Citas is a great place for a work from home day. It's also a spot you would recommend to a friend group who want great coffee and good conversations. When i arrived at this place, there was a line but service here is quick. There's plenty of seating inside and parking in the plaza was easy to find. Whenever i'm in the area, this is my go to spot. read more

Went with my husband and really enjoyed my coffee. I got an iced brew with 1 pump vanilla and cold foam top. I drank every single drop. It was so good! Also, the caprese avocado toast was very good! Large portion which I appreciated! Service was friendly and quick. It was busy and the vibe is cute. Thankful to have a good coffee place in town. read more

Hollister finally got a new coffee spot and it's such a gem! This place just opened about two weeks ago, and it's already one of my favorite spots in town to walk to. The inside is very elegant yet cozy, the kind of place you actually want to sit and enjoy your drink. Their bakery items are from Bees Knees Bakery, which longtime locals will recognize and yes, they're just as amazing as ever. I got the almond croissant, and it was to die for. I also tried their matcha, which was really good. Not too much of a matcha taste so it was smooth, not too sweet, and perfectly made. They also offer open-face toasts and sandwiches, which I can't wait to try next time. The attention to detail is beautiful, from the decor to the presentation and they even have outdoor seating for those sunny Hollister mornings. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't yet! read more

I've been coming here since I first seen them pop up on social media and they do live up to the hype which I'm glad! Lots of coffee flavors to choose from and they do have some specials as well. Can't go wrong with anything you pick to be honest. I've tried their Mexican mocha and their popular cafe de olla and they were both delicious ! They also have little desserts you can get like pastries. They are pretty fast at getting the drinks out which I appreciate since there isn't much room inside. read more

This little cafe is so cute. We came in on a Sunday morning to check it out since it recently opened & it sure was busy! There's about 5 tables inside, 4 outside & all of them were taken. The place is a bit on the smaller side, but they did a good job using up the space they have. I ordered the seasonal Peppermint Mocha, my husband ordered the Condensa & my MIL ordered a Cappuccino. The staff were friendly & the drinks we ordered were all tasty. We also ordered the Almond Croissant & that was delicious! It had a great flakiness, perfect amount of filling & almond flavor. We'll definitely be back soon! It's so nice to see so many people supporting a local coffee shop :) read more

Amazing service! Everyone here is so welcoming, and the whole place has such a cozy, inviting vibe. It's the perfect spot to have a meeting, read a book, or enjoy a cute coffee date! The food was delicious--everything we ordered was a hit. We tried the matcha with vanilla on top, and let me just say... my husband isn't a matcha lover, but he loved this one! We also got the café de olla latte, and it was soo bomb! Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back! read more

This place is such a vibe. From the atmosphere to the drinks, everything felt well thought out and inviting. I ordered the iced Dulce de Leche latte, and as someone who's very picky about coffee, I was seriously impressed. It was hands down amazing -- perfectly creamy, not overly sweet, and you could still taste the richness of the roast. Easily one of the best iced lattes I've had. I'll definitely be back. read more

I've been so excited about Cita's Cafe opening ever since I saw the start of renovation process and let me say, the inside is BEAUTIFUL and the overall ambiance is very welcoming and peaceful. I came here yesterday with my son and I had the iced Cafe de Olla and it was delicious. And as someone who loves good quality coffee, I appreciated how strong and smooth the espresso tasted at the same time. I enjoyed my drink so much that I came back today and tried an iced matcha with a banana soft foam and it was delectable. The service was also incredible and I'm excited to start collecting my points because I will be a regular here. I came in for my first time not knowing what I wanted, asked for a recommendation and was blown away. I had an Iced banana latte which had an amazing homemade flavor, not too sweet but just right with a banana soft top. I also had the banana nut bread that was DELICIOUS and I quickly tasted the quality from which it was made. Overall if I lived a little closer, this would be my go-to cafe especially for the ambience that played a big role. read more

Luv the atmosphere with great hospitality and the owner, Maria is so friendly and helpful. We ordered Matcha Latte and Mexican Latte and we were so pleased with the flavor and perfect temperature. Super yummy signature drinks and I love that they make the syrups for them! My only complaints are it was a bit pricey, they use cheap Torani & Monin syrups in their non-signature drinks, and I waited about 25 min for one drink when it wasn't even busy. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and hope they are still working out the kinks with just opening and will def try again. read more

So happy this business exists!! Was very disappointed the prior coffee shop had to close down. Having said that, this place does NOT disappoint. I've enjoyed everything purchased so far. Employees seem to give priority to everyone else while completed mobile orders are left sitting without being packed or handed out. This is the second time this issue has been mentioned, yet the same problem continues. Jocelyn, in particular, needs to show more interest, attention, and respect toward customers. If she or any other employee does not want to pack orders, carefully read the labels, help customers, or perform the responsibilities required by the job, then perhaps they should find another job. Customers should not have to wait unnecessarily when several employees are working and the orders are already completed. Mobile-order customers also paid for their purchases and deserve the same attention and respect as walk-in and drive-thru customers. Management needs to address this lack of organization, effort, and customer service. This is a workplace, not a game.

The only other local domestic rival I know off that is near as good hails from 3 Steves Winery in Livermore, and they get the grapes form DeRose! So, do yourself a favor and pick up a bottle of the Cab Franc. You won't regret it. The Cab Franc is a 100% Cabernet Franc, not blended. The Vines are pruned in the winter, the Grapes are exposed to sunlight with careful leaf removal and the Clusters are thinned after veraison. Common tasting notes are Berries , dark Stone Fruit, a dash of pepper a subtle hint of roses. Can you tell I like is wine? The vineyard is located on both sides of the San Andreas Fault and wines are part of the old Vaché planting method. DeRose wines are also organically farmed, just not not certified. Oh, can't forget the dry farming as well. The Winery is in the middle of nowhere... It's a journey onto itself to get here. There isn't much else around. There is another winery down the road, but that's about it. Don't be scared to make the trip. They recently opened a Tasting room in San Martin. Can't wait to stop by and do some wine tasting there...

Golden hibiscus drink was so good! Our sandwich was filling we asked for a To go box on our way out. The Hollister community definitely showed out for this cafe, thankfully they have outdoor seating as well with some shade. read more
