I have to admit... I used to be very loyal to 7 Brew. Like stop. every. single. morning. on. my. way. to. work loyal. My usual was/is a medium iced Blondie with caramel drizzle, and honestly, she never let me down! Then I decided to quit coffee cold turkey... which was brave of me and also slightly tragic. Recently, I decided to start treating myself every now and then, and I got a craving for my OG drink. I was heading to church and noticed the 7 Brew line wasn't long (which feels like a little blessing if you ask me), so I had to stop! Spencer helped me and was super friendly and quick. He typed in my phone number and before I could even finish ordering, he said my drink out loud like he already knew my heart. I was impressed... and slightly called out. That first sip though... pure happiness. My Blondie was perfectly made, sweet, smooth, and exactly how I remembered it! It honestly felt like catching up with an old friend. I actually visited for the first time yesterday but since it's a drive through I wanted to make sure the customer service was consistent for a new customer like me. 7 Brew Coffee definitely didn't disappoint. Their staff are friendly, helpful and they walked me through their menu. It's a little intimidating with so many flavors but once I was serviced it was a breeze! The ladies that helped me not only took my order but they greeted me, asked me how my day was going and just maintained a pleasant spirit. Great way to start the morning. The coffee is good; it's much stronger and flavorful than the ones we're use to. I also love the design of the coffee cup. I'm not struggling with the sleeve because it's already attached to the cup! Love that. Plus my coffee came out super quick! I'm a fan of convenience, great customer service and design. They did all three efficiently while "cultivating kindness" .... That saying is on their cup. Great job 7 Brew! Looks like I have a new beverage spot! read more

7 Brew Coffee has a nice selection of coffee's, teas, and pastries. I enjoyed my large Chai Tea Latte, and it was nice and hot. There are several locations throughout Indianapolis and the surrounding areas. It is a drive-through business with long lines during rush hour times. It does move fairly quickly. The prices are competitive to Star Bucks. There is an employee standing outside the pick-up window to take your order and answer any questions. She was extremely sweet and welcoming, answered my questions, and I signed up for their rewards program while I was waiting on my order. Nice location on Westside when craving a coffee, tea, or in my case a Chai Latee. read more

I wish they had more locations here! I haven't tried the coffee yet because I always get the iced energy with choice of flavors to add. I seen this new attraction while driving & decided to stop by & check them out. When you enter the drive thru it conveniently has two lanes, the associates are outside to greet you with their tablets ( very similar to Chick-fil-A). The customer service was delightful & very informative for a new customer like myself. Easy & straightforward process. The blondie drink is great, I got it iced with oat milk. I love 7 brew but this location is beyond slow... Last night there were 2 cars in line (only 1 infront of me in my lane) and it took me 25 minutes to get a coffee. That's insane. When I finally got up they told me "sorry one of our regulars had a bad day and was telling us about". I'm all here for supporting others but 25 minutes because you were talking just doesn't sit well with me. Then my coffee was the worst tasting one I've had by them ever. Oh and a few months ago I had a hair in my coffee (and no it wasn't mine it was black hair which I don't have and I saw it before I even took a drink). New favorite coffee place in Plainfield! This little shop is quaint. Their coffee is actually good and has great, robust flavor. I'm a bit of a coffee snob, and this place does not disappoint. There are tons of sugar free options on the menu, which is what I usually stick with. Drink hack that I made up: get an iced white chocolate mocha, with sugar free white chocolate, sugar free vanilla syrup, and sugar free strawberry syrup. Tastes just like neapolitan, AND it's delicious without the guilt of all that sugar. I appreciate the staff there, who try to brighten our mornings with asking the question of the day. What an absolute joke this location is. Several times in the past few months my drinks have been made incorrectly. Be very cautious about ordering sugar free options or add ons, they'll either make it with sugar or not apply what you paid extra for. If you try to request it be made the correct way you ordered the workers instantly cop an attitude. The workers here are completely incompetent, and will half ass make drinks and orders. Great coffee and friendly staff.

There are 2 things that I rate a coffee shop by. The first is their plain black coffee, because if you can't make a decent plain black coffee for your base how can any of your other coffee concoctions be any good. There plain black coffee is just meh. The second may sound trivial but it is how they put the lid on the cup. There is a seam on the cup and if you put the hole of the lid right over said seam the cups tend to leak. My dad always told me to never trust a coffee shop that puts the lid on wrong. read more

It's okish. First time there and the one I went to (Plainfield) doesn't even have a sign in the drive through telling you what they have. So I had to google their menu and download it before I could see what they had. Ordered a Caramel Machiatto, which is what I get at Starbucks. Got to the lady taking orders and she was friendly. Gave her my order and she said "that's probably a lot less than Starbucks", to which I asked how much my total was, and it's about exactly what I pay for a similar coffee there. So the pricing is a bit on the higher side if they're matching what Stabucks charges for a bougie coffee like I get. Got the coffee and tried it. Pretty meh, honestly. Just wasn't that good and the price was a bit high for it to taste as bland as it did. Going to skip 7 Brew. Absolutely loved the Iced German Chocolate Coffee with extra Carmel. (I like sweet drinks)The drink size was great for the price and I loved the flavor. The staff was wonderful and helped me figure out what to order and recommended some things for next time. They also ensured it tasted good to me before I drove away.
