Antilogy nailed brunch from the first sip to the last bite. We started with Bloody Marys. Our server asked if we wanted them spicy. We said yes, and she delivered. The cocktail actually had some heat, and the glass was rimmed with Everything Bagel Seasoning. I'd never had that before. It was a tasty touch. The candied bacon garnish was divine. We ended up ordering a second round. The Jalapeño Deviled Eggs are outstanding. Smooth and creamy, topped with jalapeño and candied bacon. Every bite was a pleasure. For entrees, I got the Bourbon Jalapeño Shrimp. It had a light kick and tasted incredible. My husband ordered the Rise & Shine Chicken Biscuit. It was all tasty, but that biscuit was fluffy and salty, exactly how a good biscuit should be. Our server made the whole meal. She was friendly and patient with me even though I was having more trouble than usual deciding what to order. She also mixed our Bloody Marys, so she was working double duty and doing it well. They really had their "B" team during our last visit. I ordered a drink off of their standard menu and the "girl" behind the bar didn't know how to make it. I know this because we were seated right next to the bar and she was asking another lady how to make it. This is supposedly a Bourbon bar and you don't know how to make a Manhattan? They totally served it in a martini glass and without ice (supposed to have one large cube). I had to take ice from my water glass and add to the drink. It was Meh. Our young waitress then rang in the wrong order for me. They brought out our food and my order was totally something else. She immediately said "that was my bad" and had to go change it. I waited while my wife ate her food. Of course there was no offer to discount our meal at all. We have eaten here over a dozen times and this was just terrible. Antilogy is an excellent breakfast and brunch spot with a great mix of classic staples and modern dishes. Their spirits menu is huge, and I can confirm the Old Fashioned was delicious. We started with the small biscuit board, which was really good--though a homemade jam would take it to the next level. I had the Vanilla French Toast and it was fantastic. My daughter ordered the bagel sandwich, which was also amazing. But the real star of the meal was the breakfast potatoes. I'm usually not a big fan because they're often over‑seasoned or mushy, but these were hands‑down the best I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned, crispy, and honestly unforgettable. The food at Antilogy was great, and I would definitely return for brunch. The problem was the evening experience. Even at dinner, the restaurant still felt like a brunch spot. The atmosphere and menu did not match the bourbon-and-wine concept they advertise, and the place was nearly empty on a Saturday night. Antilogy does not necessarily need to pick just one lane, but it does need to create two distinct experiences. Keep the brunch concept during the day, then change the lighting, music, menu, and overall atmosphere in the evening. Bringing back small plates and offering food that pairs better with bourbon and wine would make it feel much more like a date-night destination. I honestly think the evenings would do much better if the restaurant made that transition. Would I return? Yes for brunch. For a date-night dinner, not unless the evening vibe changes. read more

We arrived and were seated outside, which it was a nice morning. We sat for approximately 15 minutes before a server asked us if we had been helped, to which we replied "not yet", so she took our order. We ordered two sweet teas, water, and an iced latte. We were brought waters and the server said the sweet tea machine was being changed out. She took our food order at that time, my husband ordered a full order of biscuits and gravy, side order of sausage, my son ordered a breakfast sandwich, I ordered half order of biscuits/gravy and cheese grits, my daughter ordered French toast. After approximately 20 minutes of ordering our beverages, the server said the sweet tea machine was not working, and she realized the latte was not brought out. Eventually someone brought out a hot latte and I told her that i ordered an iced latte. After about 50 minutes of arriving, we received our food. My husband received a half order of biscuits/gravy and all of the food appeared it had been sitting for a while and was lukewarm. It was obvious the sever was very busy, so it uncertain why none of the five people at the checkout-in could not help. Very disappointed since this was our first time here, and will be our last. So this place is so cute and totally unexpected. I ordered the Gluten Free pancakes and it came with a side of bacon and I got an iced tea. I did request no powdered sugar on them but I don't think the waitress heard me. The pancakes were a little salty which was strange, maybe the batter was mixed with too much salt? The bacon was ok, decently cooked, but for the price I paid, it was 2 1/2 skinny pieces. The waitress was also the bartender, so I waited quite a bit of time before she came back to check on me (they weren't busy) and by then, I was already with an empty drink for over 10 mins. When she came back over to check on me, I asked her for a drink to go and my ticket... she brought it within 5 mins and then disappeared again... luckily I had cash to pay my ticket and tip and leave it on the table so I could leave. I spent over $20 for 1 order of pancakes that were mediocre and bacon that was good but minimal and a drink... not sure it's worth the price to go again. read more

