Starbucks is closer to my house, but I like the other one better so I don't go here very often. When we are headed out on the road this is the closest one so we decided to stop. This place has been around for a while and didn't always grieve great service in the past. It seems that they have up their game and this time was much better. The food and the drink were very good as expected. The surface was fast, even though there was a line waiting to order and get their stuff. They moved us through very quickly, and we were in and out in just about five minutes. The person at the counter was very matter of fact, but with that kind of line I can understand that. read more

Drink was good. But I'm tired of using restrooms in places like this and it's not clean. I hate excuses. The bathroom should always be kept spotless. I don't care who's job it is. But if I walk in the bathroom I can tell nobody has deep cleaned it in I don't know how long. The inside toilet rim has not been scrubbed. And why would you mount the hand dryer at 5 ft? Who is drying their hands at neck level. I do understand busy times. But either hire someone else to clean it. Or hire someone who's only job is to clean it. If I was a manager of any business that would be my number one priority. Clean restroom. Do better. Not just for your customers but because of pride, and because your momma taught you better. read more

I adore the people at this location! They are always extremely helpful and quick. I have a dairy allergy which they are very attentive to. Anytime I have questions about how to order my drinks dairy free, they are super helpful & don't make me feel like a burden. The ambiance is inviting, the drinks are great, but it's the staff that keeps me coming to this location even if it's out of the way. My go-to drink is Iced Matcha Latte, the service is great in this location. Staff are friendly and quick with the orders. The ambiance is relaxing and you can study or do some work in this location without anyone bothering you. We went to a meeting in Indianapolis and stopped on the way home to Bloomington. The best recommendation I can make is that it is easily accessible from the 465. The second best thing is that the handicapped spot is located directly outside the building with a great walk in ramp. As usual the Starbucks is well set up. The ice tea was best. My wife's drink had to be remade. Not much you can do to an ice tea. i should add that as you leave this strip mall you have access to a traffic light. Easy off and on to the way home. read more

As much as I try to make coffee at home, some days you just need Starbucks. I knew I had a busy day at work today so I decided to stop for a pumpkin spice latte. It's a little earlier than I usually get one in the season but there are no rules anymore so why not. Pre-Covid, I used the app a lot and would send in my order as I was leaving my house and it would be ready to go when I arrived. Starbucks was closed for for awhile and then finally opened back up, but I have just been using the drive-thru since then. Both ways are equally quick and I get in and out quickly. The staff are very friendly and genuinely seem like they want you to have a good day. I would say that is true for all Starbucks locations but this is the one I frequent the most. read more

Popup Party The four of us went to this location for their popup party. They offered free tall expresso drinks from 1-2. The store was pretty packed, however they were prepared. They had lots of staff and we really didn't wait too long for our drinks. They also offered samples of some of their bakery items. This location is located right off of 465. They recently updated this Starbucks location. It looks brighter, more open and modern. I don't feel like it added any more seating space, but now there are lounge chairs and some booth spaces as well as a longer table to accommodate individual people working. The two-person tables are round and a bit small if you're both wanting to work on laptops or have books to spread out so keep that in mind. I do like the look of the space and they did fix some of those nasty potholes so the parking lot's improved since my last review. read more

I consider this my Starbucks, simply because it's so close to my apartment and I go there frequently. Located just off of 75th and shadeland in the strip mall with caplingars. Everyone is very friendly! You always feel welcome when you walk in. Even if it's crazy busy and coffee is being churned out at a high speed. Drinks are always great! Never have an issue with those, and they will even make things that aren't on the menu, I love London fog tea lattes and the fact that I can still have them makes me very happy. The selection of food products always impresses, they have all the snacks, and baked goods. Plus if you want to get coffee swag on top of your coffee, this store is for you! The selection of cups is always abundant I think I have purchased 5 separate mugs as well as ground coffee to make at home! This is my forever Starbucks! read more

First time here in a long while. The drive thru was packed but moved quickly. The woman working the drive thru was incredibly nice, funny, and cool. The imposible breakfast sandwich is my go to meal, and I came to this location because the one near me is closed due to Covid19 . This visit took my day from a 6/10 to a 9/10. This is the Starbucks I frequent due to convenience. They have remodeled the inside providing a more modern aesthetic. I enjoy Starbucks because of the store hours which close late I like other local coffee shops. There is seating with outlets, and comfy chairs. The only negative is they don't have decaf coffee ready. You have to Ofer Americana or pour over. Overall great place to work and get a cup of coffee. read more

Been using this Starbucks for the last year since it is on my way to work, sadly since they shut down with Covid and opened back up again their drive through experience has went extremely down hill. They used to be super fast and great on orders, however this is the third time I've gotten in line (not a long line, maybe 5 cars max) and had at least a 20 minute wait in line. If you are in a rush I would suggest another store... people are very nice and helpful so if you have time they are great! read more

