I ordered Açaí bowls and a hummus toast both were absolutely delicious !! Best place to get açaí bowls!
My first time at this little juice bar-highly recommend for fresh juice! It is very small with two tables, one bathroom. They are right by Trader Joe's. You can order from the kiosk, staff is friendly and my drink came out fast.
Love this little spot! It is in walking distance from the area hotels and The Wharf. They have MANY vegan options to choose from as well!!! I had the almond butter toast minus the fruit and an Açaí smoothie, they were both delicious! While I was waiting I observed an employee making custom bowls for the couple in front of me. He took such care making the bowls and they were so beautiful when he was finished. It was so good I took my boyfriend there the next day so he could try it too. I highly recommend trying Terra Superfoods if you are visiting Monterey or if you live there and haven't been in yet.
Nice açaí bowl spot in Monterey, you can order online on their kiosk. Kind of pricey for an açaí bowl but it is tasty and refreshing. I got the Terra bowl and I would recommend it if you are craving an açaí bowl!
On a day where you are looking for something refreshing this is the place to go. They have the perfect balance of an acai bowl and good sizes. Servers are always nice and helpful. It's a small shop so limited seating, so a great option to grab and go. I like that the bowls are also not super sweet but full of great ingredients. Gluten free option too.
Terra Superfoods has quality açaí bowls. I elected to go with a Build Your Own Smoothie Bowl instead of the prefix menu options. My favorite add-on was the Terra Butter (Homemade nut butter with almonds, cashews, brazil nuts, hazelnuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds). It was so good I wished I would've added extra! The fruit was fresh and I enjoyed the experience. 9/10 The establishment is a boutique set up with a self order kiosk. There isn't much room for seating besides a couple of tables so you may have to enjoy the treat in your vehicle if you catch them during a rush. The place is right off the street and I didn't notice any dedicated parking or lot for the business so I parked at Trader Joe's and walked next door. Staff was quiet and professional.
Amazing smoothies, you can really taste every fruit listed on the menu for each drink. Super delicious and the flavors all work well with each other.
Popped in after work since it was hot out. I try to limit my lactose intake, so an açaí bowl sounded perfect. I built my own smoothie bowl, and let me tell you -- they have so many options and customizations to choose from. The ingredients were fresh, and the lady behind the counter was bubbly and polite. This place was previously located next to Ike's but has since moved to the new location on Alvarado.
A quaint little shop in downtown Monterey where you can find customizable bowls. I usually order Acai, but given the vast selection, I asked to sample the Power Greens & the cashier was nice enough to let me sample it. Since the Power Greens had a pineapple & kale/spinach taste that I liked, I decided to add it to my bowl. My order consisted of a colorful healthy array with: Base:Acai, Blue Majik, & Power Greens Fruits:banana, kiwi, strawberry, blueberry, mulberry Toppings: Almond, Coconut Flakes, Cacao Nib,Chia Seed, Bee Pollen Everything was fresh, with natural sweetness & so refreshing. I loved this bowl & wouldn't hesitate to revisit when I'm in Monterey.
We found this gem on Yelp. We were craving açaí and the only place we knew in the area was Jamba Juice. Unfortunately, parking downtown was horrible so we decided to check yelp. There's plenty of off street parking (Trader Joe's area) but it can get busy. There's not a lot of seating place so the majority of orders are to-go. Ordering was a breeze. Just follow the questions that's on the computer screen. I wish I could tell you what we ordered in our cup but we definitely chose almost all the options, which most were free. Our first visit we ordered the 16 ounce and we shared. It was so good that we decided to come back the next day and order the same thing (we saved the receipt because it had all the items we wanted) but 24 ounces instead. They don't skimp on the portions and the ingredients were absolutely fresh. Next time your craving something better than ice cream; this is your place. Oh, my wife also had the almost butter toast which had strawberries, bananas, coconut shavings and other topping. The girls that took our orders on both days were really nice and friendly which was a treat. We highly recommended this place.
HORRIBLE first impression. I got attitude from one of the employees after asking if I get a text when it's ready she said "for what" and then asked what my name was and said your order is right here. (I was waiting outside because it's a small place) I was going in and out waiting to see if I heard my name I guess my name was called when I was outside...so I didn't hear my name being called, on top of that we are by a busy street so it's loud. For one the presentation could be better. Most açaí places I've been to presents them so beautifully it seems they just throw the toppings on. My acai was runny I've never had runny acai. it was a bowl of goo mind you I ate it immediately after being served. It had a smoothie texture which was so nasty to me felt like eating acai soup. If you look at my other acai review I mention the texture being nice and solid it's always nice that way so it doesn't "melt" I am not a fan of this place for acai My gf liked the flavor of her green smoothie not sure which one it was but she didn't like the texture she said it was more like a thick juice it wasn't cold it wasn't thick it was runny as well.

