Decided to come here after work to finally try out the coffee here! When we arrived, we decided to time our car to see how long it would take. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good number as it took us nearly 45 minutes to get our drinks. There was two lanes to take orders, which eventually merged into one. The employees were trying to coordinate the cars which didn't end up well. Finally, we were able to get our drinks. For my drink, I got the build your own latte and I added in almond milk, one pump of SF chocolate, one pump of SF peppermint, and a topping of crushed candy canes. I would say that it was pretty delicious! The peppermint had a stronger flavor over the chocolate, which I preferred. Next time, I would add their signature soft top! Overall, the drink would say is just okay, nothing over the edge about. I would not come out of my way for this, but I'll come if I'm in the area and the wait time was about half. read more

Kicking in the new year with some bros. Location was packed on a weekday morning, but the staff are super friendly and help you out fast enough. Drinks come out solid, and always hit hard. Waking up in the morning and grabbing a Dutch bros blended rebel gives me the same feeling I used to get waking up to breakfast and Sunday morning cartoons. Whenever I'm in the area or heading on a road trip back down to Southern California i have to stop for a pick me up. This location has super friendly staff and the manager is very upbeat and kind. There was a time I used my points for a free drink and the points subtracted but the staff member was new and didn't hit the right button so I got charged the full amount. On our next visit I told the guy taking my order who happened to be the manager and he took care of us to make it right. The drive thru is our usual go to unless it's too long. I've been to this location so manyyy times and the staff is always super nice! As expected, it does get busy in the morning so expect a long wait in the drive thru. You can also go up to the front and order if you're on a time crunch. I always order their freeze and they have many flavors. Look on their website for the full list of drinks. My go to is between banana bread, annihilator or kicker! One of the best encounter we had was with their manager as one time we tried to use our one free drink through the app but they accidentally charged us still. We were able to get our points back and the next time we came back, we double checked with the person taking our order to make sure we can use our free drink and nicely enough, they apologized for the inconvenience and gave both of our drinks for free! I also love that they have sugar-free options which helps out a lot when I'm on a diet but still craving Dutch :) read more

My drink was delicious, not too strong, but that's okay as I was getting it as a treat drink. The car lines were a little long, but it helped that they had staff taking the orders on tablets and having you pay directly there. I think I waited like 12 minutes total. The drive to get to this location is about 30 minutes and the last time I actually got a drink from this Dutch Bros was back in 2021. That's a long time! So I was definitely overdue for a drink. If you want to beat the line, park at the nearby shops and go to the walk-up window which rarely has anyone waiting around. Note: this place is for those who like their drinks sweet! I honestly come here to satisfy my sweet tooth cravings more than an actually coffee craving. There are so many different drinks to choose from + "secret menu" items. I suggest doing some research outside of the menu board if nothing is calling your name. TikTok of course has plenty of ideas too. I think I had too high of an expectation of this place with all the rave I hear about it, or my drink didn't taste as what I thought it would have tasted like. My SO walked in as there was no one inside compared to the drive thru line outside and ordered himself the Annihilator and me a Peppermint Bliss Cold Brew. The wait wasn't so long since there wasn't anyone inside around 7pm. The Annihilator didn't have the hint of macadamia nut like what was advertised and just tasted like iced coffee with cream... and they ran out of the soft top for the peppermint bliss so what I got was just plain cold brew but was charged for a Peppermint Bliss... what the heck? I guess why I was disappointed was that I went in expecting a drink to taste like Christmas in my mouth but ended up disappointed that the "Christmas in my mouth" taste was from the peppermint soft top alone and the cold brew itself is just plain cold brew. ALSO, there is a 50 cent charge per drink for less ice, and a $1.50 charge per drink for no ice. Totally willing to give this place another try with another drink and I'm so glad there is one in town now so we don't have to go further for one. Came here at 7am on Saturday, we were in and out in 10 minutes! It looked somewhat crowded when we got there but the line moved extremely fast, probably because there are two windows to order at and multiple people taking orders. The staff were also so energetic and friendly, I definitely enjoyed speaking with them. They were also patient when I took forever to decide what to order! Hands downthe best coffee out there... we fell in love with it when we lived in AZ for a few years and when we started seeing them pop up outside of the Bay Area we would make trips to them once a month. It's almost 10PM on a Saturday and there was a long line at this location. If you know the layout the line was straight out to the Boot Barn. Then all of a sudden we notice the guy taking orders tells a guy in front of us to turn. Then the guy blocks both entrances to the drive through. He then proceeds to walk away so my husband has to ask of that means we need to turn left and proceed thru the maze he created with cones. Only by the time we ask, someone cut in front of us. If you're going to change direction of traffic then you better make sure that you communicate it clearly and people whom have been waiting patiently in line don't lose their spot in line. They were all good, but our favourite was the double torture and the banana cream pie. The banana flavour was strong but not overpowering or overly sweet.
