eats here at least once a week for a special breakfast before school! Marco, our sever always does and amazing job and the food comes out fast and fresh! Here are the kids individual reviews: Mia- the food comes really fast and all tastes really good. Today she had the spinach omelet. Grace- for a family run restaurant it runs smoothly and quickly and the food tastes great! Grace is weird she had a crispy beef taco and chips and salsa for breakfast. Caleb- it's nice! Caleb is a man of many words he had the cinnamon French toast combo with sausage and eggs. Mom- refuses to answer. But she is enjoying her avocado omelette. I had the BLT. This update is in response to Daniel's feedback. "We apologize for the misunderstanding but the waitress is still in training and she might have overlooked your table but we did notice what was going on and that's why I personally took over and I was very apologetic @ the restaurant" I don't think you're referencing the same table. The person who came over to eventually help us was a lady and not a guy. Perhaps you have this experience confused with another table. read more

I came for dinner and have the garnachas and the churrasco Lily's has the best Guatemalan food and the best customer service. I'm sad to hear struggling to keep their afternoon hours due to the lack of customers; please share this massage to keep Lily's open for dinner because if they don't get the support of the community they will have to go back to their previous hours. We just started going to Lily's and love it! I wish we could have gone sooner. We have been for lunch and breakfast and it is delicious. It is a great neighborhood spot. It looks like nothing from the outside but the food is delicious and the service is great. Both of my picky kids even give it two thumbs hope. However, this restaurant is painfully understaffed and the staff present are woefully inexperienced. They simply don't have enough wait staff for the volume of patrons and the staff is very young. This leads to painfully long wait times and forgotten and incorrect orders. Zero attempt to fix mistakes- I think the staff are just too inexperienced. It doesn't appear there is any management on site. Please sort this out- we love your food. We love that it's local and we want to tell everyone we know to come eat here.
