A mess. The employees spend so much time socializing with guests (especially workers that show up on there way off). Instead of acting in a timely manner knowing there's a huge line they stop and entertain useless conversations. If the coffee wasn't good it'd be 1 star. read more

Decided to come here after work to finally try out the coffee here! When we arrived, we decided to time our car to see how long it would take. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good number as it took us nearly 45 minutes to get our drinks. There was two lanes to take orders, which eventually merged into one. The employees were trying to coordinate the cars which didn't end up well. Finally, we were able to get our drinks. For my drink, I got the build your own latte and I added in almond milk, one pump of SF chocolate, one pump of SF peppermint, and a topping of crushed candy canes. I would say that it was pretty delicious! The peppermint had a stronger flavor over the chocolate, which I preferred. Next time, I would add their signature soft top! Overall, the drink would say is just okay, nothing over the edge about. I would not come out of my way for this, but I'll come if I'm in the area and the wait time was about half. read more

Kicking in the new year with some bros. Location was packed on a weekday morning, but the staff are super friendly and help you out fast enough. Drinks come out solid, and always hit hard. Got the hazelnut truffle mocha cold brew and the picture perfect. Both drinks were a first time for us, but definitely will be on our regular rotation. For some reason it tastes better when sipping outside on their mini tables in the sunshine. read more

First time trying this coffee, is delicious. I really liked it. Everyone is very friendly and professional. They all work very hard. I noticed the drive thru line is always big, never stops. The prices are affordable for the area, the location is great, the wait time is a little long but is worth the wait. Thank you for the great service. read more

Stopped by for a coffee on the way up to SJ. Drive thru was pretty packed so I just ordered at counter. A few groups were waiting around for their drinks but overall took about 5-10min. 7/10 Golden Eagle Freeze $7 - It is an average coffee freeze. Good caramel flavor and blended well. Not sure what the hype is compared to a regular Starbucks but I wouldn't go out of the way to one. read more

I am writing to share my frustration over a visit today to celebrate my daughter's 4th birthday. We were buying 5 drinks, but when I asked for a birthday drink for her, they refused because it wasn't linked to her own app. Expecting a 4-year-old to have an app and a phone is unreasonable, and we were made to feel like we were asking for charity despite spending a good amount of money. At the window, we realized we forgot to order boba on her drink. Instead of politely handling the adjustment, the cashier acted visibly annoyed. We happily paid the $2.00 difference, but the attitude we received was completely unnecessary. It felt like an inconvenience to her that we were paying customers. She even asked us to return the straws my kids had already touched. I hope management addresses how customers are treated when making small mistakes or asking about birthday perks. I really hope management addresses this because in the years that Dutch bro has been in hollister i've never experienced this type of customer service. To describe the associates, the one taking my order had very distinctive eyebrows and the one at the cashier was whoever was assigned to work drive-thru cashier on Friday before 4th of July at around 7:30pm. But future reference she should not be dealing with customers. read more

Waking up in the morning and grabbing a Dutch bros blended rebel gives me the same feeling I used to get waking up to breakfast and Sunday morning cartoons. Whenever I'm in the area or heading on a road trip back down to Southern California i have to stop for a pick me up. This location has super friendly staff and the manager is very upbeat and kind. There was a time I used my points for a free drink and the points subtracted but the staff member was new and didn't hit the right button so I got charged the full amount. On our next visit I told the guy taking my order who happened to be the manager and he took care of us to make it right. The drive thru is our usual go to unless it's too long. It can be faster to walk up if it's extremely long. read more

I've been to this location so manyyy times and the staff is always super nice! As expected, it does get busy in the morning so expect a long wait in the drive thru. You can also go up to the front and order if you're on a time crunch. I always order their freeze and they have many flavors. Look on their website for the full list of drinks. My go to is between banana bread, annihilator or kicker! One of the best encounter we had was with their manager as one time we tried to use our one free drink through the app but they accidentally charged us still. We were able to get our points back and the next time we came back, we double checked with the person taking our order to make sure we can use our free drink and nicely enough, they apologized for the inconvenience and gave both of our drinks for free! I also love that they have sugar-free options which helps out a lot when I'm on a diet but still craving Dutch :) read more

The man who was taking orders tonight skipped my car because he was chatting it up with a taxi car that was to the right of my vehicle. He stayed talking for an entire 4 minutes just for him to turn around and go to the car behind me. I understand how most Dutch bros locations encourage their employees to engage in friendly chatter with every customer, However I believe this should never interfere with the time that's required for other orders to be taken. My order which had been taken through the window extended the wait time for cars behind me, which I can imagine to be frustrating. Please advise the young man who was out tonight that he should lock the hell in and get those orders done. read more

It's one of my favorite drink spots in Hollister. I love how there's a drink for everyone. We've been many times and have always had good service. They might forget the sprinkles on my kids drinks but they'll easily fix that for us. Overall a good place to go to. read more

My drink was delicious, not too strong, but that's okay as I was getting it as a treat drink. The car lines were a little long, but it helped that they had staff taking the orders on tablets and having you pay directly there. I think I waited like 12 minutes total. I didn't go inside, so I can't speak for the walk up service. read more

Long lines like at any other Dutch location. My go to order is the medium iced dutch canyon half sweet add shot breve. My bfs order is the double rainbro. Good coffee and friendly service. I think that's what attracts so many people. Oh and the fact that it's a drive thru! read more

