Both baristas i spoke to were welcoming and helpful. Five stars is definitely for the service. I got a dark got chocolate which wasnt as dark chocolate tasting as i expected but that just might be personal preference. I did buy a box of earl grey tea and roobios? I will start out saying that this place has a lot of potential. I had never heard of Biggby until it showed up in Plainfield. I was very excited to try it because I am a coffee addict and love to try new places. I went on a Sunday morning after church and was pleasantly surprised when I found out they had a drive thru. They offer a wide variety of drinks and everything can come hot, iced, or frozen. Which was a huge plus for my husband because he loves his drinks to be frozen. I had the iced Mocha Caramel Latte 10 oz. It was good the only thing I wish was different is that it had a little more Carmel in it. I also wish that they went off the same sizing as Starbucks such as tall, grande, venti. The pricing is right around the same as Starbucks. One venti, one tall, and a bagel was around $11. The only issue we really had was how long it took to order and get our drinks and food. But we knew that was due to them just opening only a week before visiting and employees still learning. The manager who was on duty at the time was very patient with all the employees which we appreciated. We will definitely be trying again in the next couple of weeks. If you are in the area I would stop in and check out their selection. read more

I'm sadly going to have to go against the grain on this coffee spot. My wife and I have stopped at this location three times since its opening and we will likely not be returning. Call it bad luck, but on all three visits our order has been either been handed to us incorrectly, taken abnormally longer than expected, or we've experienced terrible customer service. It has been a complete shock to us because friends and family have had the exact opposite experience here. I am posting a review of 2 stars because the price point is well valued and too many people close to me have views that rule against mine. Hopefully i can update this in the future. read more

Basically they toast it and hand you a tiny thing of cream cheese. If I had know this we would of gone somewhere they actually do some work and put cream cheese on. read more

Stopped in to work for a while, use wireless Internet, and have some coffee. While there were many tables and chairs, at least 3 to 4 were within reach of an outlet, this establishment was not conducive to working. The baristas were loud (and provided slow service), loud pop music was blaring even with no customers except myself inside, and the WiFi was not operational at all. My Honey Cinnamon Vanilla latte was sickeningly, syrupy sweet instead of tasting as if more natural ingredients were used. The selection of food was very poor and not particularly appetizing. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend this place, especially if you hope to get any work done. read more

The place I truly miss the most in Las Vegas is Dutch Bros. Coffee. And with the only Tim Hortons locations being in the Fort Wayne area, I've been looking for some decent & reasonably priced coffee. I remember when I used to work with a TV station in Detroit, they aired commercials for this place. I had no clue that they had any Indianapolis locations. Now I live just North of Indianapolis, and the only location I could find was on the Southwest side of town, about 35 minutes from my place. Needless to say, I not only made the drive over there yesterday, but I did so again today. Yesterday, I just got their normal brewed hot coffee, which was really good. Today, I tried the Americano and a friend of mine from Michigan told me to get a hot apple cider. The Americano was much better than the regular brewed coffee and the hot apple cider really hit the spot. They said that they will be expanding more in the Indianapolis area, which I am glad to hear. Until then, I'll probably make the drive over on my days off. The coffee is great and much like Dutch Bros, the baristas are most friendly and fast! Highly recommended! read more

Went here on a whim with some friends and was very pleased.  They have a lot a of drinks I had never seen before and the baristas offered up suggestions, which I love!! The baristas were nice to us, however one of them was being very rude to the other one, which was super uncomfortable and unprofessional. From their suggestions I ordered a frozen Chinese Flower tea latte with soy milk. It tasted like fruit loops, soo good!!  I also tried the frozen Earl Gray and frozen Chia.  All three were amazing. It was pretty pricey, $18 for three 12oz drinks, but definitely worth stopping by! read more

This new coffee shop recently opened a couple miles away from my home and in the mornings I'm not able to get here and try this new establishments and they've been sending lots of coupons to my home for a dollar off any specialty coffee so on a Saturday I had some time where I could drive over and actually give this place a shot I ordered the peppermint stick 24 oz and I surprisingly shocked and how expensive it was it came to $6.35 and that included a dollar off coupon, for that price I might as well go to Starbucks the coffee was good I just don't know if it was $7.50 good. Overall I might give this place another shot but again only if I have another dollar off coupon and I might go with a different size they did have lots and lots of drink choices that were not listed in the store but on their online sites so stop by and give him a try just make sure you bring some extra cash read more

