I had a wonderful experience here. I accidentally ordered my mobile order at a different location and they were kind enough to make my drink anyways. IT was my fault and they still helped me. They also have padded seats that you can post up at for a couple hours. ALSO - they're open until midnight! Great place to study. Why this location received 4 stars instead of 5. Their bathroom is not cleaned very well, smells, and is not eco friendly. They probably spend so much money replacing paper towels frequently due to the fact that the dispenser will release 1/4 of the stack if you try to pull just one. I spent a ton of money and time at this location during my college days. It is located in a large shopping center (Albertsons center) and is located next to the chase bank. They way this parking lot is set up makes finding close parking difficult at times, but if you don't mind walking, it's fine. Even though this is mostly a college student's Starbucks, it is a smaller one, and doesn't have as much seating as others. If I'm normally in the area I will pop in and out just for a quick beverage, so I never really use the seating area. I have never had an issue getting the drink the right way or with service. This is a quick, convenient location if you need to pop in and out for a drink to keep you going! read more

This is my favorite Starbucks. I used to go to this all the time when I lived in the area and I miss it every time I go to any other Starbucks. LOCATION & PARKING // This is a large Starbucks on the corner plaza next to UCI and Uni. There is a ton of seating in here, including small tables as well as a large community table in the middle. There are also some seating options outside near the front door and the patio. You won't find any problems with parking here either! Win win situation. FOOD & DRINK // This place has standard Starbucks quality. I don't have much to say here except you'll get what you expect. AMBIANCE // It's located next to UCI and Uni so it's consistently swarming with students of all ages. It is always busy here. I actually love it though because it's perfect for anything I'm looking for, including studying, hanging out with friends, or grabbing a quick item to-go. It's not quiet in here because of how large and crowded it is though so keep that in mind. OVERALL // 5 stars I wish all Starbucks were like this. read more

It's not a bad Starbucks to go to. It's in a little plaza where there's also an Albertsons, Chase, Del Taco, the Habit Burger, Which Wich (not totally sure how to spell that lol) and a few other little restaurants. This Starbucks is near the UCI campus which means it's also a hotspot for UCI students. During summer, it's just as packed as any other Starbucks. During the school year, that's when this Starbucks gets a little more packed. Don't get me started on midterm and finals time. There is literally no seat left because of all the hardcore cramming and studying lol. Which is another thing I'd like to point out. This Starbucks has a lot of outlets and a few charging stations for your phones which is nice. (Note: the charging stations for phones is on like a bar table type seating near the bathrooms and is more like a circular pad that I think you just place your phone on.) As for the service, everything is overall just like any other Starbucks. The baristas get the drinks out in a timely manner for the most part (unless it's super busy or they just happen to be slow that day) and the drinks come out good just like any other Starbucks. Things have gotten much better - not sure if those were trainees I dealt with which resulted in my previous review and they have now gained some experience under their belt, but I don't run into much problems with incorrect drink orders or oddly-tasting drinks. Of course, it's not like my drink orders are anything complicated - either brewed coffee, hot americano or the occasional very berry hibiscus. If you want to dine in and have space for your laptop, it's best to come early in the morning and snag a spot. It's nearly impossible to find a spot if you go midday, because people tend to camp out with their tiny drink order the entire day. Not the fault of the baristas here by the way. Quite a few awesome baristas - Gary being one of them. Definitely a favorite, easy parking and since they use Google wifi, fast internet here too. My go-to for Starbucks while I'm not on campus. The Starbucks at campus don't offer you the reward when you earn enough stars... which is one of the reasons why this Starbucks off campus is usually my favorite/go-to. The baristas here are nice and they usually get my drink ready within 5minutes. Even through peak hours, they still managed to have the big smile on their face and serve you the right way. Customer service does a lot of the business and this Starbucks here is totally better than the one at student center on campus. I would recommend coming here to get drinks if you don't have class on campus for a while since the staff here are nicer and there's tables/chairs for you to study at.
