They looked directly at me but didn't acknowledge me, offer assistance, or let me know if they were closed. I sat in my car for several minutes finishing this review, and no one came to check or communicate anything. Extremely disappointing experience , no customer service, no professionalism, and no clarity about whether they were even open. Based on this experience alone, I would not return.

I had my three year old with me so we ordered the blackberry brown sugar latte and a kids hot chocolate. She picked out a blueberry muffin and I had a bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich. That muffin? Excellent. I was honestly a little jealous I couldn't steal it from her. My sandwich was great, exactly what you'd expect from the name. I really enjoyed the latte! It's not a flavor I'd normally go for and almost went for the cookie butter latte but I'm glad I tried something new. As for the hot chocolate--I've never seen my child finish a hot chocolate. Ever. She inhaled it. The shop itself was way bigger than I expected. Super welcoming and open with plenty of space and seating. It was pretty crowded but there was also still plenty of seating. We ended up sitting close to the register (I let my daughter choose where we sat) and the people behind the register were on top of it. One person overheard me tell my daughter I needed to go ask for a to go box and they grabbed one without me having to even get up. They were very kind and attentive! If that's how they make it that if fine but should consider adjusting the description, that's technically not a drizzle. Then I saw him mixing the expresso into the milk, ultimately leaving me sad and disappointed that I was no longer getting my layered drink but instead leaving with a plain latte.
