Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. This place is amazing! What a great experience. We went for my birthday and had the best time. We ordered the fish sliders, the Brie grilled cheese, and the chicken salad sandwich. Every dish was fantastic, and we ended up ordering more of the grilled cheese and fish sliders because they were so delicious. Additionally, the servers were all very nice and knowledgeable. I ask a lot of questions about food and wine, and they were willing to answer every one and guide me through the wine selection. There were a few wines they didn't have detailed information about, so I would suggest a wine tasting for some of the newer servers to get them up to speed. The patio outside is cozy, and you feel like you're in a quaint spot in Greenwood. They have live music on the weekends, which adds to the charming atmosphere. The inside is multiple stories, and I'm not sure about the handicap access to the upper floors. With a lot of stairs, I would suggest looking into this before visiting if accessibility is a concern. Overall, Vino Villa offers quality food, excellent wine, and a wonderful place to spend time with friends, family, or loved ones. We had so much fun, and I want to extend a big thank you to Vino Villa for making my birthday special.

There was no one at the host stand when we entered, and we had to wait a few minutes to be seated. Very charming ambiance in what appears to be a century-old home. We got a table in what I assume was a bedroom at one time right up by the window, and we had the entire room to ourselves for most of our stay. They have a small wine shop downstairs and a good variety of wines available by the glass. The food was all very good. I absolutely loved the Mediterranean 7-layer dip! There was a bit of a wait for our food -- 20 minutes for 3 appetizers, but we had wine to sip on and weren't in a rush, so it was okay. They lose a star on the sangria, though. It's one of the worst I've ever had. A few years ago, I got really into using those 0-Calorie flavor things you squirt into water, and this sangria reminded me exactly of those. It was just slightly fruit-flavored water (and that was after I scooped out most of the ice). Our server was very friendly and welcoming. This is a place I would probably come back to, but I definitely will avoid the sangria next time!

I love coming here and sitting on the patio in the evening when the weather's nice. There's often live music to listen to. The gazebo and string lights add to the special atmosphere. It's the perfect setting! There's a lot of wine to choose from, but my husband and I enjoy getting the Sangria. We shared both the Red Wine and Peach Sangria. The Peach is the summer flavor. It's l fruity, light and perfect for summer! Closer to fall, they have a Carmel Apple Sangria that is phenomenal! For food, we finally tried the Spinach and Artichoke Dip for our appetizer. My husband loves the lasagna so much, he gets it every time. It's the most perfect lasagna I've ever tasted. I like to switch things up and had the Mediterranean Steak Skewers. They were tender, flavorful and delicious. The service was fast and friendly. It's impressive because the patio is often packed. With its fantastic atmosphere, tasty wine and scrumptious food, Vino Villa deserves a visit!

I've been enjoying coming here for the past few years. I finally got to bring my mom here as she lives in Georgia. We sat outside on the patio which is the best place to sit when visiting! Service was quick and our server was extremely lovely! We split a lobster and shrimp mac and a garden salad with the Greek vinaigrette. The lobster mac is pretty much the only item I get. The salad was very fresh. And the dressing was so good! Another fantastic meal here!

We came here to have a glass of wine for our anniversary. Our server was super sweet! She shared her history with the location. This location use to be an old home that has been turned into a wine bar/restaurant. I thought it was pretty cool how the tables are in rooms upstairs. The slice of cake that was offered to us was HUGE! We didn't get a chance to try the food but we will be back. We purchased two bottles of wine and they were amazing. I look forward to making this a date night place for me and the hubs.

I was not expecting the set up for this restaurant when I walked in. You are greeted by a sign that says please seat yourself. We wandered around the lobby for a bit before realizing we had to find a seat upstairs. For starters we got the bread and spicy jam- it was decent, but definitely overpriced for what it was. We got the Manicotti and Lobster Mac and Cheese. The manicotti was phenomenal- so creamy and seasoned perfectly. The lobsters Mac and cheese was meh. It didn't taste seasoned, the sauce didn't stick to the noodles and it was rather bland. For dessert we tried the pumpkin cream cheese cake and it was GREAT! Super moist, and the cream cheese frosting was fantastic. Our server was super sweet and got us whatever we needed!

When looking for a place for dinner downtown we passed this cute wine bar with lovely outside entertainment. The menu was small but had a lot of great options, sadly for me there were not many lactose free options. The menu had wine pairings which was a nice touch but it looked like not all of the suggested pairings were available. The lobster Mac was said to be very good and the Tuscan chicken was light and refreshing. service was prompt. The bathrooms were not very accessible as this was a remodeled old house.

Enjoyed a delightful lunch upstairs in this charming 100 year old Polk family home with my daughter. Our server was Victoria, whom made us feel welcome and she displayed just the right amount of attentiveness. We had the Brie Grilled Cheese Sandwich and the Italian Beef Sandwich. We enjoyed a Holiday Drink ~ Peach Sangria with Berries. We took a huge slice of Carrot Cake home! Try this place - it's a Win-Win!

