Wow! Found this coffee shop on our way from Casa de Fruta to Monterey Bay! Clean looking decor. Service was excellent and we enjoyed our coffee in house! We ordered: a hot vanilla latte and a hot lavender honey latte, absolutely delicious!! My kids ordered chocolate croissants and they really enjoyed those! This will be our sto whenever we are in town! Such amazing lattes we had!!!
This is my second time coming to Camino Coffee and they do not disappoint. First off the service was awesome on both occasions, as you are greeted promptly as you enter. You're always asked if you have any questions before you order which is super nice if you aren't sure what you're going to order. I tried the cardamom fig cappuccino (winter special), hot mocha and ice almond milk latte. The cappuccino was so delicious, though I didn't taste the fig as much as the cardamom it was still a super well balanced cappuccino. The mocha wasn't to sweet, which I enjoy because the espresso still comes through and you can taste the rich chocolate. Lastly, the almond milk latte was really smooth, you can tell they use great quality almond milk. Food wise I got the buttered croissant and two different cookies from Bake That Dough (which they sell inside to the left of the register when you walk in). The buttered croissant was incredibly flaky and buttery. It paired so well with my cappuccino and I look forward to my next. The cookies were so cute and perfectly paired with the coffee drinks as well. Overall great experience, I am excited to try their other baked goodies and fun beverages.
Discovered this beautiful Camino Coffee in Gilroy. It's situated near downtown and opposite Gilroy Caltrain (gas station turned into a coffee shop). They have indoor and outdoor seating. We got the winter special drinks - Cardamom Fig Cappuccino and Gingerbread Chai, both were amazing. Service was quick too, ambience is great. Highly recommend it, give it a try!

Converted from the historic Monterey and 7th St. gas station, this spacious spot features both indoor and outdoor shaded seating. We came here after spending our Saturday at the Gilroy Outlets and it was quite busy. Our order: Latte ($5.25): +Drinkable temperature: Hot, but doesn't burn your mouth/tongue +Strong coffee balanced with creamy milk +Pretty latte art Hojicha Latte ($6.00): +Hojicha was roasty & nutty. +Not too sweet even at regular sweetness +No upcharge for no ice -Really gritty at the bottom Sakura Matcha ($6.50): +Matcha was strong and not gritty. +Not too sweet even at regular sweetness +No upcharge for no ice -I was really excited to try this since it featured chamomile and cherry blossom syrup, but unfortunately the flavors weren't there. It tasted like a regular matcha latte to me. Side notes: 1.) Sign up with your phone # to earn points: 20 points = 20% off entire sale (up to $20.00 off) 2.) Restroom available for customers. 3.) Free parking in their lot *Verdict: I loved the vibes and the shaded outdoor patio was nice. I wouldn't go out of my way, but if I was in the area I wouldn't mind stopping by again.
searched "matcha gilroy" on the way to Monterey, and Camino Coffee was the first spot to pop up with 4.5+ star reviews -- and I'm impressed! From the architecture, it looks like they repurposed an old gas station into a cafe, which is a unique and fun concept. second thing i noticed was that their prices are incredibly reasonable compared to some cafes back home, especially considering they use premium matcha. third, you know you're in for a treat when you see the baristas hand-sifting matcha with care. we ordered the iced matcha latte and the hojicha latte, and it's easy to see why they're among the most popular items. 10's across the board for the color, texture, richness and flavor it's located right by downtown gilroy if you're passing through and want to check out a local gem.

Service is fine. I enjoy buying the concha cookies from a local small business here. On my first visit I didn't know you could park in the back since there was limited parking within the building. The space inside is spacious and a great place to do some work.

Real cute vibey place. I ordered the mocha with oat milk. I prefer coconut milk, but they did not offer that. I believe they have oat, almond, macadamia nut, and I forgot if I heard soy.
I came here mainly to try to find some good matcha in the area. I ordered the strawberry it was good, however was very over priced in my opinion. The vibe was cute inside and seen some people working while drinking their coffee. If you're looking for good matcha and don't mind paying more money for it I'd recommend.
Cute little cafe that has a solid regular menu and nice seasonal options. I got their seasonal hojicha latte and it was incredible. We also tried their ham and cheese croissant and holy hell that tasted insanely good. This is definitely a spot that if I was even slightly close to id be here all the time
Besides the awful interaction with one employee, I really like this cafe. It has charm and good coffee. I feel it can be inconsistent, sometimes more bold than others but it's ok as pricing is still fair. Inside has comfortable seating, a lot of cafes cheap out with metal stools, they do not here! As for the employee that took our order. No greeting, no smile, and worst of all, no thank you after payment. He was wearing a Santa Cruz brown sweater, was grumpy and should not be interacting with customers. Everyone else who we have interacted with has been great.

