Of course, Starbucks is known for their coffee. But don't underestimate their tease. They're green tea is one of my favorites. I do get it without sugar and sometimes I get it with a splash of lemonade. Try one of their teas for something refreshing especially on a hot summer day. Don't forget you can always get an ice water free! A little hack. If I'm really thirsty on a summer day, I get my green tea with light ice and no water. I mix my cup of water with my green tea at home and get two nice size cups out of it. The service is quick, and the staff are friendly enough. The aesthetics at the Starbucks locations are pretty well the same. read more

I went to this starbucks this Sunday morning, and I have never been to this one. The customer service was subpar and my drink was made horribly. As i pulled off from the drive thru , i ended up hitting a reverse to confirm what i ordered was correct. The drink was a strawberry matcha and the WHOLE drink was foam... i barely got 3 sips before the drink was practically gone. You could tell the drink was done in a lazy manner. If i wasn't headed somewhere i would have requested a refund. I won't be making this Starbucks location my morning choice again. read more

I feel bad writing this because my orders are almost always perfectly done, however, today the order already option was turned off- which is weird- but I went in and ordered my usual: Grande Hot Chocolate (4 mocha sauce, extra mocha drizzle) and a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino Blended Beverage (5 mocha sauce, extra mocha drizzle, light whipped cream). Today I received the hot chocolate and it was good, but my Frap was not, it only had a single pump of mocha sauce and even after bringing it up the only difference was having two pumps of mocha sauce. The staff was short handed (only 3, usually 5-6) but didn't seem stressed just distracted (almost), building was calm. Overall I don't know what happened if it was a fluke but my order was entirely wrong and I am dosing the fact I had to pay for the Frap that I doubt I will drink. read more

Yes, I am reviewing a Starbucks! The reason I have decided to review this particular Starbucks is because they have NEVER made me a bad drink. No burnt shots, no not following a recipe! This is rare! I've been to a lot of Starbucks and I've had a gotten a lot of subpar or just plain bad drinks. I go out of my way to go to this particular location because I know I will get a good drink. Everyone is friendly and some baristas chat at the window when there isn't a line, especially if I have my dog with me. The location is convenient once you remember it is right after the RR tracks if heading east. The parking and drive thru are pretty good. When I've gone in, it's always clean and the baristas are welcoming and willing to answer questions. Bottom line: if you want a good drink, go to this location. read more

So, I normally go to another Starbucks location...but I could see this location quickly becoming another fave! I mobile ordered when I was super close to this location. When I came in, my order was already waiting for me ... there was even a golden hue of light around it with inviting music playing... ok, so maybe that was the can light up above providing light to the whole area and the music may have been their tunes for all to hear ... but, still the truth remains that my order was ready and waiting on me in mere moments. Once I grabbed my order, I sat down and enjoyed the yum mines that is a cookie crumble crepe Frappuccino...while enjoying a pleasant vibe all around me. When I was done, I got a refill of tea (love this policy of Starbucks)...had a moment to compliment the barista on the speed and quality of my order...to which she seemed happy to hear:) This location is one to visit! read more

This is a pretty typical Starbucks. Their service is always better than their coffee in my opinion. I come in because they have a consistently average coffee and I know I'll be able to get WiFi to get some work done. Lot of people here with the same idea as far as laptops and getting work done. My pour over took about 10+ min. Which they apologized for bringing out late. Music is always a tad loud in my opinion at all Starbucks so don't plan on taking any phone calls here with any semblance of quiet in the background. To make up for the long wait, I was provided $4 gift card. Many thanks for that. Like I said earlier, service (5 stars) is better than their coffee (3 Stars.) read more

They have nitro cold brew!! That stuff is delicious. Was in the area and was glad to see that this Starbucks location has their new nitro cold brew. Plenty of indoor seating with outlets and WiFi. Very friendly staff - made the experience that much better. read more