This is one of the cutest places in Greenwood! Stopped in for the first time for dinner tonight and was so happy that I did. We started out with the spicy crab dip (not pictured, because we were so excited to try it--it was gone before I even thought to snap a pic!). I had the Greek salad with Mahi Mahi. It was super refreshing with a great dressing! The goat cheese pizza was also phenomenal. Finished off with the carrot cake at the suggestion of our waitress. It was incredible and an easily shareable piece. Cute atmosphere and amazing service as well! Can't wait to go back when it's warmer to sit outside on the patio!

I absolutely love this place, especially in the summer. Their outside patio is perfect for a summer evening with a nice acoustic show in the background, lights strung above, and plenty of room. You can bring your dogs and they will bring our doggie water bowls!! The service is exceptional. Obviously the wine selection is great. We had the Sauvignon Blanc. It's crisp and sweet with just a bit of tartness. Bruschetta for appetizer with crostini. So fresh with a little spiciness. We had the salmon and seafood ravioli. Great seafood and just the right amount. Also had the Italian beef. Sometimes a risk at restaurants because you sometimes get fatty beef. But this was perfect!! Served with kettle chips in nice crusty bread. Excellent evening.

The Bruschetta is the perfect size for two, and it offers a kick if you like spicy food.

My husband and I recently discovered Vino Villa while visiting various locations along the Indiana Wine Trail. The setting is quaint, intimate, and charming. Housed within an old residence, Vino Villa offers indoor seating, wine bar, and a shaded outdoor patio. It creates a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel as though you've been transported to a Cafe in the European countryside. They offer a tasty selection of appetizers, sandwiches, pizza, and of course dessert. And let's not forget the incredible wine list. Today, my husband and I split the Bruschetta as a starter. It was very good, but a little on the spicy side, which my husband loved. He then ordered the Prime Rub sandwich, while I had the Brie Grilled Cheese. The grilled cheese was amazing! First, I love that it wasn't huge, as I just wanted something small. Second, the bread is handmade with cranberries and walnuts. Every bite was pure enjoyment! Unfortunately, we didn't leave room for dessert, but the desserts looked amazing. The next time we stop in, I plan to save room for my sweet tooth. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. Today, they were a bit short staffed, but that didn't stop them from serving you with a smile. I highly recommended you drop by the next time you're in the neighborhood. Bon Appétit!

What are these? Really good! A sweet little burst. These things are smaller than an olive. Anyone?

We've talked about this place for years, and finally met to celebrate birthdays with wine and cheese! The weather was perfect to sit outside. Our server was attentive, although very busy. The outdoor chairs were comfortable. And our table accommodated three shared platters and a wine bucket! The more expensive Chardonnay was worth it ( we were ce k berating after all). We enjoyed bruschetta, spinach artichoke dip and antipasto. The only negatives: the bread was so crusty it was almost hard to eat. And our server couldn't tell us what one thing was on the antipasto plate (see photo). Maybe next time we'll try a salad or entree but what we had we enjoyed!

This bar screams "crawl inside me, throw off your coat and stay awhile". The low lighting, exposed brick, local clientele and fun menu top it all off. 2.) For my fellow smokey cocktail drinkers: I recommend the Mexican Sunrise with grapefruit juice, Mezcal and a kick off spice. Note: they also have a decent selection of bourbons and local beer on tap and by the can. 3.) I can't stop thinking about the homemade ricotta bacon jam with sliced baguette. All thoughts of eating healthy were swept aside when this dish rolled out. "Healthy who?" 4.) I'm always advocating that beets could use more representation on menus (besides in salads...). If you're a fellow beet advocate, I'd give the pickled beets with whipped goat cheese and sliced almonds a try. 5.) Order the root veggies with browned butter and chimichurri - you can thank me later. 6.) The fact that Bar Rev is tucked in the back of Revery gives it this mysterious, secret club kind of vibe. Good news is, they allow newbies from Indy access ;) 7.) As for the classic question of parking. Easy peasy. You can find it in their private lot behind the bar or across the street in the bank lot during off hours.

Jeremy was our server and was top notch with his recommendations and genuine friendliness throughout the evening. The food was nothing short of incredibly delicious! We started off with a new special drink they had with sorbet as well as a strawberry cello martini, and a Jefferson bourbon drink. There was nothing we had that was even close to average. For appetizers, we had the crab cakes, portobello mushrooms, and garlic bread, on top of the complimentary bread and sauce to dip it in. The salads were great as well - caprese, Caesar, spinach, and the Southside salad. The the entrees were the filet, lasagna, fettuccini, Ricotta Gnocchi, and yellow tail fish - all of which were superb! We also had a side of mashed potatoes that were perfect!
