Starbucks is always reliable but I really enjoyed this location in particular. It seems newly renovated (very clean inside) and the staff are super friendly. Overall, great vibes in here. We tried the new butterfly pea refresher and it was delish! Nice and refreshing. read more

Mind you it's 95 degrees outside as of 8/23/26 and got rejected for water. I was super dehydrated and was told I had to make a purchased but didn't have anything on me. The lady looked snotty and didn't seem to care. I went to Woodbury Starbucks (same day) and the worker was super nice and greeted me with a smile and gave me an iced grande water. I understand their policy but for once, please for a very hot day, just do it once. It's not I'm always asking constantly. read more

Came by here to send out a couple of emails and have that important afternoon coffee. Place was really clean and the service was great. I love that this place plays music at a comfortable sound level. When my coworker said we should go to Starbucks, I suggested we find another place because my local Starbucks plays the music so loud, it's uncomfortable. This place was not loud or uncomfortable. Again, the young man that took my order was very nice and no one looked at me funny when I went to the restroom before I placed my order. read more

This is one of the best Starbucks in Irvine. The order ahead system is almost always accurate and quick. The black tea and chocolate crossaint taste great here. There is a lot of seating inside and outside the store. I usually order ahead from this Starbucks location if I am in the area. read more

This Starbucks has the nicest baristas. I've probably come to this Starbucks on and off for 10 years. It's located in a plaza next to wholesome choice market and children's dentistry. I've been fortunate enough to always get such polite and cheery employees. Sure it's part of the job but these ones always go the extra bit and make eye contact AND ask if I need anything else after I've picked up my drink. Hats off to you all. Thank you! read more

Went in about 6:30pm, not crowded at all. The server was nice, and he knew we were there for today's BOGO, but I'm so annoyed with how much ice was left over in the pineapple lemonade refresher I ordered. My bf finished it quickly because he enjoyed the drink, but why was it made with so much ice?! That's a rip off.. read more

Clean location. Empty since I arrived an hour before closing. Drinks came out perfect. Blueberry scones were very dry though. Like hard to eat kind of drink. Drink a gallon of water to wash down each bite kind of dry. Basically, drier than the Sahara Desert. No moisture in sight. Just crumbles. Okay I will stop this lol But you get the picture. Service was great. The gal who helped me was very sweet and kind. She offered a car holder for the drinks and a place to hold the muffins since my hands were full. She made the drinks perfectly. I ordered a regular hot chocolate and a white mocha with no whip cream and almond milk. Mine was great. It hit the spot! My boyfriend finished his hot chocolate too. Perfect for a cold evening. :) Just lookout for those scones... lol read more

After eating lunch nearby, my coworkers and I stopped in here for a drink before heading back to work. I went with a grande cappuccino. I know that foam is part of the drink. However, when I opened up the lid, I saw that even with everything in there, it didn't fill up to 3/4 of the cup. This seems to happen at some Starbucks. I might as well just stick to ordering a cappuccino or latte only in tall size. Or I should only order it when I'm at a better coffee shop. read more

Stopped by this Starbucks on my way to San Diego. This Starbucks is in a mini mall that looked like it was designed in the 90s (No intention in capping; I just thought it was pretty cute. But I digress) I ordered for pick-up through the app and it was ready in 5 mins, right when i walked in. Staff was very friendly and they made my drink perfectly. read more

Horrible service. The girl at the Register at 3:03pm was mean. I have a 5 year old and the girl called my daughter "whiny". She said," do you still want the chocolate croissant since she is whining." That's so bad. I used to be a Manager at Starbucks and I have never heard a barista call a child that. So sad to experience. I know overall that's not what Starbucks is about but at this store it's what I experienced. read more

Ordered a Matcha frappe. Was very disappointed. That drink cost 6.95. Had to be made 3 times. Ask for very well blended. Didn't want to taste ice. Employee refuse to remake it. I gave it back - left. No refund! Just rude! read more

Another very nice SB location. It can be hard to find this SB as it's sort of wedged in next to the Ace Hardware, and it's a bit small compared to many SB, but the inside is pleasant and with a lot of nice seating outside, it's better to be outside rather than in. Their drinks are well made, the place is very clean and the staff is friendly. Overall a great place to get your favorite SB items. read more

-The caprese sandwich still tasted bad even it's warm The sour tomato is dry and acidic, the bread was soggy from the pesto sauce." -Pumpkin spice latte is watery and too sweet -The bathroom was horrible -It was hard to walk inside because there was a table and chair in middle of the cafe -It's the drink and food and clean level is what made me gave only 1 star. I gave 2 stars because the workers have okay service. read more

