I love this little locally owned cafe. Cellar's Market is an upscale coffee, wine, bakery and cafe in the heart of Bargarsville. You can order at the counter and take your food or coffee to go or sit in their lovely dining area. The menu is mostly breakfast items with tempting dishes such as Salmon Benedict or Avocado Toast. Today, the Breakfast Burrito called out to me. The burrito is massive and, best shared, is filled with eggs, roasted potatoes, sausage, bacon, avocado and more in a grilled tortilla. It was delicious, and I took half home. My husband had a fresh baked cinnamon roll which was rich in cinnamon. The shop carries all the necessities: local craft beers, bourbon, chocolate and you can even get fresh ice cream. Service was friendly. Food came out in a reasonable time. There's plenty of street parking. Definitely worth a visit.

Very cute place! I went on a Saturday morning. I walked in and there was no one there - I was surprised! Right after I ordered a bunch of groups came in. They have bakery, brunch, and coffee menu! I got a bagel and a latte. The latte was great! There was only 1 person working and a lot was going on! I felt bad because there were like 5 different groups there and it was only her. I think she was overwhelmed because she put my bagel in the toaster and didn't put it down then took it out a few minutes later just to be not toasted. No worries, it was still tasty and I didn't want to say anything due to how much she was doing. I would 100% come back!!

I am still finding my footing in Franklin so a friend of mine suggested we meet for coffee & lunch at the Cellars Market. Walking in the place is really cute. They have a great selection of local goods for sale from Hotel Tango Whiskey, Tinker Coffee, local honey, really cute stationary & cards and much more. It was frigid out and I wanted something warm and comforting. I couldn't decide between the tomato bisque and French onion. The sweet gal mentioned they had a soup of the day: tom kha gai, which happens to be one of my favorite soups. Franklin doesn't offer any Thai options so I jumped at the chance to have one of my faves. The soup was light and creamy, sweet while being a little tart. So much flavor in one bowl. I also enjoyed a delicious maple latte. Looking forward to trying more of their menu! Be mindful that if you go at peak times there is not a lot of seating.

Great place for gelato. The selection varies by the day and portions are just right. The breakfast here is solid as well.

Good but they need to hire more people rather than just 1 person working the front, it takes forever

Closed for a staff outing. I drove a long way to visit, after checking their website. It's not that difficult to post this closure.

And, sadly, I fear it is still just fine OK and just all right. Right as I walked in the door, there was a strong strong smell of bleach that was really offputting. It was about 1:30 so a little early for such a strong chemical smell. We stayed to eat, and we quickly sat at a booth and greeted by friendly staff. We ordered some drinks and were left to look at the menu. I chose an omelette with hashbrowns and a coffee. The coffee was good - the omelette was oddly hard, not fluffy and seem to be scorched inside and out. Not necessarily blackened just overcooked while the hashbrowns were slightly on the cold side. I'm sure I could've sent it back, but it seemed a little too needy for such a restaurant. I added some hot sauce and ate about half. It is kind of offputting as well to have to be forced to watch conservative news on the TVs along the wall. I don't really enjoy having to watch any of the news shows while eating so I probably won't be back. There are just too many better places for breakfast or brunch that are nearby and this just isn't my cup of tea or my crowd of people.
