Love coming here! Located at the Woodburry Town Center. Plenty of parking, but sometimes it is hard to find parking since there are lots of shops in the same plaza. Been here twice and both times it hasn't been too busy inside. They have indoor and outdoor seating areas. Customer service is great. It's pretty quiet and such a relaxing vibe to stop by and have some coffee with a friend or bring a laptop and get some work done. I tried the Cream Cheese Pastry, French Apple Turnover, and a Mocha Cake Slice. The Cream Cheese Pastry is very creamy and rich in flavor, I really enjoyed it, but couldn't finish it because after a while it was just too much. The French Apple Turnover is my fave! Super yummy, not as sweet ot rich in flavor as the cheese one. The Mocha Cake Slice was okay not my fave, I felt like it was lacking that mocha flavor. I prefer their Strawberry Soft Cream Cake. I haven't had any drinks at this location just yet. I also want to come back for a bag of sour dough. Will update once I try them! read more

One of the crews: Lexi (well kept hair with make up) was very helpful. However, the ambiance wasn't good today, a lady (Czech sounding) with 3 kids (1 kid was screaming at the top of her voice) was on speaker phone unmindful of other customers trying to enjoy their quiet time at lunch. located in the woodbury town center, i love coming to this location because of how convenient it is and the service! the staff has always been very friendly whenever i stop by, whether it's just checking out or offering suggestions when i ask for recommendations. i also really appreciate the variety of pastries and sandwiches they have in store. my go-to orders are usually the egg & cheddar salted roll sandwich or the crab croquette, along with a blended matcha or peach tea. i also love that they have seasonal options to try too, so that you can switch up your usual orders from time to time if something new catches your eye. read more

I have gone too many different locations before and they're always used to be a warm greeting and welcome but instead when I came to the location, I had no one greet me. They pretty much looked like they were working on inventory for end of the night closing shift they looked like they didn't wanna help anybody, and as I stood there waiting, they were in their own little world cleaning, and didn't acknowledge me didn't let me know that they'll be with me in a few minutes when they finally did help me they did not seem very enthusiastic or excited to help me it look like they were like waiting for me just to choose what I wanted and bring me up and and that was it. I didn't get a thank you or have a good day. Enjoy your dessert. it felt like I was an inconvenience to them so I do not suggest going back to this location for their pastries or drinks. read more

this location is located in woodbury town center with plenty of parking. workers greet you right away and they have a huge selection of pastries + viral breads. they have a $3 drink reward (app only) for the first couple weeks of january which is why i stopped by! i got the salted caramel pretzel cold brew last week and cinnamon sugar churro latte (no whipped cream, oat milk) today. not a fan of the cold brew since it has a sour aftertaste but the latte is yum they have a handful of seats and free wifi (pw near the register) so i's sure lots of people study there. nice grab and go bakery though! read more

We love stopping by -- we aka our 7 year old whom loves pastries. One of our favorites are the mini chocolate shop twists and the castella cakes. This is also are go to for cakes -- usually for birthdays but also for other occasions. Chandra and the rest of the staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. Let alone being a big fan of Paris Baguette pastry shops, this was my first time trying this location to pick up a birthday cake for my brother. They have a wide variety of gorgeous-looking cakes -- so many that it's hard to choose just one! On top of that, they serve delicious coffee too. Two lovely young ladies helped us select the perfect cake, and they even offered to keep it in the fridge for us while we finished our shopping. The cake was incredibly fresh, light, and absolutely delicious. Everyone loved it -- including the kids. They also included a cute birthday sign and a cake cutter, which I thought was a thoughtful and convenient touch. This will definitely be my go-to location whenever I'm in Irvine! read more

First visit. Friendly and prompt service. I had a turkey sandwich which was tasty enough but cold. It's supposed to be toasted and hot. The first third of the sandwich was moderately warm. The rest of the sandwich was cold. Since I had already bitten the sandwich, I didn't want to trouble the staff. Guessing they wouldn't be able to warm it up anyway since it's been partially eaten. So I packed the rest for home and will heat it up there. If it weren't for the temperature/quality of the sandwich, I would have scored this location at least a 4, but the mishandling of the sandwich was too disappointing not to note. The store is hidden between 2 other stores. See my pictures for the exact location. The large tree in front of it obstructs the view of it. The location is a cozier one (less seats and tables). Nice big Paris Baguette location in Woodbury Town Center in Irvine. I love how beautiful and clean the store looks. I love the variety of breads, pastries, and baked goods they have available. I'm not sure if it's unique to this location, but I find that the prices are quite high. Sliced bread is $7. I think that's pricey considering it's nothing special. I personally prefer Japanese style sliced bread as it is more fragrant and soft. The milk bread and soft cream bread here doesn't taste as good as other bakeries and for $7, I don't think it's worth it at all. Service is friendly here. They seem to have a lot of workers, which is good because someone seems to always be available to help. read more

First time visiting this location, will be coming back. my friends and i went to study for a bit while grabbing drinks and pastries. the food and drinks were good but their service stood out to me the most. all the workers were super kind and friendly, it felt nice to be there. i got a iced green tea, it was a bit sweet for my taste but it was nice to hear that they use a bit if natural fruit based sweetener rather than sugar or other sugar substitutes. I also got the red bean donut ball and the sesame tapioca bread which were both chewy and the right amount of sweet/savory. pricing is pretty average, the products too its good, pretty much what you'd expect if you've tried korean pastries and bread but here the service takes it to 5 stars :) +like the seating arrangements, good place to chill and hangout for a bit read more

Came around 7:45 PM and wow - they still fully stock the display cases nearly 1 hour before closing! A lil something for everyone, from savory to sweet ranging $4-$5. Examples... Inside, there is a good amount of seating and everything is well organized. We came on a Saturday morning and all of their pastries were fresh and stocked up! My partner and I had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at this location on June 21st around 10:30 am. We ordered a baguette and two Americanos, and requested to have the baguette toasted--a simple service this location has happily done for us multiple times in the past.There were two employees at the counter, and the General Manager, Marissa Thomas, was standing right next to one of them. One of the employees flatly refused to toast the bread. When my partner asked why, she replied, "Because we are busy," even though the store was not busy at all. My partner noticed Marissa appeared to whisper something to the employee right before walking away and leaving the employee to deal with us. When my partner pointed out that they toast sandwiches for customers every day, the employee just repeated that they could not do it. Because of this hostile attitude and lack of service, we canceled the Americanos, took the untoasted bread, and left. We had planned to sit outside and enjoy the morning, but instead left feeling completely disrespected and upset. It is unacceptable for a General Manager to encourage her staff to deny basic customer requests and then walk away from the situation. The franchise owners (BXB Company) seriously need to review the management and customer service standards at this Woodbury store. read more

I usually get Iced Americano and Croissant at Paris Baguette, but today I wanted to try something different, so I ordered Café Latte and Egg Salad Sandwich. Paris Baguette brews coffee using an Italian brand Lavazza coffee beans, and the Café Latte tasted good.
