Wednesday , January 1, 2020 9:40 pm! Very slow at the drive thru, Bad customer service! I always orders the same thing and this lady she didn't know how to make it and it taste really bad. Worst Starbucks I have ever tried. read more

Don't go here utter chaos and if you're a walk-in prepare to be ignored and wait 20 minutes plus for your drink. I'm not sure how long because I did cancel my order. Go somewhere else read more

I love how they have a drive thru and open really early. They usually make my drink right, but sometimes... I say ice, they give me hot add a flavor, i get no flavor extra room please, my cup is overflowing sugar? yes please, i drive off and taste nothing but bitterness Anyway, i love starbucks and this location is convenient for me to go to, therefore, i will continue to go here Hopefully the service improves =) read more

No more chances. I've had way to many mistakes on a usual drink I always order. First off let me add I do understand that accidents happen and Starbucks can be a busy place during certain times of the day but when it's a continuing cycle of getting your Oder wrong then..might as well head to another Starbucks or get your drink else where. I have had so many mishaps happen particularly at this Starbucks and I can recall all the incidents that have taken place. I alway order my usual Venti Iced Americano with Carmel sauce or as some call it Carmel drizzle . My drink came out once with Carmel syrup and not Carmel sauce. My drink came out another time as a regular iced coffee with Carmel sauce, yes I could tell the difference. Then again my ordered was wrong when after I paid for it and they redid my drink , the girl said it was on the house after I had to park in front for a redo on my order and I was like how is it on the house when I already paid and got nothing back? Then at times they forget the Carmel. I keep going back because its near to where I live on that side of town. I know mistakes happen and they can be fixed, but mostly every single time? I go to this Starbucks usually around 11am-2pm . read more

This was one of the worst stops I made. I ordered mobile and we stopped 5 minutes later. I made a stop at the restroom before sitting down and waiting 25 minutes for two drinks. Stupid me, I should have checked a few minutes in to make sure they got it, but I didn't, and they decided not to make my drink until I asked where it was. Apparently that was their MO- they waited until you complained to make your drink. Note to self. Do that right away and you will get served first. read more

So I can not say this about every Starbucks, but this Starbucks is AMAZING! I feel like it is always open when I "need it" (lol) and even if I am not in time to go into the shop, I can always go through drive through. The staff at this Starbucks is extremely outgoing and super funny. It seems like there is always a new story to be made with them. Recently they got a little face-lift so now there is also a ton of seating available for your drinking pleasure. Need a place for free WiFi, they have that here now too! read more

My gf asked for a latte at 200 degrees as she likes it hot. 2 of the girls there working were discussing how stupid it was to make coffee that hot. Learn some manners. I chatted with the manager. He was responsive and apologized to her. I changed from 1 star to 3 read more

There was a long line at Starbucks. But, it went by quickly. Staff was very respectful and patient. Drinks were very good!

There were 7 employees working and they weren't even busy and it took us 30 minutes to get our 2 Carmel fraps. I'm not sure if they had to grow the coffee before they roasted it and brewed it but I think the employees need some more training because they were moving very slow and took there time while may upset customers stood around. Once we finally got our drinks they were made wrong. Not impressive... Btw, this is my first 1 star review on Yelp, I usually like to write nice reviews. :/ read more

Nice location. Quick service. Nothing outstanding to mention other than that. It's a Starbucks.

Coffee is good here and their other drinks but customer service is not. Been here multiple times within the last week and most workers have a poor attitude and make us guests feel like a bother. read more

Love the outlets here, specifically the Hugo Boss outlet. They always have my size which is a pain to find, and pricing is really reasonable. Now, onto the actual review. When it's hot outside, you always want a drink, preferably an iced starbucks drink. However, there is only one starbucks in the entire mall and it's tiny. It is just a stand, not even a real starbucks, with just two baristas. Starbucks will open multiple stores in one mall, but there is only one stand here in this gigantic outlet center which is almost always packed. read more

It's a....Starbucks. They serve coffee. They serve doughnuts. They have free wi-fi. Just like every other Starbucks. I can't decide if this sort of homogeneity, and seeming abolition of local culture and flavor, is a good thing or a sure indicator of a rough beast Slouching towards Bethlehem....but the coffee was good. read more

The best Drive Thru order taken since I do Starbucks drive thru. The guy who took my order on 7/9/21 @8:45pm was enjoying his job. Well done! And my flat white was very good, too! read more