Was able to pop in here on a late Friday night last week for dinner, and overall impressed with the place. When we entered, we were greeted quickly, and got to choose between a booth and a table (and I appreciate having that option because I'm a booth guy through and through). The waitresses greeted us not too shortly after we sat, and was very friendly, and was overall on top of things throughout the night (some reviews list that it felt "understaffed" due to poor service but we did not get that vibe). The place was kept up very nice, and had a nice vibe for dinner. My wife and I split four shareable, and it was PLENTY of food for the two of us- we could have definitely went with three. Review of those items: -Sweet and spicy chicken winge: had plenty of sauce, some heat to it, but nothing too powerful, cooked well, overall pretty good -Parmesan truffle fries: very crispy, didn't get much of a Parmesan taste from it, lemon pepper sauce that accompanied it was a nice touch, personally think it's a little too expensive for what you get -Baked spinach and Gruyère: creamy with good flavor, bread that came with was crunchy, veggies tasted fresh and were crunchy -sliders: we got two beef tenderloin ones, and a hot honey chicken one. The hot honey chicken wasn't my thing- but I knew I probably wouldn't like it before tasting it. The beef tenderloin ones were great- well cooked meat that wasn't chewy, plenty of toppings, and the sauce on it was a nice add Overall, super pleased with our dinner experience here. We stopped here on our way back from the outlet mall, and to my surprise, it was quite good. The interior of the building was much more inviting and elegant compared to the exterior, yet it still felt comfortably casual. The food and drinks were enjoyable. I had a lemon drop martini, which was great, and my mushroom sandwich was also satisfying. It came with fries that I liked very much. My sister tried the burger and enjoyed it as well. Ambiance: This place has a very cool upscale living room vibe. I love the navy and gold aesthetic and the place, even when full, doesn't feel super loud or echo-y. The service is friendly but I will warn you food takes a while to come out. We came here around 11am and it took about 45 mins for our food to come out and it was pretty cold when it did arrive. We did order an app but it came out with all the rest of the food so still sat hungry for quite a while. To their credit, the waiter was very apologetic and kept our drinks filled but obviously they don't control the kitchen. Food: We got the beef tenderloin benedict and southern chicken + grits. Both dishes were good but honestly nothing special. The benedict had an interesting spin with a croissant bun which was nicely toasted but beef tenderloin was a little dry/tough and the single egg didn't really proportion well with the rest of the ingredients. The hollandaise sauce was served on the side and was fairly boring. My wife's fried chicken was pounded flat and honestly tasted more like a chicken finger than southern fried chicken. The grits were fine but again cold, a warmed bowl would have been a smarter choice. Finally, our app were the crispy ribs and those were actually good. They did indeed have a nice crispy exterior and were slathered in a very classic tasting bbq sauce that had caramelized well. The ribs were meaty and probably the stronger of the three dishes. My brother in law got the brisket power bowl and liked the slightly spicy flavor but commented there were only like 6 pieces of meat in the entire bowl which was disappointing. We did both get coffees as well and they were very milk heavy with served in those giant mugs that are the shape of a bowl but with a single finger hole handle that was uncomfortable to hold. Overall we felt kinda meh. Nothing was bad, in fact, most of the dishes were like a 6/10 flavor-wise and they do put some fancy touches to classic southern dishes like jalapeño honey drizzles and bourbon based sauces. My problem is they stumble on simple things like proportions, overcooking the proteins, and serving food warm. This may have been a bad day for the kitchen but our experience was mediocre enough it'll probably be a while before we come back. read more

