    Egg bites

Greeted as we entered. The egg bites were hot and filled me up! My first time visiting, but I will return again. Wish this were closer to my home!

I opted to go through the drive-through today. it is a little on the slow side This is my second time trying this location. their coffee is OK but for the price point it's just OK. I was hoping for a smoother tasting coffee. It has a bitter taste to it. I will likely try one more time. The past two times I have gotten specialty drinks. Next time I will opt for just a plain coffee and see how it taste.

The service is friendly but a little slow and lacking in accuracy. They offer different drink flavors than other places, but don't go if you are in a rush and be sure to reiterate your specifics in your order to get it right before you pull away. This was supposed to be a cookie butter steamer, but they gave me a latte (i.e. with coffee) and because I'm nursing, I need to be caffeine free. $7 down the drain. Kids' orders were correct , two hot chocolates, one with peppermint and another with cookie butter. Also, the donuts seem a bit dense and mushy. We may give them one more try.

Veteran owned! Good business. Sad part was the steaming part of the espresso machine was down during morning rush. The staff member at the register was very friendly, the others looked overwhelmed and not excited. I ended up getting an americano and it was extremely good. The right amount of espresso and water. The prices were somewhat high but the quality was there to justify it. Overall, not bad, would visit again.

Not being from the area, I assumed this was a local joint but later found out it is a chain. Service was friendly but coffees - the 5 we ordered - were inconsistent. The pumpkin type lattes were way too sweet. We did order with extra shots and now wondering if that meant extra shots of syrup to them? We of course wanted extra shots of espresso. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't anything special either.

Today was a hot, steamy July day and I decided an Iced Chai Latte would be refreshing so I dropped in Biggby on Dan Jones Road. It is located on the South end of the Metro Diner Strip Center in front of Meijer. They have a drive up window which I would have preferred to use but the line was long. The staff was working quickly but folks just kept pulling in line so I parked and went in. I was greeted as soon as I entered and told she'd be with me in just a minute. I briefly revisited the menu on the wall and decided I'd stick with my Iced Chai Tea. The Lattes are served hot, iced or frozen (.50 upcharge) in 16, 20, 24 and 32oz. They also serve Creme Freeze Smoothies in 5 different flavors from Red Bull, Banana Berry, Dark Hot Chocolate, Strawberry Shortcake and Chocolate Chip Cookie Freeze. Many flavors of Teas and Hot Chocolate are also available. The menu offers a few types of Bragels (Ham & Cheese or Sausage Cheese and Turkey Havarti/Everything Bagel), Bagel and Cream Cheese, Yogurt Parfait and Bakery Goods including Donut Holes. The service was fast and friendly and while waiting for my Latte I found out what the delay was at the drive up. Of the 4 cars they served while I was there the staff had to recite most of the flavors to each car before they ordered. This was really delaying the drive thru line but the staff never seemed agitated as they kept repeating when asked what flavors do you have. The crew behind the counter worked well together, too. The couches are comfortable and it is quite enough to get work done if the traffic doesn't bother you. Stop by this reasonably priced coffee shop if you're in the area.

I went back in to Biggbys to get my daughter a frozen drink. I knew they had an orange dreamsicle drink. While I was there i saw a cold pumpkin coffee drink with milk on top for myself. First the staff here are very nice and quick at getting your drinks. I have always had a good experience with the wait staff here. The pumpkin cold coffee was amazing. I wasn't sure if I would like the cold coffee but it was the perfect balance of not being overly sweet in my opinion. My daughter loved her drink as well. Overall another great visit.

This is the first Biggby Coffee I've ever been to. I'm impressed with their extensive menu of drinks and some food items. I'm not a fan of "the other coffee place", you know-the one at every interstate exit, and dozens of them in between. What makes Biggby different? Well, GOOD coffee for one; smiling, happy staff that don't condescend because you don't know their menu and the awesome variety so there is something for everyone. I'm super happy that there is a new player in town and I'm especially happy that they are nice people who I'm happy to spend my money with! Try Biggby and wave goodbye to the Mermaid!

i see the name of this place all. the time but i. didn't realize where it was situated. i actually don't drink coffee but i needed a smoothie and my go to place was closed. getting through the drive up was super quick! the staff was very pleasant and nice! they offered my dog a pup cup which we declined since he had already had one that day! lol my smoothie was super sweet, i picked one that i thought was sugar free dairy free etc. just a bit much for me but the service was cool!! they have a pretty wide range of things to grab and snack or sip on!

I feel it's time for an updated review! This place is more reliable than Starbucks now! Nice employees, clean store inside, and good coffee choices as well as other drinks! Sometimes service is slow in drive thru but today I ordered inside and it was quick and staff were all very friendly! Go here instead of Starbucks!

FYI to those who may have a physical handicap the prevents climbing steps, there are 2 sets of steps to enter the building, I didn't see any handicap accessible entry when I went there. The area to order coffee was really small and could comfortably fit about 5 people in the line inside the ordering station. There were places to stand in the foyer to wait as well, but in my opinion even though there is an open space in the foyer you could be potentially blocking someone's walking space since the ordering station is next to the entrance and the seating areas are in the entryway. I ordered their seasonal From the Past Latte w/ matcha and whole milk. They mentioned that the wait time to receive the drink was 10 minutes, which was understandable with how busy they were, but to my surprise I actually received my drink in half that time. The drink tasted great and if I was still in the area I'd go there again. I definitely noticed for such a small space, the staff were efficient and moved quickly to get everyone their correct orders. Only one soup -- the soup of the day, which changes and happened to be parmesan kale on the day that I visited. Sold! What's more comforting than hot tea and a warm bowl of soup? The soup was creamy and had bits of kale and chicken in it. Almost like a chicken velvet soup (my favorite), but more earthy from the greens. The soup came with croutons, if you wished to add a little crunch to the creaminess. The people behind the counter were super friendly and efficient. They have to be, because Cabin Coffee also has a drive-thru, so they're helping customers from every angle. The inside of the cafe really does look like a cabin. There's also a little nook for kids with a mini table and chairs. There's also a semi-private meeting room, which I saw was reserved for a Bible study group. The place was hoppin' when I visited, which was nice to see. Cabin Coffee seems to be an important spot in the community.

I gave a different review back when the company had a different name (Roots to Rise) - same ownership - and I hadn't been impressed with their coffee or açaí bowls. With the new branding, I figured I'd visit again & stick to juices. They quickly became my post-yoga stop on weekends. I would have went before work on weekdays but they aren't open early enough for that. Today after I ordered I was warned there were a few orders ahead of me. That knowledge before ordering would have been more helpful. Normally a 5 minute wait or so, I was guessing a 15 minute wait would be reasonable. I went outside listened to 3 songs, back in, still no drink, went back out- 2 more songs, back in, still nothing. Ordered at 11:15, drink was done at 11:51. I think good business would have been upping my size for free, or a coupon, or even a thanks for your patience. A simple, "Thanks," while kind enough, caught me off guard. Any gesture to recognize that wait was unreasonably long would have sufficed. The juice was still delicious, I can't lie. I don't know if it's staffing (2 employees on Sat. morning- no Now Hiring sign tho) or what, but if you are in any kind of time crunch, I'd probably avoid the wait. If you are on vacation time- by all means- go enjoy their offerings. I realize it's what comes with a small business, but also something to recognize an unusually long wait would also be a small business quality. I'm disheartened by this. Greenwood is very slack on fresh juice options, although I saw an Ever-Well going in on 31.
