I went with my daughter and we ordered 2 drinks . One orange juice One smoothie The person who took our order was very rude, but at first, I looked over it .. maybe she's having a bad day. When they called my name , my daughter ( ten years old) went to walk over to the counter, without touching anything , server yells at her , "that's not yours, you need to learn to wait your turn, step away from the counter" The look in my daughter's eyes , she was so embarrassed and emotional. I said to her server, don't speak that way to her, she just walked over to the counter " She replies, If you are going to use that tone , you can leave the store and you will not be getting your order" So I stepped back, waited for our drinks, and left. I'm not a confrontational person , and was definitely not going to escalate this in front of my daughter. I dont recall her Name , something like McKenna or McKayla. She was female with black curly puffy hair . I will not be returning to this location solely due to her actions towards my daughter. I am leaving this review just to warn other moms in case you go with your children. read more

Haven't been inside a Jamba Juice in quite some time and was in the mood for a smoothie. I ordered an Açaí smoothie and since I did not want dairy was offered the recommendation to sub with coconut milk and not add sherbet. Great smoothie and juice place!! Prices pretty reasonable (~$7 for a small) and the drinks felt pretty fresh to me. Service was quick too! White gummi was very refreshing, sweet and tangy while the apples n green was less sweet but very refreshing and seemed healthy. I decided to walk over to jamba juice where I was greeted right away by the two employees working and was offered amazing customer service. it helps that my smoothie was really good as well. I love Jamba Juice, but this location shocked me and my husband with extremely bad customer service. While I was simply taking pictures of the menu to provide feedback in a survey, one of the workers started yelling at me and questioning why I was taking pictures. My husband and I were completely shocked by her reaction. She didn't even let me explain and instead verbally harassed us, accusing me of being "weird" and comparing me to someone else who had apparently taken pictures in the past. I calmly explained that I was only taking pictures of the menu and that she was not in any of the photos, but she continued to be unprofessional, rude, and defamatory in her behavior. When I asked if there was a sign prohibiting taking pictures, she admitted there wasn't but rudely said, "I'm telling you not to take pictures!" Her behavior was completely unacceptable, and I made it clear to her that her actions were harassing and out of line. Just because she had a bad experience with someone else doesn't mean she can treat other customers in such a hostile and disrespectful manner. This was an incredibly disappointing experience for both my husband and me, and her actions need to be addressed immediately. No customer should be treated this way. read more

Really pleasant experience at this Jamba location. I was given a Groupon gift card, but there were complications of getting it to work. However, the people there (Tom in particular) were extremely patient and helped me through the process, letting me know that screenshotting was the best bet. I called Groupon customer services and eventually got a screenshot; will be returning to this location in particular to use the rest of my card! Jamba juices price vary by location. At this store it cost $7.59 per large smoothie (classic). These drinks are huge! I've seen some stores offer a size medium as their large (the store in Lake Forest). This one is also very clean and smells SO good inside. Definitely check out this location. The service is fast as well. Ordered through the app and within a few minutes both of my drinks were done well before the pick up time. read more

Extremely bad customer service from one of their employees! (Taller girl with black curly hair and glasses) Upon walking in, she already approached us with an unfriendly look on her face, no smile or anything, looking very annoyed that we even walked in. We ordered 2 drinks, one medium and one large. My boyfriend forgot to ask her to make them extra chunky at the register, but he immediately apologized and mentioned it to her before she even started making the drinks. She gave him a mean glare and said nothing. She ends up giving us two medium drinks, which still had smoothie residue around the sides of the cups. Before we could tell her that we actually ordered one large drink, she rushed to the back so another girl had to stop and remake our drink. I wish I could say we had a better experience here since we were only here for 5 minutes or less, but we would not come back here because of her encounter! read more

I stopped by Jamba Juice today around 3:15 PM to grab an açaí smoothie for my daughter. As always, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. After getting my drink, I walked to my vehicle, set it on the center console, and unfortunately forgot to put it in the cupholder. As I backed out and gently braked, the smoothie tipped and spilled all over my car floor. I parked and went back inside to ask if they had a towel so I could clean up the mess, and I also planned to reorder another smoothie. To my surprise, the team not only offered me a new smoothie free of charge, but they also offered to help clean my car! I thanked them and said all I needed was a rag--but they went above and beyond by handing me a towel and a bucket of water to clean up the spill. This was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Huge shout-out to the two employees working today--you turned a frustrating situation into a great reminder of how kindness and great service go a long way. Thank you so much! read more

You get a one star kinda day. My 5 year old had to pee so I asked, "Do you have a bathroom?" Instead of being kind, and allowing a child to use your bathroom, you decided to tell me you didn't have a bathroom, and that the closest is at Ralph's. Well thank you! He peed his pants. Using a restroom is a basic human right, and this wasn't an adult, this was a child! A child that can't think, or even know that they need to go until it just hits them. Most of their drinks have way too much sugar, be sure to look out for that and not just the calories, as they can max out at over 100 grams of sugar. Thoroughly enjoyed my oatmeal from here the other morning. You get to select two toppings. I went with bananas and blueberries. The oatmeal is slightly sweet to start with (cashier said it has sweetened soy milk in it) so you can skip the brown sugar. It was well cooked and fills you up pretty good. I also got a garlic cheese roll to have later, and I was pleasantly surprised by it! Lots of garlic flavor and it was very soft even though I didn't eat it for about 4 hours. A co-worker gave me a $10. gift card at Christmas for Jamba Juice. I think it was probably re-gifted to me. I don't ever go to these types of places but there was a location not far from where I live so I decided to give it a try. I went by the storefront a couple of times in the past few months only to see a line out the door on both occasions so decided to pass. This afternoon I happened to think of it and went by and the store was empty so I hurried in. Ordered a "mega mango smoothie". Added some vitamin C and zinc to it (they give one free "boost" of your choice. Other options are fiber, energy, soy protein...can't remember the rest but there are a couple more options). In addition to mango it also had strawberry in it, which is all I could taste. Couldn't really taste any mango flavor. But it was fruity, cool, and refreshing. The cashier was really nice and they made the smoothie very quickly. This one regular sized smoothie was $5. so I have one more visit with my gift card. Visit during COVID: I've been getting Jamba Juice more frequently nowadays! I personally feel like it's a healthier alternative to soda, ice cream, and boba (I love sweets). Jamba is located in the same plaza as Ralph's, Corner Bakery, and HoneyMee! There are decent amounts of outdoor seating available with a hand sanitizer by the front door. This is definitely my go-to location because of the smoothie consistency. I've been to many Jamba Juice locations where the smoothie is either too watery or chunky... Also, the staff at this location knows how to make a matcha shot!! The only downside about this location is that the smoothies aren't filled to the top. The team member at the pour station would pour the smoothie into a mountain-shaped, but once you leveled the drink, you'll notice there is a gap between the smoothie and the lid. (-1 point) My favorite drinks are apple n' green, greens and ginger, pomegranate paradise, mega mango, or peach perfection! Overall: I am a fan and will most likely be returning in a couple of days! read more

This Jamba juice is part of the Irvine company, so if you have the app, you can score a good deal on drinks. Every time I walk in, I am always greeted with the best service no matter who is working. I feel like that's what keeps me coming back to this location. This one time, my gift card wasn't working for some reason, so the person that helped me decided to only charge me for a small drink, even though I bought a large, just to compensate for the "inconvenience". It honestly wasn't an inconvenience at all, but that gesture just showed how amazing the customer service is at this location. Props to whoever is training all these amazing employees! The general manager, Tom, offered to call the other location, cancel the order and redo the order for me.
