I asked about a couple of the hot tonics, hoping for a recommendation. The response? "I've never had them." Fair enough--but maybe follow it up with, "Let me see if I can find out," or "People seem to like this one." Anything besides leaving the customer hanging. The smoothies are blended with care. The customer experience...not so much. Hopefully one day the service catches up to the quality of the smoothies, because the product deserves it.