This location has always had decent service except for one time there were bees at the drive through and they weren't letting people order unless they went inside. I realize that's not their fault, but maybe go get some repellent. Anyway, this morning there was a black hair in my coffee. i have blonde hair and the lid has been closed. The line was out in traffic, as usually. However, the service was fast. I placed a mobile order and no exaggeration by the time I circled the building and walked inside my order was ready! The drink although was carmel, it gave me more butterscotch vibes vs carmel. I did like it, but I probably wouldn't order it again. The birthday cake cake pop was good. At almost 80 years old, my beloved mother had never been in a Starbucks and she wanted to try it. We went inside to order so as not to slow down the drive thru. The person who took our order was a woman with short grey hair under her visor and the name tag "Jaye." She was impatient when we could not hear her over the ambient noise and through the protective plastic. When my mom struggled to say the order loud enough, Jaye actually ROLLED HER EYES at an elderly, first time guest. I stepped in and took over the order. Drinks were made properly and were quick, hence the 2 stars. But, the disrespect is unforgivable. read more

The music was so loud, it was high energy pop/rap for the entire 1.5 hours I was there (and some of it was explicit). I'm in my early 30's, so that stuff isn't going to bother me very much. I'm giving 2 stars because the service was nice. But the typical coffee shop ambiance was was terrible, and I saw people start off sitting inside and then move outside so they could even have a conversation. The only reason I didn't leave sooner is because I was dropped off and didn't have a car. I love Starbucks, and I have frequented many all over the states, but this was the worst experience I've had thus far. read more

I'm a creature of habit. This is my normal stop for Sunday morning coffee & a baked good on the way to church. However, today it was THE perfect spot to sit and get some work done and have breakfast while my car was down the street being serviced. I was greeted immediately upon entering which was awesome. The staff is very friendly even if I'm in the drive-thru. This building is new so it looks great. There's a long bench with tables along one wall. Each one has its own outlet for those of us who occasionally do remote work. I really appreciate that. All in all, a solid Starbucks experience, and one of my favorite locations! read more

Why Starbucks?!? I had high hopes for a productive work spot with a cup of coffee. The customer service was horrible. I ordered the veranda coffee, which they were out off, so I waited for a fresh roast. Well to my surprise they don't take your name for the orders. After 20-30 minutes of waiting I walked up to find my coffee sitting on the counter. I asked the staff and they were clueless. Thanks.@, that is helpful. After observing I saw they only call the name of the coffee (at a whisper), over blasting music. Helpful again. The positive is there is free parking, seating with outlets, free WiFi and late hours. read more

It was really slammed when we went, but we didn't wait long. Super fast and excellent service. I ordered 2 long involved frappachino recipes with no issue. My franken frappachino was perfect and my husband loved his banana split frappachino. With a long drive ahead it was the perfect time to use up some rewards. We don't come to this location often, but I would not hesitate to stop. This was thanksgiving weekend Saturday too! read more

What can I say -- It's a Starbucks. However, I can honestly say that they have THE NICEST drive through staff person we have ever encountered. Hands down. We even made a point to contact the manager to compliment her. She's that nice. Docked a star because getting in and outta here is really hard most days. The parking lot is small and the drive thru can get crazy backed up making it even worse. Check the app on your phone for hours as it appears theirs differ from surrounding stores sometimes. However, they have yet to screw up my order here, so that's a plus. read more

This is my stop before I head into work in the evenings. The large digital ordering screen is easy to see and confirm they have your order correct. The baristas in the drive thru are super friendly and I have had more than one cool conversation about music and movies here. The location is more convenient than the one they moved from is like 30 meters away so accessing the drive thru and pkg lot is much easier read more

