Mango Jasmine tea was ok. It didn't taste smooth and more bitter. I haven't tried other drinks yet. It was really busy and the inside is very small. I went to this location at around 9:10pm on a Friday night, when I pulled into the parking lot I was partially worried that when I walked in I was going to be greeted with a little annoyance from the workers (coming in 20 minutes before closing) and with things out of stock. But to my surprise that was NOT the case! The two workers were both friendly, kind and welcoming and nothing seemed to be out of stock. I ordered the caramel boba and pudding milk - I have not ordered this in a while, I typically get milk teas and boy did I miss this drink. 9/1/26- Visited for the first time with my toddler son who LOVED the owner (older-ish Asian) and blue-eyed employee working today. Per their recommendation, we got a mango strawberry smoothie and it hit the spot. Yes, it's still hot outside, so a smoothie was needed. The inside is small, but it's fine, because I'm sure the high school students close by just grab their drinks and go home and hang. I came in and ordered my son a honeydew smoothie with the lady cashier. When the order came up it was milk tea. I told her I ordered the smoothie because it has no caffeine, for my child. She said no you didn't then proceeded to tell me it doesn't matter, the milk tea has no caffeine in it. I looked it up on the website and it said there is caffeine and I showed it to her. Her response - oh well they must of not updated the website yet. Then she charged me again for the smoothie to remake it, rather than offering it on her mistake. So I paid for 2 drinks! A very middle of the pack place for boba. It's not bad, but there are definitely many other spots that are better within a few minutes of this location. There's a decent amount of parking in the shopping center. It can get crowded at times, but this location is tucked into one of the corners so it usually doesn't get as crowded. They have a bench inside, but there isn't much else seating wise. The tea itself was okay. I ordered a guava tea but there was no guava taste. The tea part was decent though. We have been coming to this Boba time location for the past several years. This is the only Boba place in Orange County that I have found that has consistently good tasting Boba. Some places you get that weird old metallic taste. This one is sweet like gummy bears every single time! Their menu is massive and I have tried so many different drinks. Some favorites are the lychee, peach green tea, and honeydew milk tea. The service is great. Sometimes there's a lot of teenagers in there so it can get pretty crowded but if you go when it's an off hour then you should be good and not have a long way. I highly recommend! read more

Back for some watermelon slushy with boba. Inside seems clean and tuned like a machine. All are staff are making drinks. Self service ordering if you are comfy with doing it that way. Otherwise wait for the staff to take your order when they are busy. Choice is yours. Sometimes drinks are too sweet, sometimes not sweet enough. It seems to depend on who makes your order. There isnt a level of consistency. Also the boba is hit or miss so I generally skip it. It's a good place to wait for your bbq chicken order. read more

We got the macha foam top with macha tea, it wasn't bad, but I think I was abit watered down. There was macha flavor but it's not as good as the other macha place off Jeffrey. The price was high too, even thought they do offer the first scoop of boba for free, but for the similar price point I would rather go to another boba place and exit away, just imho. read more

This is my family's go to boba spot, we love it! It's super close to our home and so it's a nice bike ride here. The location is in a good spot in a plaza with lots of traffic. There's no seating area inside but there's a few tables and chairs outside. I've ordered online with no issues but we typically go in and order without any trouble. With more than sixty cafes spanding Fresno to San Diego, It's Boba Time is one of the most (if not the most) successful bubble tea franchises in CA. It's not my favorite place to go, but I visit on occasion. Some of the menu items I've tried include: Recommended - Pistachio Frappe. Super creamy, perfect sweetness, and had a nice nutty texture to it. Worth A Try - Any shake, smoothie or slush, they do a good job. My go to flavors are Strawberry, Watermelon, and Mango. Cold, refreshing, hard to mess up honestly. At Your Own Risk - Boba topping. I can't ever recall having a satisfying experience, it's always been on the mushy and soft side. The tea flavor in their milk tea drinks also doesn't really come out for me. It's either diluted and watery or sugary and milky. Never Again - Strawberry Matcha. Puree tasted super artificial and the tea was bland, mixing did not help. On the bright side, many of the OG boba chains that dominated the 90s and early 00s (Boba Loca, Lollicup, Tapioca Express, Quickly) continue to fade into obscurity, but this chain does well to stay relevant in today's crowded milk tea market. Their menu has expanded greatly to include other items besides drinks, and they introduce flavors based on what's trending. read more