Cute little coffee shop in downtown Gilroy ! We were driving past this area and needed some coffee. I wanted to try something new so I found this coffee shop . Great vibes inside !' The staff is super friendly and the lighting in this coffee shop is so bright and airy . I got the Neapolitan cold brew and it was so so good !! I loved the strawberry flavor and how the drink had a hint of sweetness but not overwhelmingly sweet . Great pit stop if your on the 152! read more
Such a great place. I absolutely loved the coffee it was rich, smooth, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax or catch up with friends. The shop was clean, beautifully organized, and had a welcoming vibe from the moment we walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. First of all, they use Proyecto Diaz coffee which is top tier coffee. They have some creative drink ideas too. I had the Neapolitan cold brew which includes a vanilla, strawberry sweet cream, and cacao powder. The place itself had a very clean aesthetic and the staff was friendly. Absolutely love the design and atmosphere of this coffee shop! I stop by almost every week since I'm particular about my coffee, and I've always enjoyed the service and quality beans they use. Ordered a mocha latte in-house today--it was ready in minutes, hot, and had the perfect balance of sweetness (I'm not a fan of overly chocolatey ones). Highly recommend this spot for a quick coffee or a calm, well-lit place to get work done. I also love that they actually play records for their music. read more

What a cute coffee shop!! Small menu but they cover the basics and the quality is there. Prices are also very good considering. The matcha was the perfect color and so smooth. Highly recommend stopping by and will def be back soon! read more
I've visited this coffee shop a few times, and what I love the most about it is the vibe. It is a renovated gas station, and every time I come here the people are so friendly. They have a record player in the corner where the employees play from their own collections. It seems like a great spot to sit and enjoy a coffee while working. The coffee itself is very good. Last time I went I ordered the seasonal special miso caramel latte with housemade macadamia nut milk. The flavor was very subtle, I don't think I would get it again. One thing to note about this place is that they only serve one size of drink (depending on what the drink is). Sometimes you want an extra large cup of coffee to last you the entire day, but Camino doesn't serve large cups. They do serve some tasty looking pastries, but unfortunately nothing gluten-free so I couldn't try one. I'd come here again when I'm feeling like a small coffee will be enough! read more

A cute spot that is a renovated gas station across the street from the Gilroy Caltrain station. We had a great time and a good pit stop on our way to southern CA, clean updated bathroom doggy friendly seating and covered outdoor seating. New coffee shop in Gilroy!? Had to check them out!! We arrived at 10:15 AM on a Sunday. It got pretty busy during the time we were there. When it's busy, it gets pretty loud inside. The inside is very clean with a couple tables and seating area. They also have a couple tables outside! I love the plants everywhere:) There are 3 parking spaces in their private lot, but there's tons of parking across the street. The coffee comes in a small 12oz size. If you're a fan of craft coffee, come check them out! If you're more into the flavored and blended drinks, this is not your spot! Stopped by here otw to Monterey. Really new place. Lots of sunlight, plenty of seating inside and outside. We came on a Thursday morning around 10am ish. There are also plenty of outlets for you to charge your devices. We got the pistachio coffee which was not that great. Just tastes straight up like syrup and the coffee wasn't there. The syrup was really strong. At first sip we thought it was fine, but as we drank it more, we didn't like it. If we were to chill inside the store a bit more, we wouldve asked for a different drink or have it remade with less syrup. Aside from that, great service and ambiance. Have other drinks available for sale and pastries. Wifi for customers as well and restroom available. read more

Super cute coffee shop at the end of downtown Gilroy. The shop was very clean and aesthetically looked great, and the staff was extremely friendly. I ordered just a regular vanilla latte. They don't really have sizes you can order, size of the cup is based on what type of drink you order was my understanding, and the cups were sturdy and well insulated. Wait time wasn't long on a Saturday morning, the staff was very quick. There was a good amount of foot traffic but I only had to wait about 5 minutes (or less) for my drink. I'll have to come back and try some other drink options. Parking was tough, the immediate lot is quite small and awkward, but there are a lot of options downtown. Overall great craft coffee spot! read more
Hidden gem in Gilroy Went here with my boyfriend and we both got lattes (his with whole milk, mine with oat). The barista did a great job- the flavor and consistency of the foam was perfect. We also ordered a croissant and coffee cake (I think). The pastries are sooo delicious, fresh, and huge. They were so filling, we could barely finish them! I like the straightforward, no nonsense menu which makes ordering a breeze. The simplicity and airiness inside the cafe makes it feel relaxing (although it can be slightly loud for studying/working if you get distracted easily). Parking was a breeze, and there's a food truck right next to the lot. Not sure if it's part of the cafe since it has a different name, but it's conveniently placed! I saw a lot of people order from the truck and then eat at the cafe while drinking coffee, so you have options if you don't want a pastry. I wish we had more places like this in Gilroy! read more

A quaint, adorable shop with friendly service and ample seating, both inside and outside. They are very dog friendly, as I noticed a water bowl and milk one treats outside the shop. read more