This Starbucks rocks! Stopped here for some much needed caffeine after a day of fun at Gilroy (Bonfante) Gardens. (see other review) Service at the Gardens was nice, but on the slow side, so imagine my surprise when I was greeted with both cheery and speedy service at Starbucks. the barista at the register rang me up, we talked about my cute wallet (thank you, Maker Faire!) and lo and behold, by the time I walked to the end of the counter - poof! My coffee was ready! Ahhhh. I didn't even get charged for the 2 pumps of vanilla in my venti iced latte ("oh, it's only two pumps"), and was told "Have a good day, pretty lady!". If only it weren't an hour from my house..... :) Thank you Starbucks ladies - you made my afternoon nicer (and filled with a lot of much needed energy!). read more

Kind of a cross between a highway Starbucks and a neighborhood Starbucks. It's clean enough and the workers are polite but that is where the good part of this review ends. The drive through driveway cannot accommodation the demand. I parked and ordered inside, that was a mistake. The kid making drinks was out of his element. Twenty minute wait for a coffee drink is unacceptable. read more

My husband and I came here on our way back from a trip to San Jose. It was early morning around 7am and we used the drive thru. The barista who took our order was so incredibly rude! She snapped at my husband multiple times when we were ordering at the speaker and then when we got to the window she was so short with us. The lid wasn't on my drink properly and our breakfast sandwiches were very poorly made. Next time we're driving through I'll definitely make sure we avoid this Starbucks. read more

Ordered a Venti, was given a frapp lid and grande straw. Needless to say I couldn't drink it until I got home after the 15 minute drive. I wish they would have let me know they were out of Venti straws and lids when I ordered, they just didn't mention it. I only noticed I drove away from the drive thru and couldn't drink it :( read more

Starbucks - Lid AND straw FAIL. Thank you starbucks drive-thru crew!! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Gilroy, California

The past week they arent managing their orders well or staffing enough. It takes forever AND they get the order wrong. Yesterday they left the vanilla out of my latte and today they gave me the wrong croissant and it took 20 min to get my order and made me late for work. Can't rely on them to get my order right and 15 min should be plenty of time to get my order. Wont be back until they figure it out. read more

This Starbucks is very very slow with the drive thru service so we decided to go inside. The bathrooms were disgusting!!! And the front of the store was filthy dirty! read more

I went through the drive-through this morning! Expecting my usual good pumpkin spice latte, well that wasn't t the case. They handed my coffee thinking it was my pumpkin spice & I took a sip & it was NOT! I told the girl she took it back , still the same thing WAS NOT PUMPKIN SPICE! 3 coffees later . I figured for the 4th time of the pumpkin spice latte it would be fine . I drove off the line was getting to big. SOO DISAPPOINTED STILL NOT PUMPKIN SPICE‼ horrible baristas read more

Stopped at this Starbucks passing through town and the only reason why I'm writing this unsatisfactory review is because this Starbucks is a hot mess. Bathroom was messy and out of soap, all the little food signs inside of the case full of pastries were all tipped over, there was no half n half in the container that sits on the counter where you fix your coffee and there were no straws. Needless to say HAWT MESS. I still love coffee and the guy who took our order was nice. read more

Starting out early on a road trip so we got to this Starbucks 10 minutes before opening. After sitting in the drive through for 15 minutes, an employee informs us that they won't be ready to take drink orders fir another ten minutes!! We had to ask jump out if the drive thru to get back in the road, as we were on a schedule. Other cars also left. Bad business. These kids they let run shifts and show up late for with in the morning on the weekends don't realize people are depending on them and sometimes it affects other things. read more

Very inefficient store despite relatively large staff. A slow moving line with only 1 cashier for in store service despite half a dozen people on duty. Staff at least apologized for the 'chaos'. Not certain what makes this evening exceptionally chaotic or busy. Unpleasant experience! read more

My girlfriend ordered a salted caramel mocha from this Starbucks and halfway when they were making it they said that they didn't have the salt. When the first thing they should do is check if they have their supplies. There was a girl with black hair and she was wearing heavy make up and she was talking way too much and not focusing on the job. Lastly, my girlfriend started drinking her drink and it spilled all over her shirt. (The lid was not covered fully) And we drove too far away already to get another drink read more

DON'T COME HERE IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY. Or. If you have a customized drink. Or, just don't come here at all. I've been here several times and EACH TIME... though the line is short, IT TAKES AN ETERNITY to get your drink (just grande flat white, nothing special). read more

