Dutch Bros officially opened today (September 25) and I was ready and waiting to be one of the first in line. I'm excited to have another coffee shop in the neighborhood (it's the third on that corner), but hey, you can never have too much coffee. It's a small footprint with A LOT of options! They have coffees, smoothies, shakes, etc. They have a few snacky options as well for food. I opted for an iced zero sugar added vanilla protein latte since I was hoping to find my "regular" order. I struggle getting enough protein in the morning since I just want coffee until I am awake enough to be a person, so why not combine the two? It will probably not be my regular order BUT I am looking forward to trying more things in the menu, and I love how many zero sugar options they have. I picked up a Carmel Pumpkin Brûlée latte for my brother as well, which he enjoyed. The staff were all super friendly and excited to be open. I loved the app as well! It has cooler features than some of the more mainstream options, like auto tipping and a lot of flair. I'm excited to have a new option in the neighborhood and will be back! read more

This place is always crazy busy. It is located in a very active part of the south east side. Near a Kroger and a whole bunch of other little shops. There's a Starbucks and a Dunkin within a minute walk from it, but it still maintains it's business. There's always a line and everyone seems to be happy. The person that met us at the side of the car to take our order was very friendly took care of business quickly and was very polite about it the whole time. Always had a smile on her face. Because of the big crowd, it was a little slow moving through that line, but once we got to the window, the person at the window had a nice little conversation with me, gave me some free stickers, and then got me my drink, and on my way. This is a drive-through place. I imagine you can walk in and pick things up, I don't know if there's any seating or not. The drink was very good. I got a vanilla latte. It was creamy and had a great flavor. My kids kids love this place, so I'm sure we will be going here more. The building is nothing special just a rectangle space for a big drive-through. But it obviously works well for them as they got people through relatively quickly even with a big crowd. And people keep coming back, so I have to believe they like it. read more

I was craving a drink and decided to try Dutch bros out. This location is very convenient for me. It wasn't busy so I was flagged by an employee to pull up to the window. I didn't realize that they don't have drive thru speakers and it's too cold for the workers to stand outside. The menu was dark as there is not light to it, and with the snowy/rainy weather, it was hard to read. When I pulled to the window I was undecided on what I wanted so I asked the lady what seasonal drinks they had. She named some off, I think the one I got was an iced gingerbread latte, it sounded good. I opted for oat milk vs the 2% that it came with but I still got the sweet top. I didn't specify a size, so I guess they just have a standard size. The lady made sure I wanted it iced, and even though it's cold, I think they are more known for their iced drinks. The drink I got was basic, nothing too special about it. They have a large menu with a lot of different selections so I'll eventually be back to try some other stuff out. I'll have to remember to ask for a receipt next time, because I didn't ask and they didn't offer. read more

Drinks are consistent in taste and quality! A little slow to get people through the line. But they are an extremely busy and small location. But the staff is always greeting with a smile and friendly. Only downside you cannot really fit larger trucks in the drive through which sadly will limit our business here but other than the structural set backs, everything else is outstanding! read more

Now open since Sept 26! I was in the area and thought to pick up an energy drink ... I got the Double Rainbro Rebel, normally I get the Tiger's Blood Rebel. I was actually debating on adding the poppin' boba and I really should have to add a kick to the drink. I actually prefer the Tiger's Rebel though. Being that it was 2nd day of opening, the line was long but surprisingly went very quick ... definitely MUCH better than the Noblesville location!!! My husband and I watched this building go from the ground up, anticipating what it could be! We had so many guesses. Coffee was one of my guesses and boy oh boy was I glad it was! I SCREAMED when I saw the Dutch Bros sign go up! Everyone is so friendly! Very clean regardless of being day two. Service was quick. Coffee was delicious! Yes yes yes Definitely will be returning! SO exciting to see a Dutch Bros open near me, and the drinks do not disappoint. I have been going here at least one morning a week to pickup a coffee (specifically a sweet cream cold brew with some sugar free syrups added to it). The app is super easy to use to pickup at the to-go window outside, because the drive thru has usually been long. The staff has been incredibly kind to me and even when they are busy, I can tell they are going as fast as they can. Huge dutch bros fan now! read more

Dutch Bros Coffee just opened in town, so of course I had to give it a try! Overall, my experience was really good. The line was insanely long, but that's totally expected for a brand-new coffee shop that everyone's curious about. I ordered an iced mocha latte and it was pretty good, smooth, chocolatey, and definitely something I'd get again. The staff was friendly and upbeat, and they worked fast considering how many cars were ahead of me. Their energy really helped make the wait feel less stressful. The menu has a ton of fun drink options, so I'm excited to come back and try different things. The vibe is lively, the customer service is great, and the drinks are solid. I've been here twice and both times the wait was so long that once I was able to leave the line it actually took less time to drive to 7Brew up the street, order, wait and get my coffee there. There isn't an order box so you have to wait until you get to the window to order! That's so inefficient. There may be someone coming out to take order but it was a good 30 minutes before anyone came out and I counted 6 cars in front of me and at least 5 cars behind me. You can't escape the line either so you are stuck. The coffee is fine, it's not that good. read more

I went through the line this morning in need a highly caffeinated drink because I work 12 hour days, and this weather has had me extra tired. The amazing barista that was taking orders suggested a nitro kicker cold brew. I love how they had a sign to let you know they could not take orders due to the weather. Very unorganized and tried to make my husband and I pull around the whole parking lot to turn into the building on the right side instead of the left side but my husband's truck would of never been able to pull in from the right side so we just left(and there is no directing cones or anything for of us to have known to not come the way we did) , the young worker just didn't approach us very respectfully and just seemed annoyed with our confusion. read more

DO NOT MAKE A MOBILE ORDER- I made one earlier today before the rush and got there a little bit earlier than my scheduled order time. The line attendant verified with me that my order should be ready and confirmed they received my order. Once I got to the first window they said my order wasn't even popping up so they proceeded to send me to the front window by customer parking. Even though I was already inconvenienced I proceeded to do as told and from there I was told to wait(I only waited 30 minutes) which was honestly extremely unprofessional since they were still getting orders out, except mobile orders. Improvement needed in service. No one seems to know what's going on not sure if they even have managers on duty running anything. Very unorganized waited 40 minutes for a mobile order. Never had an issue waiting almost an hour for a drink not even at seven brew. Decided to just leave since I couldn't get any update or assistance with my drink.
