The Selene was such a cute walk-up location with the kindest girl working the register. She was very welcoming and shared some favorite drinks. She easily talked me into the salted caramel apple latte as it had a flavored cold foam that was delicious. They were unable to make the French toast dirty chai but I will certainly be back to try it. It had some seating for you to sit at but this is definitely a come and go location. The area was well maintained and very inviting

Great walk up coffee stop. Cute bistro sitting outdoors. Baristas were kind and fast. We ordered two seasonal drinks and they were delicious!! Worth a stop. Small Parking lot and street parking available.

I love this walk up coffee bar! They always have some unique options that they come up with. Currently I'm obsessed with the blueberry cobbler latte. I also love when I'm not on a walk, I can mobile order for a quick pick up on the go. The baristas are always so friendly which is always nice!

This is the best coffee spot in Indy! The staff is SO friendly and inviting. They really make sure you know what you're getting g and make sure you like it. It's a walk up window which has the cutest vibes! They host seasonal coffee tasting events that are my FAVORITE thing ever. This holiday season make sure you try the grinch matcha, it's the best matcha I've ever had!!!! The peppermint drink is amazing as well! Can't say enough good things about this place.

    Valentine's day biscoff Iced Latte

First of all the ladies at the Selene are absolutely friendly and truly go above and beyond to provide the best customer experience. Today I got a drink off of their new holiday menu for valentine's Day, an iced biscoff latte. It was absolutely delicious, super high quality coffee with the beat creamy flavor it also wasn't super over sweet which I love a good balanced coffee. The building is also very aesthetically pleasing. I love the fact I can just walk up and grab a coffee from there garage door. Keep up the great work ladies. My new pick me up spot!!

Very good service and the coffee selection was large considering the size of the establishment. Coffee was decent.

It has smooth, creamy, with notes of butter and earthy cardamom. I'm visiting from out of town but I would not hesitate grabbing another coffee before leaving town. Highly recommended.

It feels like indulging in a little luxury. When I really want something special, I get their pistachio latte. It's super tasty! They have baked goods as well and the from my experience, the staff working are kind and friendly. There's loads of open seating scattered throughout this floor of the building. There's loads is also some quiet seating one floor up that I believe faces a gallery wall. Every time I come here I notice something new! Highly recommend checking it out. It is a bit challenging to find parking but there are a few spots in front. I parked down the street and walked which is always an option. There are a few stairs to get in but also a ramp, and the set up has a nice aisle like space for the line and plenty of tables and chairs. It can be quite loud so keep that in mind if you want a quieter reflection time, and maybe take it to go or sit outside. They have various food items but I absolutely LOVE their peanut butter energy balls! In fact that is why I came to this location as this is where the magic happens. They make them here and send them to other Tinker locations! They are the perfect blend of savory and a tad sweet and go super well with their coffee and/or London Fog tea. Yum! I will freely admit to buying all they had on hand, and now can enjoy them at home. Yay! It is a very busy spot so not the friendliest of staff, but assumed they were already hassled from the morning. It was a great spot to meet a friend and enjoy the patio and some tea/coffee. I would for sure go back and even bring a friend! In fact I've already mentioned it to several people as a potential meet up spot! Definitely something to enjoy!

Unfortunately the service is very hit or miss…read more The last time I went in which was in the late afternoon last Saturday, the barista was great! I ordered an iced latte with oat milk. I also ordered a lemon mint refresher, but they were out of mint so it would just be a lemonade. That was fine and I appreciated how she handled the situation and that she knew what Prufrock did and did not have in stock! She was great at communicating when I walked in that she needed a few minutes and then would be able to help me too. Another time I went with my parents on a late morning Saturday. My mom and I both loved our drinks, but we knew what to order. There were multiple people working behind the counter, but the barista taking orders was not friendly or very helpful on this particular day. My dad did not know what to order and asked what tea is refreshing and is one that the barista would recommend. The barista said that the green tea is really popular, but did not ask whether he wanted it hot or iced or give a recommendation for that. The tea came out hot on a hot day where we planning to walk the Monon and check out other local businesses. To be fair, I did ask him if he wanted me to ask for the drink to be remade or to get him a new one as I had overheard his order and also assumed it would be coming out iced. He said it was fine (but then complained on our walk). This was a bit disappointing. There have been times I have walked out after a few minutes of no acknowledgement from baristas here. It is not a cafe that I would want to sit in and work in as a lot of the space does not look workable. The last time I did come in with papers I planned to read in between appointments, I did not want to put my bag on the floor or my papers on a table because both were dirty. The book page wall has seen better days and would benefit from a revamp. I love the outdoor area though and the can tops are really cool. There is a lot of potential here, but when staff appears like they do not want to be there it makes customers not want to be there either. I would also urge the owners to be more receptive to criticism. The TikTok videos about Prufrock did not influence my review, but it did encourage me to leave my own review based on my own experiences.
