This location is very convenient and has ample parking. While it doesn't have a drive-thru, you can order ahead through the Starbucks app, which I love because it makes grabbing my order quick and easy when I'm on the go. I recently stopped in to redeem my birthday drink, and the experience was smooth with no issues. I always enjoy the little personal touches, like having your name written on the cup. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome, and the service was friendly and efficient. Another thing I appreciate about this location is the early opening hours, which work well with my schedule. Inside, there is plenty of seating, making it a great spot to study, work, or relax with a coffee. The free Wi-Fi is an added bonus. This location is very convenient and has ample parking. This Starbucks opens pretty late and is quite busy. The service here is fast and the place is kept pretty clean. There is decent amount of seating inside and outside. I had a warm danish which was good. read more

The best brews and drinks compared all other branches, including the airport one and a few from other cities. The drinks are made with perfection. In other places, I often find them either watery, less or extremely flavoured. But this particular Starbucks has never disappointed, especially with the seasonal flavours. read more

Went in at 5:30 AM and they greeted me with smiles and good energy for so early! Very quick and drinks tasted amazing.

I came into this location about 30 minutes before closing- as a disclaimer, and I very much felt that I was unwelcome. End of the shift left the team very task focused, and there was not much concern for my experience. I greeted the team member with a hello- that went unacknowledged and instead I received a very dry request for my order to be placed. The food and drinks were fine, I did appreciate that the baristas clarified whether or not I wanted whip cream since I used a non dairy milk. The atmosphere felt uniformly like any other Starbucks- it was fine, and clean :) read more

I placed an order through the app this morning for pick up in-store. I arrived five minutes later and noticed that there was a large crowd waiting for orders, but the staff worked diligently to get those orders out in a timely manner. They were focused and the barista that handled my order was very polite. I was concerned about ordering too far in advance, rendering my food and drink cold, but I think I'll place it 12-15 minutes prior to my arrival in the future. I ordered a featured item, the Pistachio Latte with an almond biscotti and a bacon, egg and cheese croissant sandwich. The pistachio latte was soooo warm and delicious on this slightly snowy day and it paired perfectly with the almond biscotti being dipped in it! I was also very pleased with the sandwich. The croissant was soft and buttery and brought all the sandwich components together in perfect harmony! Will order all again! read more

Attentive staff. Quick service and good quality. Starbucks never disappoints. Came here right before work and although they were out of nitro, I was still able to get my regular Flat White. Tons of IU-Indy students so it kept the place vibrant and going. Good location close to the campus. Would continue to support here for local coffee. read more

Customer service is always great. Place is pretty small has like 5 tables and also place is always neat and clean. In addition I always get my order pretty quick no longer than 5-10 minutes which is big deal for me. Furthermore I totally recommend trying this location out. read more

The employees here seem to work extremely fast. They had a lot of mobile orders lined up and I didn't have to wait for my order too long. I say that for the amount they had lined up and customers were still coming in. Busy and all they still manage to tell you to have a good day. Customer service is everything to me. read more

This is the Starbucks right by IUPUI, IU Hospital, and Eskenazi - it is BUSY. And yet, the staff always are in top of it. It probably helps that this location doesn't have a drive-thru. Plenty of parking but you must share it with multiple businesses, so it can get scarce depending on the time/day. Lots of people study/work here, but it's still rather small and mostly has tiny two-person tables and two long high-top tables. This is not a space I'd want to read or write in, personally. But many folks like it. read more

Great service for how busy this Starbucks is. Employees are friendly and work well even while under a lot of pressure. They know how to make a London fog latte right, unlike some other locations or different coffee shops. They do a great job overall, this is my go to Starbucks as a student nearby. read more

Great service from Mattie! Fast, and the coffee was delicious! Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere.

Online order so not much info for employee interaction. Was ready fast before the online time though. Dine in and restrooms closed of course, but seemed like a decent spot for the IUPUI campus etc. read more

I don't mind overpaying for Starbucks, as that is what I expect to do every time I go; it's overpriced coffee. But I love it so idc. But if you're gonna charge me $5-$6 for a medium coffee, please fill it up all the way. This place consistently does not. I'm not saying you have to fill it to the point of being messy, but this is honestly bullshit. this drink was like $5.94, and a third of it is missing (this is how it is every time). If it happens again, I will not be coming back. I understand wanting to avoid spilling hot coffee, but I'd rather get what I paid for, than get shorted and then have my safety used as an excuse. read more

Love this starbucks!!! Baristas are always friendly and always on top of getting my drinks just the way I like it! Using mobile order is super easy and I never have to wait in line! Always pack here with college kids studying. I love this starbucks because its convenient to home and work. I would like to however review the unicorn frap and how awful it was! It's not at all baristas fault that the company is offering such a horrible drink, so I cant ding the baristas for making it. It was definitely unicorn poop and I cant believe I paid $6 bucks for a venti. Well note to future me to not fall for any of starbucks crazy stunts with crazy drinks call unicorn frap! There's still a few days left to get it but WARNING! Do not get it! Its sour and weird, and the more you drink the more it becomes tasteless. It tastes like water down vanilla bean! read more

This is a very nice and clean Starbucks. The staff is always very friendly and my drink is always made correctly. My favorite thing to get is the sweet cream nitro cold brew. I'm so glad this location offers this. The interior is nice however I wish it was a bit bigger and there were more tables to study at. Whenever I go there is almost never an open table. Overall it is a great Starbucks! read more

