I tried the Ethiopian Shegitu. The blend's taste catches you off guard by hitting the back of your throat, is full bodied, and something to sip on and enjoy vs chugging to make it through your work day. The owner, Dudley was patient enough to chat with me over the many blends he has in stock and give me a highlight of the depth of knowledge he has about his beans, and the worldly coffees he offers. I tend to like coffee that's well balanced, medium roast, and not too acidic, and they had a wide variety. It would be nice if you could buy just a cup of coffee, as I'm usually in the mood for a cup when I go to buy in bulk. Also, I wish they were more covid-conscious, as the woman working there didn't have her mask over her nose, and she kept getting too close and touching me. (Nothing inappropriate, but in the times of a global pandemic, I don't want strangers touching me.) I will definitely be back, but PLEASE be more conscious of the health situation!
