As soon as I opened the door, I noticed how festive and clean it is inside. There were two other people sitting inside and two employees. We looked at the menu, ordered 3 drinks, got regular sweetener for all 3, and waited less than 10 minutes. That was fast! My matcha latte was way too sweet. My niece ordered the honeydew tea and she said it was also too sweet. I'd like to come back and try their other items. There's plenty of parking since it's the same parking lot as Hobby Lobby.

Ordered a guava green tea and it took over 20 minutes just for me to get it. People who had ordered after me somehow even got their orders before I did.

Wintermelon milk tea with boba and strawberry lemonade

The boba texture and taste were good (chewy and not overly soft) however the tea taste could be a lot stronger. I ordered a wintermelon milk tea and felt that it was really watered down even though I asked for less ice and less sugar. Popcorn chicken was spicy and crispy.

The drinks here are good, but if you don't ask for less ice, at least 60% of your drink will be ice (especially if you don't get toppings in your drink). It's not so much a problem for me because I always get boba in my drink and since boba is often warmer, it does melt down the ice a bit. I also take a lot longer than my husband to finish my drink, so over time, my ice melts. By the time he finishes his tea, more than half the cup is usually full of ice so it just doesn't feel like you're getting your money's worth. My kids like popcorn chicken, so I'm glad we have a local tea shop we can go get it at rather than going all the way to San Jose. For the basil popcorn chicken, they use sweet basil instead of thai basil, which isn't quite as fragrant, but still pretty good. We love how friendly the staff are here and will continue coming back.

T4 is one of the boba places I most frequently visit! I'm all about Thai iced tea, so that's what I usually get. I've tried the snacks here, they're pretty good too, especially basil popcorn chicken! It's a decent snack size portion. I like the seating area both inside and outside, it's a nice place to come by to just hangout or relax. When I visited em recently, they had a bit of a Halloween decor which I found kinda cute!

Cute booths

Tea 4 U is our go to spot for bubble tea. They've got a wide variety of boba teas, smoothies, etc. Lots of topping choices. I especially like that they have a hot food menu as well. Love the takoyaki and the fried calamari. My fave drink is the chocolate milk ballet with honey boba. They've recent refreshed their seating area with charming cottage style string lights and they've create cute intimate booths. Why only 4 stars? A little nicer customer service would be appreciated. When I asked about my order, the young man who made my boba seemed frustrated and said in a haste, "yes this is yours" and pushed my order at me. Ummm, ok. Other than that, love this place. (Was there last Sun). Still will come back over and again

Roasted Oolong Milk Tea with Boba

Service: usually not too long. Wait time is only long if the store is very crowded, which is a rare occurrence. I recommend ordering online and picking up at store to save time, especially if you want a food item. Staff is friendly, even when you ask for an extra sauce and they have to walk towards the back to get it for you. Ambiance: plenty of seating inside with some nice booths set up between tables. games available to play. Drink: recommend getting less ice always to maximize the amount of drink you get. The boba itself, which comes with honey, tastes good. Roasted oolong tastes solid and is always consistent.

Ordered a Jasmine Milk Tea with honey boba and grass jelly -- pretty impressive for a boba shop in Morgan Hill. It wasn't too sweet and the boba had the right hint of sweetness. The cashier appeared to be training two baristas as drink orders were piling up. He was patient and walked the two young ladies through each step in preparing the drinks. The drinks are much more inexpensive than what we pay in San Jose -- I don't remember the last time I saw MT going for less than $4 a pop. One could order online for pick up or simply walk in. At this time, only two customers are allowed inside the shop at a time. This place also has a pretty nice list going on their snack menu. Stop in to support a local small business and enjoy a snack with your boba milk tea!

This was my 2nd time to order via DoorDash, Team members should sealed our orders for safety reasons.

I was nervous about coming here since they do eyeglasses and tea, wth? Concerned that the selection…read morewould be limited and/or the expertise in lenses would be sorely lacking. But, wow, they had all the top brands of lenses and frames, really pleased to find this place. They have a great selection of designer styles, all the latest 'hip' glasses (is that still a word?), and got exactly what I wanted here (Polarized set for outdoors, transitions for daily use, and designer for special occasions). Moreover, I learned more about eyewear in the 45 minutes here than I have in 30+ years of wearing glasses. Duy ('Dewey') is amazing. Also he didn't oversell the products. My prescription is light and so he recommended just the regular anti-glare etc, and saved me some coin. Really nice guy, genuine, knows his eyewear (trained/certified) and also his passion for tea. I wasn't planning to have a tea, but I did, and WOW it was delicious too. The boba they make is unique here. It didn't taste all plasticky and fake, more like tapioca with a slight honey undertone and not overly sweet. Great experience, highly recommend.

I live a few minutes' drive from Tea Leaf, but didn't even know it existed until about a year ago…read morewhen I met friends for tea and board games there one morning. I was immediately struck by how light, airy, calm and friendly it was. The staff have never been anything other than pleasant and helpful, the decor is cosy but sunny, and the food and drinks are fantastic. I go there maybe once a week now, usually when I need a change of scenery while I'm writing or researching. The menu has so many great options on and I've never had anything there that wasn't delicious...but my personal favourite is the mint lemon tea, 50% sweet and made with Assam black tea. It's refreshing in the California heat and so much healthier than reaching for another can of soft drink. They also serve boba teas, milk teas and everything else you'd expect from a good Vietnamese tea shop. As for the food, they serve banh mi, spring rolls, rice bowls and so on. They also have my great weakness: banh mi fries. Crispy, freshly cooked fries topped with banh mi picked cucumber and carrot, coriander, chilli peppers and spicy sriracha, optionally with your choice of protein - pork belly, in my case - and despite TRYING not to order it every single time...I order it, every single time. So delicious, and (like all their offerings) in a very generous portion that would be great to share with a friend. I've tried some of the other options such as their shrimp spring rolls, and nothing has ever been anything short of fresh, good value and very tasty. I'm so glad there are places like this in my local community. A slightly hidden gem.

My friend got a beef stew that came with a HUGE baguette. The beef stew was full of flavor and the baguette was perfectly crisp on the inside but soft on the inside. I had the shakin beef with rice and salad which was a healthy, tasty portion. I would return if I was in the area.