Starbucks is Starbucks. Any franchisee you go to is the same service and the same quality. The coffee is good and the environment is awesome. Whether you want to go hangout with your friends, meet new people or even study, Starbucks is always a good option. They also have nice outside seatings and it is right by other good restaurants. The reason why I give them 4 stars is because of the price. To be honest, it is just coffee and it shouldn't cost you 4 bucks for a cup of small coffee. read more

I felt so uncomfortable at this Starbucks location. I went in to order with my mom and my black step dad. The three baristas kept looking at him like he was gonna steal something. At first they didn't register that he was with me. Then my step dad accidentally grabbed a drink with his name but it wasn't his. There was someone else with the same name as him who came in after us, and the baristas kept making (loud enough) comments that I heard. I asked for extra sugar and one of them gave me a face. I told them loudly "excuse me can you say that slowly so that I can translate in Spanish for my mom" and they went quiet. Needless to say they were glad to see us leave the place. I will definitely be emailing corporate. No need for that racist attitude. read more

Pretty much your typical Starbucks. Usually stays busy since it is right next to IUPUI's campus, but today had a few table spots open inside. I tried one of their new Clover-brewed coffees. Went with the Malawi. Very good, easily rivals the quality of a local, craft coffee shop. read more

I am surprised by the high ratings, I have come in a few times and have never had a good experience? But maybe I am just unlucky and havent come by at the right time? I am a coffee lover, and I dont mind starbucks in general, but this specific location has just never gotten my order right. I only complained once when it was late and they werent busy, and the guy I complained to said it was fine and if I wanted them to do it over "just because I didnt like it" I was going to have to buy another and I SWEAR I wasnt being rude or anything I just said it was the wrong drink!! I quit going after that, because it sort of put me off :( So I dont know... I guess I missed out, reading the other reviews! read more

All Starbucks are not created equal! Jonah and his staff go above and beyond to make dropping $5 on coffee as amazing as it can possibly be. After a few visits, they will learn your name and probably your order. Tables are less full when IUPUI is not in session -- but this is a good location to sit and chill -- with some outdoor tables as well. read more

I have a love/hate relationship with this Starbucks. It's always there for me, but it's always there for literally every IUPUI student and medical center employee too. Fast, friendly baristas... but it's loud and crowded in here. Parking is difficult in the winter when the snow builds up and during the lunch rush, but what can you expect when it's *everyone's* go to spot? read more

I've been going to this Starbucks for years! I can say it did its share on helping me graduate college. The staff is always great and the service is normally pretty quick, depending on what time of day you go. There have been plenty of times I've had to wait a while because the line is very long. They are pretty busy in the mornings and then again at lunch/afternoon. If you don't want to wait too long id go at a random time in the day, like 3pm haha. They have a good amount of seats there and they have my favorite--outside seating!! Those go really quick, so if you see a free table outside make sure to grab it right away! Other than that it's a normal Starbucks-nothing too crazy about it. Good for college students, trust me--they can help you graduate. Grab that Venti coffee and keep.it.moving! If you are a college student now and reading this...life gets better!! Enjoy it while you can! ;) read more

Between 10th and 11th St, opposite Camp St. Indianapolis If you are reading a Starbucks review you want to know if THIS one has good staff and service. In a word: Yes. This is a great little coffee spot across the street from one of my favorite restaurants in Indy. There's plenty of parking, and huge windows to let the sunshine in and make the space feel a bit more open. It can get a bit crowded, but honestly what spot that has free wi-fi isn't? Super friendly baristas too! If I was still going to IUPUI, I'd probably be here weekly. read more

Inside & outside was very dirty! Dirtiest Starbucks I've visited and I visit a lot of them!

My favorite Starbucks that I've ever been to, mainly because of how awesome, friendly, and generous the baristas and managers are. This is a place for people of all ages, from students to elderly to businessmen to kids and everywhere in between. Drinks are always made with care and they'll always try to get your name right. Favorites are the vanilla sweet cream cold brew and chestnut praline (holiday special). Come here to study, socialize, or just to relax. It can get quite crowded during peak study season (end of spring, December, finals) so keep this in mind. Ive been a regular for 3 years now and still love my mornings or evenings spent here! read more

This location is near IUPUI campus, so it's a combo crowd of students, medical professionals, and business people in the area, which means it stays pretty busy. Went early in the morning and ordered my drink online but ordered a breakfast sandwich in person. I got my drink in good time because they were not busy but I waited 30 minutes for my sandwich. I waited by the counter once I got my drink to mention that I didn't get my sandwich but nobody said anything to me. When I walked up to the girl to tell her I'm never got my sandwich she told me "Oh our mobile order printer is broken." I told her that I didn't order it online and that she took my order 30 minutes ago she just said "Oh. What's the name?" Usually get great service here but today it just wasn't good. read more

My wife and I come to this Starbucks (our preferred) at least once a week. They are friendly, fast, and a little wacky. Very much up our alley. I've seen people point out Jonah's name before and they are dead on. He's great. He calls us out by name every time without missing a beat. Add on top of that, my wife has an often mispronounced name and he's made a specific effort to get it right. Favorite Starbucks in Indy! read more
