a dog licking a cup of yogurt

GREAT Starbucks - friendly staff and great service 7 days a week/364 days a year! Thank you to the Team here in Gloucester! it was awesome when you opened and you have made our mornings special (my son, his dog and me)!!! EVERYONE here is always kind, friendly and quick! You recognize me and start my order with a short black dark roast and a pup cup, you always go out of your way to make my experience a very nice one...plus my order is always accurate and my coffee is nice and hot! Although my coffee is savored i.e.: it's my treat after my morning workout, it's my son's dog Brody who is the winner! I get him a "Pup" cup every day and to watch the thrill in him, waiting anxiously for me to get home, runs up and down the steps, brings me a toy, sits, gives me a kiss and when i say "break" he goes right after it! It's a show to be seen and my son, husband and I all get the biggest laugh every day! The other day it took Brody almost 3 minutes to finish his "Pup" cup! He delighted in every lick, and came up and kissed me again! Thank you everyone, Gloucester, my family and I APPRECIATE YOU! Gayle

Here, the flavor is from the beans, not artificial syrups or flavorings. The Vanilla Coffee is some of the best I've ever had and the flavor is truly incredible. Game changer. In addition to the spectacular coffees, they also have a phenomenal tea selection. My favorite is the iced passionfruit tea with a splash of lemonade. Incredibly smooth, not overly sweet like the chain version of this iced tea! They also have a phenomenal selection of jewish-style bagels, breakfast/bagel sandwiches, pastries, muffins, quiche, and much more! We stopped in to grab iced coffee/tea + breakfast to enjoy down at the beach! I'd highly recommend the Smoked Salmon Bagel Sandwich. I ordered it on an everything bagel. It comes with creamy cream cheese, juicy tomatoes, onions, and capers. It was hands-down one of the Top 3 Smoked Salmon/Lox sandwiches I've ever had! Everything was bursting with flavor and was incredibly fresh! Prices are reasonable and the quality is unmatched! I am up in Gloucester frequently and cannot believe I've driven by this place so many times without stopping. It's a true Gem and the owner is very involved. She is incredibly kind and served us both inside and at the drive-thru! I love owners that are willing to roll up their sleeves and take pride in their business. When I'm up in Gloucester next, I will be back for another Smoked Salmon Bagel! That salmon was some of the freshest I've had! A must-stop for a morning coffee/tea and bagel/pastry in Gloucester!

Was charged $10.75 + tax for chicken salad with a few stray cranberries, and a piece of lettuce. no salt, pepper, seasoning or even the walnuts that were stated on the menu. The turkey melt was supposed to come with turkey, swiss, bacon, tomato, and drizzle which I assumed was balsamic or something similar. It was a slice of turkey and cheese. Period. For $11.75 + tax. Same price as the sandwich i ordered, from the menu, which i ordered by the name as it is written, on the menu. Absurd. And waited 20 minutes, as they said that was how long it would take, and walked out of my way for this. Quality of turkey was good. Everything else about this experience was so incredibly disappointing.

With a ton of "regular" stuff for my boyfriend to enjoy. I am a classically trained barista and the lattes were honestly perfect. I couldn't believe the one I had was almond milk because it was frothed so good but she got it right for sure. People are always gonna be unhappy with stuff when they are unhappy, this is honestly a great spot.

Their menu is centered around the almighty biscuit - biscuits/scones are one of my favorite ways to inhale carbs but they can run on the too bread-y side of the spectrum. These were fantastic: delicate crumb, beautiful golden color, and sturdy enough to hold in all the sandwich fillings. I went with the classic breakfast egg sandwich (scrambled egg, cheese, and arugula) and added sausage. This was one of those rare situations where the bread vehicle outshined the fillings. The egg, while nice and fluffy (and tasted like real egg instead of the diluted mix I've had elsewhere), could have used some more seasoning and was begging for a healthy dollop of ketchup or hot sauce. The only thing that came through strongly was the salt crystals on the top of the biscuit. Tried a bite of my husband's chicken salad on a cheddar/onion biscuit and had the same reaction - the biscuit overpowered everything else. Not that I'm complaining. The bakery is on a side street off the busier, more touristy Rogers Street. I had this idea too late but next time I'm in Gloucester, I'd take a biscuit sandwich to the beach area along Western Ave. The cafe itself is very, very cute, with little nooks and crannies everywhere for seating and even a comfy looking couch. Bathroom was clean. We found a parking lot one street over in the other direction.

We had the sausage, goat, cheese, and arugula biscuit sandwich. It was amazing. We also had the miso breakfast sandwich, which was also excellent though it is just served on regular bread, which isn't anything remarkable. We also got a monkey bread which we had gotten before, and it was delicious. They also recommended a sweet hand pie, and we got the apple one. It was also excellent - not too sweet, not heavy, just flaky goodness. This is an absolute five star experience worth every bite of saturated fat, salt, and sugar!!