I want to start with the fact that I'm so glad this Starbucks moved locations. They had been in a building two lots down from where this new location is, and it was so small and tight you could hardly get your car through the parking lot once you got your drink. It deterred me from going. So this new location has more parking and it's easier to get in and out of the lot, and makes it easier to get your drink. It's connected to a QDoba. The outside seating is nice. Inside I really like the big long seating stool area. Plus the drive through is always pretty fast efficient. The only reason I'm giving this new location a 2/5 is because of the service inside. I've been in here a handful of times and the baristas aren't very communicative. I had one who decided to clean the counter over greeting me to take my order. She made me wait for at least 3-5 minutes so she could complete her task. Another time while I was waiting on my drink to be done at the end of the counter, they weren't saying out loud who the drink was for, or what it is. So eventually I flagged a busy barista down and asked, and he just shrugged at me and walked off. The latest time I was in there getting coffee with a friend, and a worker loudly started cleaning the trash cans. I say loudly because she was practically throwing the lid around and as it slammed against the floor multiple times it made quite a ruckus. Plus she had everything so spread out, we could hardly walk. She had it spread out in front of the door. I thought that was a bit unnecessary. It didn't make for the best experience, honestly. My suggestion is if you're in a hurry, hit the drive through. If you're wanting a nice place to sit and chat with a friend or to do work, go elsewhere. read more

A Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks, right? The coffee here is typical (that's a good thing) and the service is great. No problems here. Two things that make this a 3-star starbucks: 1) The parking situation is a nightmare! 2) There are very few electrical outlets on the inside. This makes working for a long period of time pretty tough. All in all, it's worth the stop...just park at Le Peep and leave your laptop at home! read more

This Starbucks is conveniently located on a corner and with a drive-thru! The service and its drinks are amazing. Although every branch follows a recipe, not each makes it correctly. This branch, however, does the recipes justice. Green tea frappucino is a must try! Seating indoors and outdoors are plentiful. Lastly, staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Some cons are poor lighting for studying, max of 15 parking spaces with 1 handicap spot, tables and window sills are not the cleanest, and it's hard to miss this Starbucks as it doesn't stand out like most Starbucks do. Overall, typical Starbucks with delicious drinks and great service as expected. read more

The drinks and food are all the same in every Starbucks in the country. The difference between one Starbucks and the next is the staff, and this one has the best. It also has a drive through which is super convenient when making a quick run for you morning latte. read more

We came early morning on Mother's Day pouring Rain drive thru. They were top Notch no issues and we even asked for Drinks,Pumpkin Bread , and gift card. The staff was friendly and efficient even on the holiday! Cheers to your staff! read more

This is now one of the worst Starbucks in the area. I don't know what happened during the last year, but the service and the quality of drinks has gone downhill. I have been in Starbucks in other states and even other countries, and the consistency always amazes me. Unfortunately, this 82nd/Craig location has been consistently terrible lately. I gave it another try today, however, and I guess I shouldn't be surprised: in addition to not being able to get a simple drink order entered in correctly, once "fixed," the drink itself was so bad I poured it out before I got in my car. I'm done with this location. read more

I will freely admit to buying all they had on hand, and now can enjoy them at home. Yay! It is a very busy spot so not the friendliest of staff, but assumed they were already hassled from the morning. It was a great spot to meet a friend and enjoy the patio and some tea/coffee. The tiramisu latte is amazing and I get it every time I go since it's always when it's fall/winter, but an iced coffee or lemonade sounds so good once the weather gets warm again. Plan your visit for early in the day before their pastries get bought up! They stay very busy and our last visit was late in the evening to coincide with grocery shopping in Saraga so we could take everything straight home to the fridge. They were very picked over, but I got a slice of pound cake to snack on with my latte and a load of milk bread. The milk bread is a family favorite, so I recommend trying that out if you've never had it before. They also sell some super cute "accessories" on top of the display case and I bought "Happy Birthday" candles for my husband's birthday earlier this month from them, as well as some that said "I Love You" for Valentine's Day.

My dad did not know what to order and asked what tea is refreshing and is one that the barista would recommend. The barista said that the green tea is really popular, but did not ask whether he wanted it hot or iced or give a recommendation for that. The tea came out hot on a hot day where we planning to walk the Monon and check out other local businesses. To be fair, I did ask him if he wanted me to ask for the drink to be remade or to get him a new one as I had overheard his order and also assumed it would be coming out iced. He said it was fine (but then complained on our walk). This was a bit disappointing. There have been times I have walked out after a few minutes of no acknowledgement from baristas here. It is not a cafe that I would want to sit in and work in as a lot of the space does not look workable. The last time I did come in with papers I planned to read in between appointments, I did not want to put my bag on the floor or my papers on a table because both were dirty.