The food and service here are awesome! Our smoothies came out delicious (I got the green mango smoothie and my mom got the beet smoothie). Erin was really attentive to our orders even when the place was swamped, and she completed the orders with efficiency and grace :) read more

The first bite I took of my Acai bowl, I started to ascend...Everything about this bowl was amazing. This shop is pricey, but you get what you pay for. No crappy mile long ingredients list in their food/beverages, which I appreciate. Nice customer service and clean place. Easy to order on the kiosk and customize to your liking. The almond butter is delicious! You won't be disappointed. Glad to see Terra is back. read more
I wish they had Terra Superfoods in the Bay Area, it would do extremely well. I love that they have different bases to complement or replace acai. The terra bowl was loaded and great. I loved that they create layers of toppings so you don't end up with 90% of just acai left since the toppings are just on...the top. read more

The best açaí bowl in town! You walk in and order through a kiosk. It's pretty easy and the kiosk only takes cards. I'm not sure if you can order at a counter and pay cash, though. They prep your bowl and if they run out of toppings they'll let you know. When I went they were out of cacao nibs and I replaced it with something else. As for pricing I think it's decent because you do get a lot for your buck, if you want extras, you do have to pay, as you do anywhere else but for the most part they give you a decent portion of toppings. I get the açaí base with the chia vanilla pudding and it's soooo good! I can't speak about the ambiance because it's small but there are chairs and tables that you can use inside and outside. I took my bowl to go, and you can even get a lid if you need it. read more

Nice clean no one present to greet us. You place order on machine no personal interaction. Super expensive. Seems like not many smoothie choices I believe 4 maybe 5 choices for smoothies. You can create your own bowl or choose from 2 options. The hey offer grain bowls, pressed juices, toast and parfaits. Again everything is pretty expensive. Was a little busy though. Smoothies were good mine was on the warm side which was a little weird but still good. Just not sure it's worth the price. read more

The most amazing Acai bowls I've ever had. I have not tried their toast, smoothies, or grain bowls but the grain bowls are definitely on my lunch must list. I had walked and driven past Terra Superfoods numerous times, even glancing in a couple times and even tho I often saw several people congregating outside holding smoothies and bowls I never ate there but it definitely piqued my interest. It wasn't until my friend came to my house with an açaí bowl and avocado toast RAVING about their food that I decided to do so. And I kicking myself I hadn't done so before. The shop is small, only three tables. You place your order via an iPad which I typically prefer but my first time there I was behind a couple who spent at least 10 minutes ordering. They must have customized everything on their order lamenting about each ingredient of every menu item. When I finally got up to order it literally took me less than 30 seconds to select, order, and pay for my order but then I already knew what I wanted and had no customizations. That was the only issue was at that moment it would have been nice to have a second iPad for ordering but all the other times I've been there I walk right up and order. My first visit, not knowing which açaí bowl to order I just selected the first listed which is The Terra. Even tho there were numerous ingredients, and I can be selective, every one sounded delicious so I changed nothing. Ordered it as is and it was incredible! Have since gone back and ordered Jade's bowl which was also equally delicious. I think about these bowls all the time and I am deliriously happy that I've decided to have this for breakfast today. read more
One of the best acai bowls I've ever had. I wish they would open a store in the South Bay!! I kept getting Instagram advertisements for this spot, so I decided to convince my friends to tag along with me to Terra Superfoods when we were going on our trip to Point Lobos. I got the blue majik and acai base, along with a variety of toppings (strawberries, cashews, kiwis, and mangoes). The base was SO thick and creamy while also not tasting artificial/like there were too many additives, I've never had anything like it. I regret not getting the largest size. The blue majik base is seriously so delicious, I highly recommend trying it to anyone that's on the fence about trying something new. I have my eye on the dragonfruit and vanilla chia pudding bases next time... read more

This was our first time here and it did not disappoint. The bowls were the perfect consistency (not too watery) and the avocado toast was delicious and just the right amount of spicy! We left satisfied! A must stop if you are in Monterey. read more

Service was extremely quick! Fastest I've ever received a smoothie and bowl order at any restaurant. The beet juice was super fresh and delicious as was the chai pudding bowl. The place is located in the Trader Joe's shopping center and is a quaint little shop. Would 10/10 recommend. read more

Came here for my sister, who needed vegan food. I saw the menu and actually got an avocado toast because it looked good. It was! It's neat they take orders to-go, can order and customize everything on the screen for food, and they even let my sister try the blue stuff before she made a commitment. Will come back when in town! read more
