I had a horrible experience I ordered an oatmeal at 1:41pm & they took 30 minutes to not even put out my order I had to get a refund which also took them a while. They offered no form of compensation for this wait this as well came from their shift leader which I expected more from but sadly disappointed by Jamba. I was disappointed. I remember when Jamba Juice was an upbeat and energetic place to get some fresh fruit concoctions. This place was either new, with all new employees, or just really really disengaged with its public. I am a vegetarian, and although the sandwich I bought was tasty, it was small and sat on the counter for 10 minutes while I waited for my smoothie. When I walked in, the girl at the counter was cute and friendly, very welcoming. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. I did, however, make it a point to get the supervisor's name, Michelle. My personal go to is alway the orange dream machine with some whey protein added! I love it especially on a hot summer day! The service I receive each time I come here is spectacular! The staff is kind and welcome you as soon as that door opens! Sometimes the parking is very minimal since the plaza kind of small and right next to a best buy and chilies! Ive been coming here since they opened a few years ago. It is a revolving door or employees. So each time we go they have new employees that are learning and don't really know how to use the register or "points". I usually get the orange dream machine, cant go wrong with that. Lats time I tried the vanilla blue sky, which has banana, pineapple and spirulina. Oh wow it was nasty. I looked up "what does spirulina taste like?" Most people compared it to pond scum. Horrible. I started a new job today. I jumped over to Jamba to grab a quick and healthy substitute, as I am hypoglycemic and needed something to intake for my health. I often visit Jamba in any respective area, as their menu and serve as great. I paid for my drink at 1:15, after waiting 8 to 10 mins to have Joaquin take our order. There was 8 customers waiting for their orders when I arrived. A doordasher showed for two drinks and was told it would be awhile...poor gal. As I waited those 10 mins to order, I watched as the young man who seemed to be in charge, hustle and move trying to get a pile of blender pitchers washed. He was the ONLY one hustling. And this is with a growing line happening. The young gal...she moved at a glacial pace..no urgency or visible care for how many people were waiting or that we had been standing there for 10 mins. She would slowly dip the spoon into the fruits and then slowly put it into the pitcher. Joaquin, the same...moved like a sloth in his duties. Slow, slow, slow with zero sense of urgency or hustle to produce. Even the mobile order people were waiting in a line for their drinks. I had to be back to work at 130. I left Jamba at 128 without my drink. I was 4 mins late to my new job, very low blood sugar and annoyed. It would be one thing if the staff were in the weeds and hustling to get out. I felt for the manager kid, his staff is not productive. I will say it was good to learn my first day that I will need to find another place to go. read more

The fact that it is not too far from the outlets make it all the more satisfying. It's by some eateries so that's good. One can go get some food than a snack or dessert at Jamba. Let's face it. I stick to one drink and one drink alone. I go for the Razzmatazz. Small size. No fixed or changed. Keep it as is. I admire how clean this place always seems to be whenever in it. I have actually never seen this location dirty. Maybe a napkin or two on one of the tables but other than that nothing. Drink wise. I love it. It feels like everything is actually blended. Just ordered a orange dream machine w subbed in fresh orange juice (My usual) as I'm waiting for my drink the workers are talking to each other about the drink saying "can we even do that" and the other one saying "just don't put it, they won't notice" like I'm not standing there. The drinks are great here and the assistant manager here is amazing with her customer service and her overall demeanor. She always seems happy to be there and happy to help her staff. They definitely need work on their service though. I went in once for 6 smoothies for the whole family and I asked if my name had been called and one of the employees said yes I called it 3 times already with attitude. I heard them say Yose but not my full name. Maybe they didnt know how to say it but maybe mention that when I walk up to ask not say we said it 3 times. And another time I went in for another 6 smoothies 35 minutes before they closed on Black Friday. We walked in at the same time as another couple and they said Im sorry we closed early. There were no signs up and the door wasnt locked. Maybe next time put a sign up or something showing they are closed but turning away customers because you are short staffed 35 minutes before you are closed I feel like is unacceptable. I keep going back because the drinks are great but service is hit or miss. By far the worse Jamba Juice I've ever been to customer service wise. I'm on way home to Sacramento from Carmel and wanted to get a drink. They have an ac outside which I'm sure is great during the day but not so much when it's night time and 62 degrees out. I was the only one there so I decided to come in and wait in the corner with my mask on and was rudely yelled at to go outside and wait. I had to wait over ten mins for a drink being the only one there as I watched the guy making my drink scooping and throwing it in the air and catching it in the cup. Worst experience I've ever had with jamba juice i get we are still in a pandemic but only 2 people "working". I ordered a head and even showed up few minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready. I only ordered two bowls and took almost 20minutes or more i ordered @8:15 and didnt get my order before they closed. I was driving down 101 from the Bay Area to Santa Barbara. I was in desperate need of a relatively healthy breakfast and thought Jamba Juice in Gilroy would come through (everything else around there is fast food - yuck.) I pull up to this location to find it closed; it doesn't open until 10 a.m. WTF? Don't most Jamba Juice locations make most of their money on breakfast? Isn't that what most of their products are for?