This Starbucks isn't horrible but it's not the best, but Starbucks is also a chain coffee shop and I honestly no longer expect anything amazing from it at this point, as the bigger a business grows the less the quality becomes. This location specifically lacked organization and communication amongst its team and this is what this review is for. I placed a pick up order the day before and me being in a rush and exhausted, I forgot my food order but got my coffee (totally my mistake). I called them to inform them about the forgotten food and that I could not come back to get it (I was already on the freeway), they informed me they could not give me a refund over the phone (kind of weird and surprising) but offered to replace my food items the same day or following day, the employee I spoke to said they will write it in the book so it is on record and to come back when I can for my forgotten food items. I came back this morning around 8am and it was extremely slow and they had about 4 staff behind the counter. I informed the employee at the cash register of the mistake and that whomever I spoke to said they wrote it down in the "book"?? she seemed confused but took care of the order for me. After a few minutes I got my first food item which was a breakfast sandwich and I waited almost 15 additional minutes for my sugar plum danish.. As I watched them put out a bunch of food items I asked where my danish was, as I was confused how I got the breakfast sandwich quickly but not the danish.. and the girl responds with "there was mobile orders we did first" like ok.. again still don't know why I got my sandwich almost immediately and waited almost 15 additional minutes for a danish. If it was overwhelmingly busy I would understand, but it wasn't... I have been to other Starbucks locations that are slammed with in person and pick up orders and still be on top of stuff. Hence why I mentioned there is a lack of organization and communication in this location. I should have checked my items but I figured they would get it right considering it was pretty slow, but no come to find out they made a mistake and gave me the regular cheese danish instead of the Sugar Plum one. Not the biggest deal but still annoying.. This location has a huge lack in efficient function. Employees don't seem to communicate well with each other. This is convenient for me as it's on my route to work but I think I'll stick with the location off of Red Hill and Bristol and drive the extra couple minutes. read more

I went to a different location and they didn't have what I wanted. So I drove to this location - online it said they close at 7pm. I got there at 6:30pm and they'd already locked the doors and put up the chairs. Refused to let anyone in. I saw four other people try to come purchase, no one could. read more

I drove home from LA to San Diego in "Hurricane" Hilary; stopping at a Starbucks was a welcome respite. This Starbucks was particularly welcoming. The vibe was friendly, like I was a regular even though I'd never been there before. I got a venti americano breve and an egg and sausage wrap. Both were excellent. This will be a regular stop on my trips to LA from now on. read more

This is place is big with lots it's seating area. The inside is well cleaned and very organized. Upon entering a staff member greeted me and made my experience that much better. I saw down at the table to observe the employees and guests.....:and wow they always go out of their way to make sure their guests are attended and assist them whenever possible. One tiny flaw would be that they are a bit under staff as the line to order tends to grow and grow. But overall this place is good to come and get some work done. I give it four stars because it's super busy here and guests just come in and take up the tables and not order anything from Starbucks. But that is usually to all places. Give this place a try, you will be amazed how awesome the staff are! read more

Starbucks - No whip . How hard is it to read a sticker ? - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Irvine, California

This is a brand new location that opened October of 2017. While the space is new and everything is kept clean, it's one of the smallest Starbucks I've been to in the Irvine area. There is only one long bench of seating and while there is outdoor seating, there are no outlets. However, if you do have to sit outside, the tables adjacent to Starbucks is close enough to tap into the superfast Google wifi network. The baristas here are friendly, parking is shared with the adjacent businesses, but there isn't much activity going on here that would making finding a spot that difficult. I wish they would implement some sort of policy that requires patrons to purchase something (other than water) every 2 or 3 hours they plan to stay here, it'll cut back on the folks that camp here all day. read more

This location gets my order wrong pretty consistently, but I've never really felt the need to ding them for it until recently. I asked the barista to remake the drink and she had the most awful attitude the entire time, rolling her eyes while she did it. Like bro, I know that doing something over sucks, but it's YOUR screw up and YOU have to fix it if someone asks. Everyone makes mistakes but good lord, it's not my job to accept a drink I didn't want just to spare you the trouble. read more

This Starbucks is located in University Park Center. Contrary to other Starbucks, this branch is not a PokéStop and also doesn't have one in the vicinity with weird coordinates. It's one of the reasons I avoid coming here since the plaza is entirely devoid of PokéStops. The staff was nice and understood my customization request. On the other hand I did not understand their response and had to guess what they were saying. *nod without confirmation* It tasted pretty good and came out fast. Ok I've had enough. I order ahead and pick up my coffee on my way to work . Order a pumpkin spice cold brew show up to an empty cup bc they ran out...ok really?? Order more! Week after I order an over nights oats show up to a sticker that says they're out pick something else... really dude? Who's in charge or yalls supply ordering. Now best of all, I still have them the benefit of the doubt and ordered my two holiday drinks on 11/17 in lieu of getting my red holiday cups. Show up and they're handing out blue I O U admit one tickets bc they don't have the red cups yet. What do you mean? Everyone else always has everything but y'all? Are y'all even an official Starbucks? I go back today bc I was told to pick it up today, I hear the guy telling another girl...maybe Monday we don't know when we're getting them in. To be honest this location was never my go to. However, the stuff here is extremely kind, they get your drink orders correct, and they're fairly fast. The location is also right next to the freeway, and it makes it easy for me to throw an order in on my phone before heading to work. read more

Another wasted Starbucks. I can never seem to get a correct and timely order out of this place. The only good thing about this place is nothing really, what am I saying. The baristas need more training or they just don't care to follow standard recipes or procedures. My shots have been stale and the ratio of mix is extremely inconsistent. They can't seem to get a food order and a drink order out at even close to the same time. I usually have to remind them I have a food order and I then I get an oh ya. Who ever the skinny guy with the dark black hair is, he is extremely unapproachable by just the scowl or maybe it's just a completely blank look on his face. I can't really tell either way, it's not the happy barista that Starbucks should strive to have. Third time will not be the charm in this instance. read more
