Not sure if it's new employees, or cashier not paying attention... but a sausage and bacon BISCUIT means biscuit. As is, the food is pretty much processed reheated and average (at best) ... the buttery biscuit is actually worth looking forward to. But not today...why? Because you gave me a egg and sausage sandwich on a crappy English muffin. I'd rather have nothing than your idea of an English muffin. 4...maybe 4.5 stars quickly demotes to a 3 star thanks to the little bit of attention you couldn't muster to get the order right. Honestly, this is the best Starbucks location I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot of Starbucks). The staff members are always efficient while being extremely personable and kind. My roommates and I always come here for our drinks and often times to study and just sitting there for a few hours, you can really tell how above and beyond this store goes. Oh my god, I am sitting inside trying to study and every time the door opens and closes, it feels like an earthquake. Boom, Boom, Boom, every 15 seconds when the door closes. You would think a Starbucks, of all places, would pay just a little bit more attention to the design of their door. Haven't been here much since it changed from java city to Starbucks, but went in today to redeem a reward. Ordered it via the app. A few minutes later my daughter picked up the drink, the lid came loose and coffee went everywhere. Ok, no problem, accidents happen. But however we tried, we could not get the lid back on, and that's when we figured out it was a defective lid to begin with. I called the store and told them what happened. The lady on the phone said she would make another one for me. We got back to the store ten minutes later, I waited in line, and explained what happened, and all I got back was "do you want a remake or refund" from James at the counter who was totally serious like I was trying to pull a fast one on him. I was thinking an apology would be nice, but the only other thing I was asked was if I had initially ordered from this store in the first place. Now that bothered me a little bit, as I brought the original drink back with me and gave it to them and it had the sticker and other info on it. In the end, I was given a 4 dollar gift card along with my drink, which I declined. I can live with bad service, but when someone screws up and is totally unapoligetic about it, that really bothers me. read more

Love this Starbucks location. Store Manager Angie and all the staff are friendly and well-trained. The interior of this location is always clean, lighting is good, WIFI is fast. Drink/food consistency is another reason I prefer this location than the others. read more

Dont have any issues with this place. adam is a great employee but one day it was busy and waited for a latte for 20 minutes. A little aggravated but starbucks always gave great service to any employee that works there. Thank you adam, i am not a type of customer that would give mean regards to a little lack in a busy day. Apparently they can't give you a no ice drink anymore. And then they filled the cup like 1/4 of the way full and said that's where it would be if it had no ice. And the employees at that time were really unfriendly and the Pink Drink that I wasted money on was half water that time and didn't have a single strawberry. read more

They never have supplies either, they were out of honey one time for over 3 weeks... it's a coffee shop, how do you run out of honey at a coffee shop for that long!? I come to this Starbucks quite often and know that it is usually slow. I never mind unless I am in a hurry in which case I dont go to this specific Starbucks. But today I went (I was not in a hurry) and it was extremely slow. I normally would not write a review but in this scenario I needed to to point out an individual. I walked in and waited at the counter for 5+ min. There were two workers there. A guy I think named David who was hustling making drinks and doing cashier as the girl there walked right past me at the cashier to do literally nothing. After he took my order 4 people came in and he was torn between making my drink and helping the customers. He started my drink and then went to the customers. The girl came out walked past my drink went back in the kitchen and came out with cup lids. She was stocking when my drink needed to be made and david was busy with customers. I am writing this yelp soley for her. The guy (David) who took my order was patient with me even though I think he saw I was clearly upset. (if you read this David I was not upset at you but your lazy co worker, shift lead or whoever the girl with you was. You did a good job juggling everything by youself while I was there) I did not see the name of the Girl but she was wearing glasses had brownish streaked hair. I went at around 1:45p. All I am trying to accomplish with this post is to say to the girl working there. No matter what your status is at starbucks you should always help out your co workers. People watch what you are doing so be aware of your surroundings and always lend a hand. Im my past I have worked many retail/food service jobs so I do not want to bash someone for making one mistake, but in this scenario you are making your co workers and starbucks look bad and should consider your actions and the affects they have. read more

Was there this morning with a few of my friends just chatting and having a good time and a staff member told us that she got complaints from three other patrons in the establishment that we were loud.. I thought this was a coffee place to come and have coffee and chat with friends and not a library or a study hall. The place wasn't silent . There were others chatting and enjoying their drinks. and chatting. Totally put off by this place . Thank God we have other coffee places to go to but never going back to this place. read more

Comfortable seating, great lighting, well-maintained, and most of all, amazing baristas! These guys start their shifts at 4AM and still always greet their customers by name, have a great attitude, and are funny and attentive. It's made my early mornings this summer a lot more fun and happy, not to mention my order always tastes great! Slow service and ran out of lemonade at 10:00 AM!!!! Placed an order online (Gr Pasntgo Tea Lem at 9:59:16 AM on 3/30/2019) while in store, which was supposed to be ready between 3-8 min. Waited 10 min and still no drink. 15 minutes later, the server informed me they ran out of lemonade (my order was a tea/lemonade drink), trying to convince me it is completely normal to run out of ingredients. I had to respond to her that it should never happen in a store like Starbucks, especially for non-perishable items. She looked at me like I was from a different planet!! I am giving 1 star to attract the Manager's attention to this issue which should never happen! Under normal conditions, I would have given 3 stars because the seating area was OK, although the tables were dirty and two of the customers including myself had to get wet towels to wipe them off. The noise level is above average, if you are the type who needs a little quiet to focus when reading/computing. This is a convenient location in University Park, but next time I'll go to my usual spot in Quail Hills or The Coffee Bean place at Alton/Jeffrey. read more