This is a hip and neat little spot that is located in a Kroger strip mall. Being that it is located in a strip mall, there is a huge parking lot that it shares with the other businesses in the mall. It is a very trendy spot, with a decent sized dining area, a full bar with seating and patio seating on the side. They have classic soul music playing throughout the dining area, which only adds to the ambiance. The staff, from top to bottom are all very friendly and helpful. I sat at the bar and the bartenders were awesome, very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is lucky to have them. They are open for brunch, then there is a small hour-long gap that they are closed before they open back up for dinner (evening hours). In addition to their food, they serve coffee and adult beverages. They have sandwiches, salads, omelettes, waffles, pancakes, burgers, bacon, eggs and bowls. I ordered the bourbon bacon melt with. a side of potatoes. I got an iced mocha with almond milk based off of a photo that I saw on here. It took about 15 minutes for me to get my food. It was fresh and hot. My drink did not look like the one that I saw in the picture, but it was still good. The burger was ok. I guess i was expecting to taste more of the bacon. However, the burger drowned it out completely. The potatoes were also good, but not great. They were a tad bit too salty. And that is a lot coming from me because I really like salt. I may try some of their breakfast food when I come back. From the looks of the food I saw them bring out to other patrons, it looked very delicious. Well this place has a wonderful atmosphere, top notch staff, and excellent service. The food is good, but could have been a bit better though. I want to start by saying today could have been an off day. My father-in-law drove an hour and a half for what he thought was to celebrate his birthday with my fiancé. We had colts tickets for my fiancés favorite team vs my father-in-laws favorite team. No problem at all. There were many tables open so we went outside and sat on the patio and caught up. At 30 minutes we were so anxious that we weren't going to get a seat soon and be late to the game my fiancé went in to check. We got a table right after. We started off with the biscuit board as we kept seeing everyone get it. Bland. The cinnamon butter needed something to it. Hot honey for the jalapeño cornbread muffins on a buttered biscuits wasn't anything great. I def recommend a unique spread come on the board. I didn't try the muffin but my fiancé didn't seem too excited with it. The entrées... goodness, if it tasted as good as it looked I would have given it a 5. My father-in-law is a simple man and opted for the Traditional Breakfast. His only request is the potatoes be extra cooked and crispy. They looked as so but he said quietly that they were still soft. I wanted to try the French onion soup. The broth was good, but as a whole not that great. Maybe it's not my thing at all but I always see it and it sounds amazing and everything you could want on this over cast soon to be raining Sunday and ehhh. I also got the blackened shrimp and grits. 3 shrimp is all it came with and the grits were flavors with the seasoned oil. Looked amazing. I was disappointed. Shrimp amazing. Grits just spicy but flavorless. And my fiancé got the Nutella waffles. I had a bite and they were good, but my fiancé was right. No one would want to eat the whole thing without a little syrup. Please get syrup. Our waters were empty half way through the meal and not refilled till after. We didn't try any of the specialty drinks although they sounded good. My fiancé loves just a little vanilla creamer in his coffee. They only had creamers(half and half, whole milk, oat milk). The waiter offered us syrups for the coffee but knowing him he wouldn't like it so he declined politely. The price was extremely reasonable. All 3 of us ate and got an appetizer for $65. That's good in my opinion. I will never go back. I am so disappointed. Some places like this would be amazing to be able to enjoy weekly brunches as my fiancé and I have odd work schedules. I'll stick with First Watch for breakfast food and Ale Emporium before games although they don't open till 11. Would have been better and got done eating quicker. read more

I'd like to try the brunch menu because the dinner food was just alright for me. I ordered the southern fried chicken sandwich, which came with a jalapeño bourbon sauce. That sounded pretty amazing to me, but oddly enough it really didn't have much flavor. So kind of a disappointment after tasting it. The chicken was nice and crunchy, which was a plus. The fries that came with it tasted exactly like Chick-fil-A's fries. I really like waffle fries and many places don't serve them so that was a bonus. The atmosphere is quite nice and even though it's in the strip mall next to Kroger, they've really given it an overhaul and made it a nice spot in a place where there aren't a lot of options besides fast food. However, their competitors just down the road (Our Table) are a step ahead when it comes to taste and service, so Antilogy could take it up a notch once they get going.
