Peach Matcha
Prath C.

We came here on a Saturday around noon time and it was lively but not very busy. Walking in though, you can really smell the coffee and it's so good! I ordered the Peach Matcha with regular (though it seemed like there were substitutions available). Although it wasn't an option on the menu, my friend was able to order a Horchata Matcha. We also were able to try the garlic ice cream (which was yummy) - definitely more a baked garlic flavor! The Peach Matcha was good but a bit too sweet for my taste. It was still a solid matcha nonetheless and you can really taste the hints of the peach flavor in the matcha who is nice. Overall, this was a great coffee shop and will be back if I'm in the area again!

Walking downtown trying to find a pick me up spot while I waited for an appointment and came here. The down side only one person walking and took forever to take my order but understood since she was the only one there. It would have been nice if she would have said something like let me finish making these coffees and I'll take your order. Honestly I think since most of us are use to Starbucks and other coffee shop chains that when it comes to speed they are typically fast. Anyways I ended up getting the iced mocha and good atmosphere. I really liked my drink and the vibe it's trying to give out. Overall decent place but again not fast so that's the deal breaker. I'd like to give this place another chance but I just don't come downtown too often.

Ordered 4 coffees with decaf & regular - which all were so delicious! My favorite is the Mexican mocha by far the best ever tasted. Service was counter staff was super nice, recommendations were spot on and quick. The crowd followed up is lol. It's pretty quiet with an indie music vibe playing in the background which is nice. Seating is plentiful and bar top window views also. I highly recommend coming here for your coffee & treats located on the corner for an entrance

Stopped by Gilroy and needed some coffee and found this gem! Blueberry muffin was huge and delicious! I got the hazelnut latte half sweet and it was perfect sweetness and the coffee was really smooth and fragrant. I would love to try some of their other pastries/baked goods next time! Highly recommend :)

Nice coffee shop. Friendly service. Clean seating area. Mult coffee choices. Had the Costa Rica drip coffee and the bourbon caramel coffee. Also had the cheese danish and almond croissant all yum.

HANDS DOWN... my favorite coffee shop in Gilroy!!! I truly love the owners. They make great drinks & know how to run a coffee shop!! Their pastries are also yummy & they always remember my order no matter how long it's been. That truly warms my heart. Whenever I come down to visit I always stop in here. A MUST!!!

This is a charming community coffee shop that roast their own coffee. Additionally they offer an assortment of pastries, some of which are scratch made in house. They also offer ice cream. The shop smells divine upon entering. The coffee offered includes pour overs and specialty coffees along with a classic and a matcha menu. The regular latte and the matcha latte were very light in taste. We also got a hazelnut latte that was good and leaned on the sweet side. We also grabbed a made from scratch banana bread for our hike and it was very tasty. Overall great experience. Indoor and outdoor seating. Casual. Good service. Please come and create your own adventure.

Stopped by Fifth St. Coffee Roasting Co. and tried two drinks, the Pumpkin Chai Latte and the Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte. Pumpkin Chai Latte (4/5): Really tasty! It leaned more on the chai side, so I didn't get much pumpkin flavor. Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte (3/5): This one was a bit more bitter and lacked the expected sweetness and flavor. It had a stronger coffee taste. Our drinks came out quickly with no issues. The cafe was pretty empty when we arrived, but a few people came in right after. It has a quiet, cozy vibe, great for sitting down for a chat. There's also a small gift shop area inside with some fun items and even garlic ice cream.

Cappuccino and almond croissant

Ever since going to Italy for my honeymoon in September I am obsessed with cappuccinos. This has been the only place in town that makes a really good cappuccino. The coffee shop is cozy and it really feels like they take the time to make a real cup of coffee.

Nice coffee spot down in Gilroy. Love the different lattes they have on the menu, so many I want to try. I went with the horchata con chocolate and it was delicious!! Wow that was a cozy drink!

Stopped and grabbed a cup of expresso . I ordered the Cortado with bourbon caramel for the sweetness. It was not too busy and the wait was not long. One thing about their coffee is that it is really strong and is definitely a great pick me up or to kick start your day. Recommend 10/10

The coffee beans we purchased were delicious, roasted to perfection. We will definitely be going back, when we are near Gilroy.

Of course I sub it with macadamia nut milk and that just makes it all so much more worthwhile! Yumm... I once tried Ube frappe with one shot of decaf espresso and oh myy it was perfect. Ube latte is super delicious too. And the other drink that I tried was the creme brulee bonbon, that was pretty great. I love the ambiance, there's a few outdoor seats and it's also attached to other offices in the building so there's a room next to it where you can wait. It's quite busy and the staff are super nice, it's definitely worth the wait for a wonderful coffee which is not as bad. I'm gonna try the matcha next but I'm obsessed with the macadamia nut milk! Truly haha

There was only one person ahead of us and a couple of people waiting, so it initially seemed like perfect timing. The space itself is clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly. We've been here before and had a decent experience, which is why we chose to return. Unfortunately, the biggest issue this time was efficiency. Despite having 4 staff members working, the wait time kept growing instead of shrinking. What started as a couple of people waiting turned into several, and at one point someone even gave up and asked for a simple drip coffee just to leave faster. It ultimately took about 30 minutes to receive a single drink. While waiting, it became clear that workflow and prioritization were lacking. At one point, staff paused drink preparation to rearrange and move equipment, even as more customers, including a soccer team, arrived. It created a frustrating experience, especially for those just looking for a quick coffee. It's disappointing because we chose to stop here instead of going to Starbucks, hoping to support a local spot we'd enjoyed before. While the quality and atmosphere are there, the lack of efficiency makes it difficult to justify returning.

The broth is rich, flavorful, and tastes like it's been simmering for hours. The meat is always fresh and tender, the noodles are cooked perfectly, and every bowl is served hot and full of flavor. It's the kind of comfort food that keeps you coming back. The fresh spring rolls are another favorite of mine. They're always made fresh with crisp vegetables, quality ingredients, and a delicious peanut dipping sauce. Everything I've tried has tasted fresh and homemade. One of the things I appreciate most is how clean the restaurant is every time I visit. The dining area is spotless, the tables are always clean, and the entire restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere. The owners are some of the nicest people you'll meet. They truly appreciate their customers and always make you feel welcome. Their employees are just as friendly, polite, and attentive, providing excellent customer service from the moment you walk in. I'm especially happy that Gilroy finally has such an amazing Vietnamese pho restaurant. It's less than a mile from my house, which makes it even more convenient, and it's become one of my regular places to eat. Whether I'm dining in or picking up takeout, the food and service are consistently outstanding. If you're looking for authentic, delicious pho and fresh Vietnamese food in the Gilroy area, look no further than Gilroy Noodle House. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Five stars all the way--I will definitely continue coming back for many years to come!

We got: Pho with different meats and a separate bowl of meatball. The broth was good, a little on the oily side but good. Spring roll: I got it without noodles. I appreciated that the pork was lean and not fatty. It was a good roll, however the peanut sauce tasted like straight thick peanut butter, it needed to be thinner, sweeter and have more of that umami taste. Grilled chicken rice plate: I enjoyed this dish, the chicken was flavorful and the salad and rice paired well together. The young boy and man who I'm assuming is family are very nice. They are welcoming and pleasant. I'm glad this place is closer to us. We live in Morgan Hill and I do not approve of any of the pho places there for their lack of flavor. I will definitely be coming back here.
