I'm sure the owner/manager will see this and reply with a note thanking me for reporting this, saying this is not the expectation and it will be brought up with staff, blah blah blah. Honestly, if you have to coach customer service personnel on proper customer service, that's a serious issue. And the drinks were just OK, nothing special.

I've passed by it multiple times and had a few extra minutes one day to pop in and try their coffee. There is parking right out front and also street parking on the side of the building as well. I was greeted right away when I walked in and told her it was my first time. She said they make their caramel sauce in house and recommened I try a salted caramel latte. I took her advice and it was delicious! The caramel had a different flavor than your regular coffee shops who use the syrups from the pump bottles. It was rich and had a buttery goodness flavor. I would recommend trying it if you aren't sure what to get! I'll definitely be back!
