I will be the first to admit, I am not a Starbucks fan. You will typically only find me in a Starbucks ifbetts in an airport out of desperation. I'm pro local coffee shops through and through. However, my craving for pumpkin flavored drinks got the best of me yesterday and I pulled over at this location to grab a drink and pick up a gift card for a friend. Per usual, the line was fairly long, but it kept creeping along. The staff was friendly and everything was pretty straightforward. I'm impressed by how their food menu has grown over the years. I have to say after the first step though, I was reminder why I'm not a fan of Starbucks besides being a chain. The coffee always tastes so burnt to me. All in all, this location seems to have their stuff together if you are in need of a drive-through coffee experience. read more

I'm a high school math tutor. For the last several years, I have tutored at different Starbucks locations around the city. They're conveniently located. People usually know where they are. And my students usually like being able to get a drink or snack during or after our tutoring session, while I'll get a water. Well today, after tutoring for 45 minutes, I go to ask for a water and I'm denied. I was told that I needed to buy something in order to get water. I was beyond disappointed. It's bad enough that some locations deny use of the bathrooms to people, but water is needed for life. It should never be behind a paywall. What if someone were in the middle of an emergency? What if the denial of water led to an emergency? My hope is that this ill-conceived policy is specific to this location and not Starbucks as a whole, so I can just avoid the one location. The people are nice enough but the speed of service is non-existent. The last three times I have been here, it has taken more than 25 minutes to get my order. Luckily, I haven't been in a major rush during those times but I feel back for those who have expectations of quick service. The food and drink quality are what you expect from any Starbucks. Who doesn't love Starbucks!? This by far is my fave location. It's close to my parents house when I'm Visiting and I can easily grab them a treat when visiting them!! The location is always kept clean, the customer service is always appropriate and especially since Covid they have made arrangements to remove some tables and spread out so individuals can come in and work! My normal go tos are iced coffees and skinny vanilla lattes! They make them just right! The parking can be somewhat full at times and the lines can be really long but I'm patient so I understand I may not be able to drive up and be served immediately as others should understand lol. There was a time when I had to get my drink redone and the employees were so nice about it to fix whatever was wrong. Just left this location. This location is the one closest to my house but I prefer to do the extra driving to avoid it and go to the 86th & Ditch location. This location is extremely slow and extremely rude. I wonder who's doing the hiring there? When asked to do something they have an attitude and just look like they don't wanna be there. I really like this location. It's close to Indy Humane, where I actively foster and volunteer. I began stopping here when I pick up a dog from Indy Humane to take out for a walk and a treat, so I could get treats for both my pooch friend and I. The baristas here are use to seeing people and their furry friends from Indy Humane and are typically quite generous with the "Pup Cups." Service is always on point and my Starbucks go-to of hot Peppermint Mocha and warm banana bread, pure purrfection. read more

I love going to this location because of their drive-thru! It's a close drive to campus, I come here all of the time. Everyone working is always super kind and thoughtful. I have never had a bad experience at this location. The drive-thru line is quick and they hand everything to you in a mug so it's keeps germs away. They also had you the credit card/chip reader so the employee doesn't need to touch your card. They are doing the best the can to keep everyone safe during the pandemic! read more

This location is alway quick and accurate. Which is not always the case with other Starbucks in town. Love that they brought back the sous vide red pepper egg bites. I know it's supposed to be a healthier option, but I prefer to get it with a croissant to make a perfectly delightful indulgent breakfast sandwich. I go here because it's convenient but they lack consistency. Occasionally my order is wrong, doesn't taste right, or doesn't look right (e.g. missing whipped cream, drink not stirred). Other times the drive thru wait is much too long. I used to work at Starbucks so I know what their standards are. The staff has always been friendly and will correct any issues. Some seating outside. Seating area is for about 15-20 people inside and can get full. I have sadly left before to find another place to study when full. There's a handful of electric sockets along the wall and under the seat bench. Parking lot space can be limited during peak hours but sometimes if you wait just a bit, something will free up or you can also drive around the back to park at Walgreens. read more