The worst Starbucks experience I've had in a while. NO parking at 3pm, lot of people working inside at tables. I had to tell the barista my drink order 3 times (unsweetened green tea, light ice...not that hard!) and requested that they use my sweetener packets and they said it wasn't a problem. I went to the restroom and when I came out, my iced tea still was not ready (no one was in front of me in line and no drive through customers). There were 4 total baristas and they were all talking to each other on their headsets about someone they knew in high school. Social hour apparently. When I finally got my drink, my sweetener packets were floating my in drink. I was shocked and audibly said "seriously?!" And they looked at me like I was crazy. When I said my sweetener was floating in it, they offered to remake my drink but seeing as I still had a 2 hour drive, I wasn't interested in waiting to get it remade. Needless to say, I will not be visiting this location again. read more

I never have coffee at Starbucks, it's too strong for me. I'll usually opt for a chai tea or a latte. My boyfriend is a Starbucks fan. This one was fairly standard for the chain. So from the last time i reviewed this location years ago they have improved and are a million times better now. My drink of choice is a Venti Americano with heavy creamer and vanilla. If this is done right its one of the smoothest drinks you could imagine, drinks like water practically but you still get 4 shots of espresso. If done wrong it taste like instead of using espresso they used coal from an old fire. Its very hard to get right. That all being said, my past few years coming here they've done a flawless job of perfecting that drink for me, most of the people working started to remember me and my order also which is huge for me. Now granted were all just human, occasionally during extremely busy times it may not be totally up to par, but everyone working has always been more than happy and willing to fix the order. It's a little heartbreaking to see the parking lot in such disrepair after this winter... it was never bad before, but now you need to weave your way around potholes and piles of crumbled blacktop. The service here has always been amazing. Their regular managers and baristas are friendly and very accommodating. Sara takes the drive thru orders with such pep that it brightens my day before the first sip of coffee. I can't tell you how many days I have gone to this Starbucks and spent 3+ hours working on lesson plans or grading. I ordered an iced latte and got an iced coffee. I asked if it was supposed to be a latte and the barista looked at the sticker and said no. I assumed I mis-ordered and took the drink. I took a sip and just randomly looked at the sticker, IT SAID LATTE. So I took it up and asked if I actually could have the latte I ordered and the barista seemed super cool about it. When my order was called , it was a hot latte even though I ordered ice. I didn't feel like wasting another drink, so I just dealt with it. I've never been inside this Starbucks, it's clean and spacious but I most definitely wont be heading back to this location anytime soon. read more

April 21, 2022 my husband went in around 9:10am ordering us some drinks and food. He just came back home around 9:52am. 30 minutes! I wanted a iced chia latte with a chocolate croissant. Everything was wrong. Apparently my husband went in and he was greeted and not welcomed with a smile. He dresses very urban than your average person. He talked to a woman at the register that was white and just didn't really acknowledge him and what he wanted right for me. Not once did she asked if my drink was hot or cold. Didn't ring him up for my chocolate croissant either. I used my Starbucks gift card that I got in the mail from a previous mishap and now it happened again. Today's workers have no costumer service or manners. Especially since it's Starbucks has been in the media for discrimination before. Before he left he waited 15 minutes for a chocolate croissant that was even chocolate, it was regular. I don't usually complain because there's people out here who don't have food and would love to have what I have, but I would've been nice to get my money's worth! This is my usual Starbucks and have been coming here for almost 4 years. I'm not a coffee drinker so I appreciate the baristas keeping me updated with non - coffee drinks. I LOVE these three in particular: vanilla chai latte, green tea frappucino & valencia orange cooler. When I occasionally try a coffee blend they make sure that it's not too strong for me. Isn't the point of mobile order to get your order in line for preparation? Twice this week I placed my order 10 min prior to arrival. The app said would be ready in 6-8 minutes both days. As I entered I noted who was in the regular line. Both days people who placed their orders after I arrived (about 10 min after I placed my mobile order) were getting their beverages and mine hadn't even been made. Yesterday my order was ready 20 min after originally placed and today it was 17 minutes. Very frustrated. I get it is a busy location....but both days it looked like they were picking and choosing what drinks to make...not necessarily in order placed. And to top it off today they were out of vanilla syrup at 7:30am...poor planning. read more

A drive thru experience that I still can't figure out. It's a typical Starbucks, and I've placed this order 100 times and never had this happen. I ordered venti coffee. The person on the other side of the sqwak box asked if I wanted cream and sugar. I said yes, 4 sugars and cream on the side. I get to the pickup window, and they give me the coffee and the cream in a cup like always, but she tells me they already put the sugar in the coffee and asks if that's ok? Um, no that's not ok. I don't get how one ingredient gets put in the coffee and the other comes on the side. read more

I asked for 3 different syrups in my drink none are in there, I asked for cinnamon syrup and got cinimon powder and a coffee that tastes like it's black. The person taking my order continuously asked the size and different things about my order when I kept telling them. I ordered two venti one strawberry cream frapp with a extra espresso shot and a strawberry funnel cake. They messed up and put the extra espresso shot in the strawberry funnel cake and I tried to tell them it was wrong. They argued with me and lied and said it wasn't made wrong.