Stopped by on the way to LA at 4:25AM and excited that this Starbucks opened at 4:15AM! It's 40 degrees out, walk to the door and it's locked. I get the "why are you here" look, wait for 5 minutes until a employee finally walks over and tells me that they don't open for another 10 minutes. Don't post that you open at a certain time unless you do, and please, work on your customer service. Your body language speaks just as loud as your voice. read more

the staff is always friendly and makes my drinks how i want it, well cause i dont ask for a ridiculous upside down 82.6 degree secret menu drink, lol but damn these restrooms always got peepee on the toilet. I don't blame them for not having the time to keep up with it since the traffic of custom drinks never stop, but i think it was a bad idea for starbucks to allow non paying customers to use the restroom because everywhere i go now to any starbucks location the restrooms are always filthy, id rather use a portapotty. read more

This Starbucks SUCKS!!!! At least the drive thru sure does! They take foreveeeeeerrrrrrrr!!! I have never waiting anywhere else as long as I've waited here. I promised myself last time that I would never come to this Starbucks again but here I am, disappointed again. read more

Wonderful cool during the hot days. Lines were long, for drive through, cashier line inside, and ladies room line. No line for men's room. Men's bathroom door wouldn't lock. A women wondered in, just to use the women restroom. She was willing to wait in the line. read more

This place sucks. They tried to give me my green tea latte with two inches of foam on the top. I'm sorry if I pay for twenty ounces of a drink that's what I better get. We heard them have to remake both drinks because the barista who took our order forgot to tell the barista who was making our order that the drinks were iced. The employees were rude as hell to us over their mistake. My husbands drink tastes horrible! Plus she wouldn't let us get the happy hour discount even though we showed her our email. Last time we will be back! read more

I order from here at least 1-2 per week as it is the closest on my route. Every time I order the same drink...it's always made different...but always bad compared to other Starbucks. Typically it is watery, and flavor is always different. I drive a lot and order at other starbucks 1-2 per week as well, and the drink is always made better at other starbucks. Also, typically this one takes for ever to get your drinks, and many times they don't have oven working for food. Need to train baristas better! read more

Decided to go on a walk to get some coffee arrived right before 8am and the door was unlocked so I walked in. They instantly said they were closed still, says open online though. When I asked when they would be open they said idk maybe 830, so they weren't sure I guess? What a joke. Lol. read more

Place seems very understaffed. For the first time in my illustrious Starbucks career, I was not able to order anything bigger than the "tall" size because they ran out of the larger cups. read more

As an avid customer at Starbucks, I'm throughly disappointed with my drinks being made at this location and their slow service. The size of my drink that is being ordered should not matter how much whip cream is used to top off my coffee. However to only fill my cup 3/4 of the way full we have an issue, then use 1/4 of whip cream...WTF. The first time i complained, the second i gave up and have not been back since. read more

This place has really gotten unprofessional. They also never have tea in stock. The drive thru window is really slow and rude. What happened to this place? Used be one of the best Starbucks around. read more

I just wanted to take the time to write a review for the beautiful, kind hearted barista this morning that was at the window that said, "stay safe," this morning. I heard her telling the cars in front of me as well and it was just so thoughtful that during these times she took the extra few seconds to wish her customers well. In light of everything going on there are people that are scared and in a dark place and it's just so nice to have someone bring that little light to their day. She brought tears to my eyes knowing that there are good people out there and we are all together. I am sad I wasn't able to get her name and thank her properly but I hope she sees this and knows she's doing an amazing job. :) read more

Aiiight....!!! Hit & miss with service but if you want your cafe ASAP. Holla at 'em.

Bad customer service! Made it in the door right before 10pm, the time they close, to pick up my online order through their app. As i was walking over to where my drinks were on the counter to get them, what appeared to be a manager told me that they are closed and i have to go through the drive thru. i am literally a few feet away from the counter where yhe drinks are. I asked him if i could just get my drinks now since i made it in before the door was locked and they are RIGHT THERE AND HE SAID NO, I HAVE TO GO TO THE DRIVE THRU...... I would understand if my order wasn't placed beforehand but it was and i was there in the building before it closed. He had to make it difficult when it could have been handled properly. read more

Most conveniently located starbucks in Gilroy. Located on route-152, its open early in the morning and late at night. How Early? Drive thru opens up at 4:30 am and closes at 11 pm! The staff on hand are very nice. Nice, friendly, and professional. Coffee isnt the greatest but still pretty nice to sip on! When it gets hotter, people will usually come here more often because of the A/C and wifi. HAHA read more