HORRIBLE STAFF & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!Yesterday I had the worse experience I've ever had in a Starbucks. It wasn't busy, it was in between rushes at 2:30 in the afternoon. There was no line so I figured my order wouldn't take long. The cashier was okay but seemed very uninformed. Patiently waited for my sandwich to be warmed up. Watched while other orders were filled. Still no sandwich. Watched while other sandwiches went out Drivethru. Asked about my order. Was told there was a process. That's was it. She didn't check on my order. She didn't communicate with any other of staff. Waited and watched while more orders got filled. Then the two people who came in after me received their orders. I asked again. She went to finally ask the sandwich guy and they had to look for it. Found it with drivethru orders. And she was like. Oops. Human error. I Walked out. I was frustrated and waited til I was out the door before yelling at the sky in frustration. I did yell but not at anyone or in the store. Once I was in my car, I called the store and asked for Manager. Was connected with Holly who was "Manager" on duty. She was very unprofessional. Acted like a stoned teenager. She was distracted and not listening. She was not helpful. So I asked for store managers name and she offered me a number to contact their store Manager Anna. I called back. It was the same store I had just left. Not Anna's number. Joshua (another employee) answered and was like oops. That was a mistake. Anna was wrong about that. (Seriously!?!) Let me get you the corporate number ( he couldn't find it--come to find out it's 1800STARBUC (and no one in the store knew the Corp #!!!!!!) I called back and spoke with Anna the store manager today and she gave me the company line and blamed me and my frustration instead of taking accountability for her employees and their inability to provide satisfactory customer service. I have now left a message with Jonathan the district/regional manager. Maybe he will take accountability and try to make this right. I will NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION. Don't be in a position of customer service or management if you are unable to complete the simple requirements of your job. read more

Full disclosure. This location is the closest to my house and I'm a regular. The staff is always nice and friendly. If something is wrong they will fix it. And a few know my order by heart Tip: can get a little crowded if you're planning to come do work. There are plugs along the wall but window seats you'll want to have a full charge. This location isn't as big as others but definitely great for a meeting or a few hours of work Getting in an out can be tricky during rush hour but they do have a drive through and the other nearby locations don't read more

Pretty standard Starbucks-just beware of the drive through to make sure you're going the right direction since it backs into a separate business lot. Staff has been friendly. This location is sometimes out of things, like tea and specific cookies, but again, that seems pretty standard with such a large chain and customer base. read more

Full disclosure this is the closest Starbucks to my home. I am so grateful the sweet elixir of coffee is so close by! Every time I've visited, the baristas have been very pleasant. I've not had one botched order (but I do like pretty much black coffee). They are happy to give me a pup cup when I have my canine copilot. Dirty and slow. I have been a Gold Card member for more than three years. During a recent business trip I stopped in twice. Store was dirty and staff was super slow. Scanner for Starbucks wasn't working at the drive and they "can't " type in card numbers so after you wait in the drive through you have to come into the store. None of the staff talked to the customers beyond ordertaking and no one's name was on the cup...because there was such a line everyone was confused is that my drink? Is that your drink? Seems like the Starbucks management should spend a little time in the store getting it right. read more

The decor is great. But man is the service slow. Compared to 96th and meridian, this is horribly slow. The staff is always nice so it's not a bad experience. But god help you if you hop on the drive thru during morning rush. It'll take you 10 minutes to make it through. And going inside is frequently no better on speed. Sometimes it's quicker inside but it also seems like they get a lot of trainees here because I frequently end up with people who have to ask questions about ringing up the order. It's fine but it adds to the overall time suck. Look, it's Starbucks so you either like it or you don't. But don't come here for quick service. Stopped on a very rainy Saturday for a nice hot tea and a coffee. I was greeted right when I walked in the door and the barista who took my order was very friendly. This location was very clean and seemed to be doing a brisk business. The drinks were prepared quickly and tasted exactly right. I had even asked at the counter what coffee they would recommend for the average coffee drinker, since I do not drink black coffee and he was glad to help and recommended the Pike Roast.