What do you do when you're looking to get your random coffee fix and go on a quick adventure on all days of the year but on New Year's Day itself?! Hit up Dutch Bros Coffee! The drive to get to this location is about 30 minutes and the last time I actually got a drink from this Dutch Bros was back in 2021. That's a long time! So I was definitely overdue for a drink. Every time I've gone to Dutch Bros, I always and I mean always encounter very friendly and super nice baristas. I love their customer service but I love my go-to drink even more lol. My holy grail drink here is a Medium Flapjack with Mocha milk, caramel drizzle, and light ice. It hits every single time! I am so looking forward to coming back here when the time comes again. read more

If I'm ever in Hollister, it's a must go to grab a drink at Dutch bros! Ordered their Mango Shake for a fruity change instead of getting coffee. Super chilled and lots of whipped cream on it! Creamy and smooth texture with a subtle mango flavor profile! Refreshing on a warm day! :-) read more

Don't let the line of cars deceive you - despite the line, the wait was not long. They are very organized, you place your order with a team member and pay while waiting in the line of cars, once you get to the window they just hand you the drinks and you're off! Very efficient! The drink options were unique and tasty. We ordered an iced golden eagle (vanilla and caramel breve with caramel drizzle) and it was so flavorful! Much better than anything you'd get at Starbucks! read more

As a loyal member of the "Dutch Bros Mafia" I was over the moon when I heard this location was opening--in my hometown? Dammmn.....Daniel! Truth be told, no two coffee shops are the same. What DB has over places like Starbucks, Phil's or Peet's is simple. The number one feature of this chain is variety. The second, is decently friendly customer service--guaranteed, 99.9% of the time. Simply put, Dutch Bros is a vibe. Feeling chill? why not try one of their variety of blended drinks? My personal fave is the Flapjack. (You can thank me later for this recommendation!) Are you feelin' a little blue? Why not ramp yourself up with a Red Bull Blue rebel drink? (My rec is the Blended Dragon Slayer). Are you celebrating something special? Why not shake things up with a toasted mellow Dutch Frost or top any drink with soft top or even pair your drinks with a lemon poppyseed muffin top?! Honestly--the flavor combinations are endless. While DB is a tad more on the pricey side, rest assured that their drinks are well worth it. You can TASTE the difference. Is the line sometimes long? Yes. Do they sometimes mess up a drink order? Also yes... but do they make it right in the end?! Absolutely. read more

Wow is this place a busy one! I'm excited Dutch Bros is becoming more popular. We happened to be in Hollister and learned that a Dutch Bros had opened up recently so we had to go. Be prepared for a very long drive thru. We ended up parking and walking up to the counter to order, but it still took quite awhile to get our drinks. However, considering how busy it was, that was expected. We waited about 30 minutes before our orders came out. Despite that, the staff was very friendly and our orders came out perfect! I ordered the blue raspberry rebel which reminded me a lot like Red Bull. My husband got the peach ring rebel and it literally tasted like a peach ring candy. We can't wait to be back in the area so we can go again! They need a Dutch Bros in San Jose! read more

I love Dutch! I wish there was one closer to the Bay but this will do for now. The drive-thru line is always long, but moves quickly. I was in the queue for about 25 mins which isn't a big deal to me, but not ideal for those on a time crunch. If you want to beat the line, park at the nearby shops and go to the walk-up window which rarely has anyone waiting around. Note: this place is for those who like their drinks sweet! I honestly come here to satisfy my sweet tooth cravings more than an actually coffee craving. There are so many different drinks to choose from + "secret menu" items. I suggest doing some research outside of the menu board if nothing is calling your name. TikTok of course has plenty of ideas too. You can also add any of the flavors to coffee/cold brew which I don't think is super clear off the bat. Customize whatever and however you'd like! Also staff are usually super friendly and always willing to offer recommendations if you ask! read more

I think I had too high of an expectation of this place with all the rave I hear about it, or my drink didn't taste as what I thought it would have tasted like. My SO walked in as there was no one inside compared to the drive thru line outside and ordered himself the Annihilator and me a Peppermint Bliss Cold Brew. The wait wasn't so long since there wasn't anyone inside around 7pm. The Annihilator didn't have the hint of macadamia nut like what was advertised and just tasted like iced coffee with cream... and they ran out of the soft top for the peppermint bliss so what I got was just plain cold brew but was charged for a Peppermint Bliss... what the heck? I guess why I was disappointed was that I went in expecting a drink to taste like Christmas in my mouth but ended up disappointed that the "Christmas in my mouth" taste was from the peppermint soft top alone and the cold brew itself is just plain cold brew. ALSO, there is a 50 cent charge per drink for less ice, and a $1.50 charge per drink for no ice. Totally willing to give this place another try with another drink and I'm so glad there is one in town now so we don't have to go further for one. Hoping my next updated review, I'd be on the same hype of everyone else who loves Dutch Bros. read more

Came here at 7am on Saturday, we were in and out in 10 minutes! It looked somewhat crowded when we got there but the line moved extremely fast, probably because there are two windows to order at and multiple people taking orders. The staff were also so energetic and friendly, I definitely enjoyed speaking with them. They were also patient when I took forever to decide what to order! The drinks are also so unique with the menu having so many options. My siblings and I all liked our drinks (Chai, Peppermint Bliss Cold Brew, Cinnamon Swirl Oat Milk Latte, Hazelnut Truffle Mocha). I will definitely be back here for my future coffee needs and look forward to trying more items on the menu :) read more

Hands downthe best coffee out there... we fell in love with it when we lived in AZ for a few years and when we started seeing them pop up outside of the Bay Area we would make trips to them once a month. The lines are extremely long no matter the location but so worth the wait!!! They have drinks for the whole family and for those who do not drink coffee or want caffeine they have teas, decaf and fruit or cream freezes. This location happens to be the longest in lines but pretty organized and plenty of space to accomodate the large numbers. We are glad this is now closer to us in comparison to North bay locations... woot read more