Usually they are fantastic!! They give Starbucks some good competition. Today my iced buttercup latte was delicious, but my food order was all messed up. No cream cheese on either of my bragels, got the wrong bagel as the "bun," and the wrong meat on the bragel. So maybe just stick to just coffee here and not worry about food! read more

What a great addition to Plainfield! I was very excited about this chain coming to Indiana. I had previously visited one in Michigan and enjoyed it. When I walked in I had a hard time finding the iced coffee and regular coffee prices/sizes while waiting in line. I love to be prepared when it's my time to order and that caused me to be a bit slower when I got up there. I was pleased to find these options on a list at the register, as well as the syrups. I decided on an iced coffee with cinnamon syrup. I am now craving this! So good. I was telling everyone about it at work when I got there. I went here after looking at reviews since I was just in the area for a weekend back and forth to dog sit. I wanted some good coffee and I'm a sucker for coffee shops. Biggby had a variety of options in their menu and I decided to try a popular recommendation here in Yelp, the butterbeer. I got it iced and it wasn't what I expected. It was very very sweet and I couldn't taste much coffee flavor. I feel like I should've gotten it frozen probably. Just not a great drink for me, but I wouldn't opt out of going again and trying something else. read more

Never been to a BIGGBY before, but thought I'd give it a try. This is a nice little location right by Meijer and a few other shops. The store was clean with a good amount of tables. They seem to do a lot of drive-thru orders, or at least were handling a lot when I was here, which kept the staff busy. I got a smoothie and it was quite good. Overall a good experience, but still wish the west side had a good, cozy coffee shop without going all the way to Danville. BIGGBY was fine, but still a little too sleek and corporate for my liking. Amazing! The prices are so much more reasonable than Starbucks. They have a wide selection. You can bring in your own coffee travel mug and fill it for 1.29 and the variety of coffee changes daily. It's hard to decide what to get. They have a great kids selection too. Friday's from 6pm- 8pm they have legos for the kids and free drinks for children. Great atmosphere and very relaxing. My only feedback would be that whenever there is a drive thru line longer than 3 cars, it seems to overwhelm their system and the wait is quite long (I experienced this even before COVID). I've been wanting to try them for awhile and with the lines at Starbucks super long on a Sunday morning, today was the day. My SO and I hit the drive thru and ordered a plain coffee and an iced honey cinnamon latte. Both were Medium and it cost just over $7. We were both happy and will definitely go back whenever we are near and in need of caffeine. The drive thru clerk was a felt a little dismissive when my SO asked for cream and sugar at the window. She took his coffee and returned a minute later but seemed a bit put out. It was our first time so we wanted to read the menu before ordering and I think she was impatient since there were 3 cars behind us. For this reason, we skipped trying food this time but will partake the next visit and hopefully be quicker about choosing our purchases. read more

It's nice to have a comparable alternative to Sbux in town. The prices are cheaper, and the quality is just as good. They can be on the slow side and wrong orders sometimes, but they make up for it with great coupons and customer service. I'm a regular patron now and will continue to make visits read more

I really enjoy this little place. It's a great change up from the normal Starbucks. My mom and I stopped here to get some iced/blended drinks on a hot day of shopping. It wasn't crowded at all and we went straight to the cashier who was very friendly. The cashier was a great help when trying to figure out what kind of sugar free drinks my mom could come up with and she seemed very knowledgeable which we really appreciated. My mom ended up ordering a SF iced vanilla mocha and I ordered a strawberry mango smoothie. Both were absolutely delicious! My mom even said hers was one of the best iced drinks she's ever tried. We've been here once before and, when it's busy, their counter set up does not seem ideal for waiting and it seems to get congested quickly, but other than that, we've had great experiences. It's very clean, seems like a great place to spend a day working/reading and the staff, while they may be a little quirky sometimes, seem really helpful and nice! read more

I love that they have programs (like kids story hour) and that they are generous with coupons. They also have a great rewards program!
